Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the values of Minangkabau culture in a collection of short stories 'Carito Etek Siar-Indak Tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work. Study of the theory in this study, namely: (1) the nature of literature, (2) the nature and elements of the short story, (3) literary analysis approach, (4) the nature and cultural values. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The data in this study are the values of Minangkabau culture in a collection of short stories 'Carito Etek Siar- Indak tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work. Data source is a collection of short stories 'Carito Etek Siar-Indak Tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work. The sections relating to research data were analyzed by means of reading, understand, appreciate, identify, and noting how cultural values contained in a collection of short stories. Data was collected by means of read carefully the short story collection 'Carito Etek Siar-Indak Tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work, in order to get an overall understanding of the content of the story, marking the structure section contains the description of the values of Minangkabau culture in it , identifying cultural values contained in a collection of short stories 'Carito Etek Siar- Indak Tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work. Data analysis techniques, an inventory of data, translating data into Indonesian, classifies data based on the problems presented in this study, the data that have been classified and analyzed based on the theory that has been described, after the data were analyzed, do inference. After analysis, it was found Minangkabau cultural values contained in a collection of short stories 'Carito Etek Siar-Indak Tau Diatah Takunyah' Amir Adriyeti work. Minangkabau cultural values consists of values of 6 pieces of religious systems, the values of kinship in Minangkabau society 4 pieces, and the values of livelihood system 5 pieces.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe: (a) the character and disposition of the characters in the plays Matrilini work Wisran Hadi. (B) the character and disposition of the characters in the plays Matrilini work Wisran Hadi. This study is a qualitative study using descriptive analysis method. Data of this study is to establish a form of characterizations of Matrilini which amplifies the shifting role and impact of the shift mamak roles in the plays Matrilini work Wisran Hadi. Sources of data in this study was 5 Drama: Contest Winners Jakarta Arts Council in 2003. Data collected by reading the plays Matrilini works Wisran Hadi, then inventarization of the data. Mechanical validating data by conducting detailed description techniques, and techniques of analyzing the data, inventory the data, interpret the data and draw conclusions and write a report. Based on the results of the study, concluded the following. First, the figures showed Mamak oriented attitude towards money and so recognize it as a mamak notch. Second, the impact of the shifting role in the longhouse mamak scripted drama is the impact on self Matrilini mamak and the extended family, such as the nephew and siblings. Keywords: Wisran Hadi, Plays, Niniak-mamak

Abstract

The article aims to describe the structure and function of social folklore si Bageje in Jorong Sawah Mudik Nagari Batahan Subdistrickof Ranah Batahan West Pasaman Regency.The data were analyzed by using the following procedures: (1) the stage of data description, (2) translate the data into Indonesian (3) the stage of data classification/analysis, (4) the stage of the discussion and conclusions of the results of the classification or data analysis, and (5) reporting stage. It can be concluded that the structure of the folklore si Bageje that all ocated in Jorong Sawah Mudik Nagari Batahan Subdistrick of Ranah Batahan West Pasaman Regency” consists of grove/plot, character, setting, theme and mandate. Moreover, the social function of folklore in Jorong Sawah Mudik Nagari Batahan Subdistrick of Ranah Batahan West Pasaman Regency, are: (1) educational function, (2) the bequeath function, (3) the identity function, and (4) the function of tradition.

Abstract

The purpose of this article to describe structure and culture value Minangkabau in document Pasambahan Batagak Pangulu. Abstract

research aims to describe the structure, values education and social functions contained in the expression for the ban on the society at Nagari Punggasan Subdistrick Linggo Sari Baganti Regency Pesisir Selatan. This research descriptive qualitative research method.The background of this study was, while the entry of this study is the expression in Nagari Punggasan Subdistrick Linggo Sari Baganti Regency Pesisir Selatan ban on the society in terms of structure, values education and social functions. To collect the data acquisition from Nagari Punggasan Subdistrick Linggo Sari Baganti Regency Pesisir Selatan the informants using recording techniques. The technique used to analyze the data as follows (1) transcribes the data from spoken language into written language (2) translates the data into Indonesian,(3) analyzing the structure of the expression for the ban, (4) analyzed the values education for expression ban, (5) to analyze the social function expressions prohibition,    6) formulating research results in the form of reports.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court seems inconsistent when examining the same legal issue, i.e., the constitutionality of the minimum married age limit for women, but with different decisions. In the 2014 decision, the Court rejected the petition, while in the 2017 decision, the Court accepted it. This paper analyzes the considerations of constitutional judges in deciding the case to understand whether women’s constitutional rights have been protected in both decisions. Using the case and statutory approach, this article concludes that the 2014 decision rejecting the petition to increase the minimum married age limit for women does not fulfill women’s constitutional rights. Sixteen years old as the minimum age limit for women and nineteen years for men is discriminatory and deprives girls’ rights to health and education. The judges’ consideration in the 2017 decision, which granted the petition, was that determining the minimum married age limit is a legal policy. Still, if the policy contradicts the 1945 Constitution, citizens can challenge its constitutionality. The Marriage Law is a past product, so it needs to be adapted to developments and the 1945 Constitution’s norms. The difference in the Constitutional Court’s decisions on examining the same issue is due to different interpretations and efforts to protect the constitutional rights of citizens.

