Abstract

This research aims to optimize the management of spare parts inventory by considering the level of component damage. To achieve this goal, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Reliability Centered Spares (RCS), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) methods are used. Based on the research results, maintenance intervals were found for each component calculated using the RCM method, and the required amount of spares for one repair period was calculated using the RCS method. The research also calculated the EOQ to determine each component's reorder point, safety stock, optimal order quantity, and total cost. The EOQ calculation results were compared with the total cost before the calculation, and it was found that by using the integration of RCM, RCS, and EOQ, the company can minimize costs of Rp. 2,390,119,- for the 5 analyzed components. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of RCM, RCS, and EOQ methods can help companies optimize spare part inventory management.

Abstract

Literasi digital tidak hanya sebatas dapat menggunakan media, tetapi lebih pada kemampuan menganalisis, mengevaluasi atau menilai informasiyang didapat. Melalui literasi digital maka informasi yang didapat di media tidak langsung disebarluaskan sebelum dianalisis atau dinilai kebenarannya. Oleh karena itu, penting memiliki kecakapan dalam literasi digital agar memiliki kemampuan bijak dalam bermedia sosial.  Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dalam literasi digital dan bijak bermedia social. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di Desa Pabean Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo telah memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap literasi digital,  hal ini terbukti dalam evaluasi pemahaman materi terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata peserta sebesar  21 point. Disamping itu antusias peserta pada saat menerima materi dan keaktifan peserta dalam berdiskusi. Dengan demikian adanya peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital dapat menjadi solusi dalam mencegah informasi palsu yang beredar di masyarakat dan bijak dalam menyaring informasi sebelum membagikan.

Abstract

With a premium, halal-certified quick Ginger-Turmeric-Temulawak product, the Bayu Segara fishermen's organization has great difficulty growing their company. Important problems include underutilization of the potential of the product, poor digital expertise, limited manual marketing efforts, and limited promotional reach via WhatsApp. A thorough session covering digital marketing strategies—including social media management, online marketplace optimization, and content creation—was held on July 28 to help to solve these problems. Product photos done to improve e-commerce display before the training. The session gave attendees useful knowledge in social media account management, online store setup, and content creation. Practical experience helped them to use these abilities straight-forwardly, thereby enhancing their efforts at digital marketing. The findings show that product exposure, market reach, and sales should be much improved by the increased digital presence and marketing competencies. In a cutthroat digital market, this strategy offers the firm a viable road for corporate expansion.

Abstract

This research applies the application of delivery consolidation in the context of a multi-product and multi-echelon food supply chain, as a strategy to address operational efficiency and cost management. The aim is to implement consolidation in multi-product and multi-echelon distribution systems, in order to optimize product placement and distribution efficiently. The method adopted is the Linear Programming model, which considers key variables such as the number of goods to be sent, delivery route, resource allocation, fleet capacity and delivery time limit. The research results show that shipment consolidation, by scheduling shipments that are delayed until the second or third day, allows combining orders into one large shipment, thereby increasing load and route efficiency, reducing trip frequency, and achieving significant transportation cost savings. This strategy successfully increased load and route efficiency, reduced the number of trips required, and resulted in substantial transportation cost savings. Using this method, the total shipping and storage costs are 1,328,834. This consolidation strategy has proven crucial in optimizing delivery types, in addition to facilitating more effective route planning, reducing travel distances and times, and resulting in significant operational cost savings.

Abstract

Risiko merupakan faktor-faktor yang menghambat operasional pada rantai pasok makanan yang tidak dapat dihindari akan tetapi dapat diminimalisir atau dihilangkan dengan melakukan penanganan risiko yang tepat. Penanganan risiko dalam rantai pasok sangat diperlukan agar dapat meminimalkan biaya, waktu dan kinerja dalam aktifitas rantai pasok. Traceability merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat meningkatkan transparansi dalam rantai supplai dalam mengurangi risiko klaim serta menemukan potensi risiko proses rantai pasok makanan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses yang terkait dengan traceability dan mengidentifikasi risiko yang terjadi pada rantai pasok makanan berdasarkan informasi sistem traceability. Aktivitas yang terkait dalam membangun sistem traceability antara lain pemeriksaan level stock dan produk minuman sari buah, penerimaan material dari pemasok, pembongkaran inspeksi bahan baku, penyimpanan bahan baku, penyimpanan sari buah di gudang, mengeluarkan sari buah dalam gudang untuk memulai aktivitas proses, inspeksi kualitas produk minuman sari buah, labeling produk jadi, persiapan pengiriman produk jadi, penyimpanan produk minuman sari apel di gudang, pengiriman produk ke distributor. Adapun risiko terjadi yang dapat di tangani dengan traceability yaitu, ketidak sesuaian data dengan produk dan bahan baku di gudang, kekurangan barang dan bahan baku digudang, keterlambatan penerimaan material, ketidak sesuaian barang yang dipesan, material busuk,sari buah rusak di gudang, sari buah tercampur dengan benda lain kesalahan pengangkutan produk, kesalahan dalam pengambilan galon sari buah yang tidak bersifat FIFO, kualitas produk tidak sesuai, kesalahan memberikan identitas, produk rusak digudang, produk cacat dalam perjalanan. Abstract

