Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced MSMEs to change their situation and situation from conventional to online or everything using digital technology, this has an impact on the three MSMEs, namely Donat Chatis, Griya Florist, and Gangs Studio which researchers want to research need the role of digital leadership in forming a competitive advantage that is different from other competitors by knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the three MSMEs to be able to survive in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially during the time of covid-19. Where the research method in this writing uses the Qualitative Method with Source Data primary and secondary, informant study which obtained direct dai third owners, employee, and customer from MSME Donuts chat, Griya Florist, and Gangs Studio. Instruments study qualitative this which Becomes instrument or the research tool is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques are obtained by observation, interviews, and Documentation. Data analysis techniques are used starting from data collection, data reduction, presentation data, and withdrawal conclusion/verification. Techniques for data validity through data triangulation, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation, and data triangulation time and location study on 3 MSMEs which there in City Denpasar is MSME Donuts chatis, Griya florist, and Gangs Studio. The results of this study are based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of swot analysis and the application of digital leadership in the three MSMEs is fairly simple in concept and implementation. Three attempts this no want to make Thing complicated in internal his efforts as well management HR which owned. Things could be seen from several aspects, for example, employee development and monitoring methods, employee service to customers, harmonization Between leader and employee, as well as results product generated through creativity leader and employee direct.

Abstract

This research aims to map potential and formulate appropriate development strategies in the development of Sidan Dam as a green tourism-based destination that provides education and conservation of the surrounding nature. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through the analysis of natural, artificial, and cultural potentials that can support economic, socio-cultural aspects and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment. Data collection was conducted through field surveys, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation studies. Sidan Dam has significant potential to be developed as an ecotourism destination that integrates environmental conservation activities and education in tourism. The concept is relevant considering the adequate natural potential and the development of supporting facilities. The development of tourism at the Sidan Dam needs to focus on educational tourism infrastructure that is still under construction, which can support learning about water resource management and the surrounding environment, as well as the development of nature-based tourism activities that are conservation-oriented and do not harm the environment. The development of tourism in the Sidan Dam area is expected to provide sustainable benefits for the surrounding community and environmental preservation.

Abstract

Waste management can be done with 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which is simple waste management, which can carried out independently at individual or village level, in Renon Village which already has waste bank. referring to the problem, case of lack knowledge waste management and existence of waste banks by students at SDN 3 Renon. The purpose, this activity is importance of increasing environmental awareness at SDN 3 Renon through implementation, socialisation of waste management and influence existence waste banks. The method of implementing this activity is in form of socialisation with lecture methods and simple delivery. The results this activity showed enthusiasm from students and enthusiasm to sort waste according to its type so as to reduce waste and submit it to the waste bank. It was concluded that socialisation carried out had positive impact on increasing students' knowledge 3R principles and existence of waste banks for environment

Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting didalam dunia bisnis dan dengan adanya sosial media tentunya akan membawa pengaruh besar terhadap suatu perusahaan. Komunikasi pemasaran melalui sosial media mempunyai dampak positif untuk meningkatkan occupancy hotel. Untuk meningkatkan occupancy adalah dengan melakukan promosi-promosi pada sosial media, karena dengan cara seperti itu bisa membuat para wisatawan tertarik dengan promosi-promosi yang diberikan oleh Maya Sanur Resort & Spa Bali. Meningkatnya pariwisata di Indonesia dipercaya dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang positif bagi industri perhotelan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mencari sampel dari perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Dari hasil temuan, Maya Sanur Resort & Spa Bali didalam menggunakan sosial media sebagai pemasaran atau promosi untuk membangun minat audiens atau target pasar terhadap produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Maya Sanur Resort & Spa Bali, kemudian untuk membantu menemukan audiens/target pasar yang tepat sesuai dengan brand image Maya Sanur Resort & Spa Bali, serta memperluas target pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness serta penjualan

Abstract

This qualitative research, using a case study approach, aims to analyse the role of Instagram as a development communication tool in the development of Pinge Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali. The study's results reveal that Instagram serves as an adequate digital public space for promoting and branding Pinge Tourism Village. Community participation is essential for sustainable development in various sectors, including tourism and environmental management. Involving the local community will provide experience and ensure that economic benefits are distributed evenly. Through tags, geotags, and collaborations with influencers or other tourism accounts, Instagram helps Pinge Tourism Village build networks with external partners such as travel agencies, local governments, and tourism communities, thereby expanding the reach of its promotion. From a development communication perspective, Instagram facilitates a two-way communication process. Village managers can convey information while receiving feedback from visitors. This interaction aids in the planning and development of tourism villages that are more responsive to market needs and trends. However, the study also identified challenges, including pressure on village capacity and the potential for cultural commodification. The study concludes that, from a development communication perspective, Instagram functions as a strategic development communication tool that transforms local values into socioeconomic capital, while requiring critical and balanced content management to ensure genuine development sustainability. Furthermore, participatory development communication plays a vital role, with Instagram serving as a tool for this form of communication

Abstract

Problem: The number of tourists visiting Guwang Barong and Keris Dance is still below ideal. This is ascribed to the dearth of distinctive tourist attractions, the small selection of attractions, and the subpar infrastructure that prevents guests from having a positive experience. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how tourism attractions, amenities, and attractions affect travelers' desire to see Guwang Barong and Keris Dance. Method: Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis is the data analysis technique used. Results: According to the research, tourism attractions, amenities, and attractions all significantly and favorably affect travelers' desire to see Guwang Barong and Keris Dance. According to the research, tourist attractions had a 34.5% positive influence on visitors' attention, with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 3.497. Additionally, a t-statistic value of 2.822 and a p-value of 0.005 corroborate the 25.7% positive influence of attractions on visit interest. Additionally, with a t- statistic value of 2.847 and a p-value of 0.004, sufficient facilities are linked to a 29.9% rise in visit interest. These results demonstrate that visitors' interest in visiting Guwang Barong and Keris Dance is greatly increased by distinctive tourist attractions, interesting activities, and well-equipped facilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis makna simbolik gerak dan warna dalam Tari Rejang Asta Dala di Ubud dengan menggunakan teori makna Brodbeck sebagai pendekatan. Penelitian dilakukan di Banjar Ubud Kelod melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap gerak dan warna dalam Tari Rejang Asta Dala memuat nilai spiritual, sosial, dan kosmologis yang mendalam. Makna referensial tercermin pada simbol-simbol yang merujuk pada Dewata Nawa Sanga, makna significance tampak melalui peran tari dalam memperkuat kohesi sosial, pendidikan budaya, dan harmoni estetika, sementara makna intensional menegaskan tujuan tarian sebagai persembahan suci serta media pewarisan nilai moral dan budaya kepada generasi muda. Dengan demikian, Tari Rejang Asta Dala tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual sakral, tetapi juga sebagai identitas kolektif, sarana pelestarian budaya, dan wujud harmoni kosmis dalam kehidupan masyarakat Ubud. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya menjaga keberlanjutan tarian sebagai warisan budaya yang membentuk kehidupan sosial dan spiritual masyarakat.