Abstract

Erupsi Gunungapi Merapi di tahun 2010 memberikan dampak salah satunya adalah kerusakan bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menginventarisasi kerugian bangunan serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi tempat tinggal dan fasilitas permukiman, khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis penginderaan jauh dan sistem informasi geografis serta survey lapangan. Data dasar menggunakan Citra IKONOS, Citra ASTER dan Citra Geo eye-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 3245 buah bangunan mengalami kerusakan berat hingga hancur, semuanya di Kecamatan Cangkringan. Wilayah ini direkomendasikan PVMBG menjadi Kawasan Rawan Bencana III Merapi. Penelitian merekomendasikan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sleman untuk melakukan relokasi warga dengan pendekatan persuasif dan sistematis berbasis sosial budaya, dengan sistem bedol dusun/kampung, penyediaan wilayah tujuan relokasi yang sesuai dengan wilayah asal, sistem tukar lahan, dan penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai. Rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi juga perlu memperhatikan penyediaan fasilitas lingkungan permukiman antara lain fasilitas air bersih, fasilitas air limbah dan MCK, fasilitas pengelolaan sampah, fasilitas ruang publik, serta fasilitas jalan dan drainase.

Abstract

Gunungapi Merapi merupakan gunungapi paling aktif di Indonesia Potensi bahaya vulkanik Gunungapi Merapi salah satunya adalah bahaya sekunder berupa aliran lahar dingin. Salah satu sungai yang memiliki resiko kerugian besar adalah Sungai Code, karena sungai ini melintasi Kota Yogyakarta yang padat permukiman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan estimasi kemampuan tampungan Sungai Code terhadap volume lahar dingin serta estimasi kebutuhan waktu untuk mengembalikan kondisi Sungai Code seperti sebelum erupsi terjadi. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan kombinasi metode survey lapangan dan metode analisis matematis menggunakan teknik GIS (Geographic Information System) 3 (tiga) dimensi dengan metode cut and fill. Hasil estimasi volume sedimen lahar dingin di Sungai Code adalah sebesar 8389444,531 m3. Sungai Code masih mampu menampung lebih banyak sedimen lahar dingin yaitu sebanyak 12404689.844 m3 artinya dari kapasitas yang dimiliki, Sungai Code baru mengambil 40,34%. Hasil survey menunjukkan dalam 1 hari 2696 m3 pasir dan batu sedimen lahar dingin yang mampu diambil. Hasil perhitungan estimasi menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan waktu 3112 hari (± 8,5 tahun) untuk normalisasi Sungai Code seperti sebelum erupsi tahun 2010.

Abstract

This purposes of study to describe religious values that defined in actor behavior in novel Hafalan Shalat Delisa author by Tere-Liye. Some of religious values are faith, syariah, and moral. This research is qualitative with descriptive method and content technique analysis. Data in this research is religious values in Hafalan Shalat Delisa. The source of data is novel by Tere-Liye that is Hafalan Shalat Delisa, which had been published by Republika in Februari 2012. This research found that the main actor of Hafalan Shalat Delisa is six years old girl named Delisa, whose pretty, and clever. Religious values in this novel include: (1) faith, which are acknowledge one God, Allah SWT, believe in Allah’s words, and fear only to Allah SWT; (2) syariah that are pray (shalat), dzikir, say grace, and read Qur’an; and (3) moral that are moral to God in the kind of loving Allah SWT, moral to parent, moral to self as forgiveness and patience.