Supply Chain Risk Management merupakan risiko yang terjadi pada aliran produk, informasi, bahanbaku sampai pengiriman produk akhir yang mengancam keseluruhan supply chain dari pemasok awalhingga sampai konsumen. Sedangkan Supply chain disruptions (gangguan rantai pasok) adalah peristiwatak terencana yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok yang bisa mempengaruhi aliran bahan dan komponen.Kejadian risiko yang terjadi didalam supply chain telah banyak dilakukan oleh beberapa penelitisehingga perlu dilakukan review untuk mengetahui potensi risiko yang terjadi pada supply chain.  Risikoyang terjadi pada supply chain berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumya terdapat 120 jenis risiko.Kesamaan  risiko yang terjadi pada supply chain menghasilkan 17 jenis risiko yang sama  pada supplychain dan terdapat 3 risiko yang sering terjadi yaitu risiko demand, keterlambatan bahan baku, Bencanaalam (discruption), sedangkan 14 risiko lainnya yaitu , kwalitas supplier, kwalitas produk, sisteminformasi, harga, suplai, produk rusak digudang, finansial, ketergantungan supplier, penundaan,kapasitas produksi, persediaan, kekurangan bahan baku, selisih stok dan politik. Adapun mitigasi yangdapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi gangguan supply chain  ada 9 strategi yaitu: postponement, strategystock, flexible supply base. make and buy, economic supply incentives, flexible transportation. revenuemanagement via dynamic pricing and promotion, assortment planning. silent product rollover. Abstract

This study aims to analyze research trends on the circular economy and supply chain sustainability using a bibliometric approach and to develop a conceptual model that can guide the implementation of circular economy practices. Data were obtained from the Scopus database and analyzed to identify publication trends, scientific contributions, and collaborations among researchers. The results show a significant increase in research related to the circular economy since 2020, especially in the manufacturing and technology sectors, with a primary focus on recycling, reuse, and remanufacturing as key elements of supply chain sustainability. The developed conceptual model emphasizes the importance of integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and Big Data, alongside  the Triple Bottom Line approach, that includes economic, environmental, and social aspects. Collaboration among stakeholders, governments, and consumers is also identified as an important factor in accelerating the adoption of the circular economy. This study contributes to the development of circular economy implementation strategies across various sectors and highlights future research opportunities, such as circular bioeconomy and green innovation. The proposed model is expected to serve as a guide for companies and policymakers in strengthening supply chain sustainability.

Abstract

Servqual merupakan salah satu metode kualitas yang populer digunakan dalam mengukur kualitas layanan. Namun terdapat Keterbatasan pada metode Servqual, keterbatasan ini dapat dicapai dengan integrasi Servqual dan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Tujuan penelitian ini mengintegrasikan Servqual dan QFD dalam melakukan penilaian kualitas layanan dan kepuasan atas layanan pada department IT (information technology) pada industri garmen di Jawa Timur. Metode Servqual untuk menilai kualitas persepsi dan harapan, sedangkan kualitas desain yang dilakukan melalui teknik QFD. Berdasarkan ServQual, ada kesenjangan antara persepsi dan ekspetasi konsumen yaitu dengan rata-rata persepsi 3.96 dan rata-rara ekspetasi 4.36 nilai Gap rata-rata -0.40, dengan demikian semua atribut pelayanan masih di bawah ekspetasi konsumen. Hal ini menunjukan konsumen tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang ada. Pihak Department IT berusaha untuk memperbaiki pelayanan dengan menentukan prioritas Technical Respond.  Berdasarkan QFD prioritas Technical Respond yaitu: mengadakan pelatihan pelayanan, mengadakan program pelatihan berkala, melakukan pekerjaan dengan sop, pengecekan ulang hasil layanan.
