Abstract

Tingkat kemampuan berwirausaha dibidang pengelasan yang dimiliki santri Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Doho, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun dinilai rendah karena keterbatasan materi, hal ini berdampak pada perawatan dan perbaikan dalam bentuk pengelasan untuk sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan di pondok pesantren. Oleh karena itu, diadakannya pelatihan pengelasan dan kewirausahaan yang kemudian hari dikembangkan menjadi suatu ide usaha. Dengan penguasaan keterampilan pengelasan maka produk yang dihasilkan santri mampu dijadikan kegiatan berwirausaha dan bersaing pada pasar di era globalisasi. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa parameter yang dapat dicapai luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa kemampuan kewirausahaan yang bermanfaat bagi santri. Tahapan pelaksanaan terdiri dari teori dasar kewirausahaan yang dinilai secara kuantitatif melalui pre-test dan post-test serta praktek pemasaran produk terapan yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari pengabdian (pelatihan) kewirausahaan berupa pengetahuan dalam hal dasar kewirausahaan dan penerapannya.

Abstract

Information and communication services in the service industry context have a crucial role. BPJS Kesehatan, as a national health insurance institution, provides Pandawa service to accommodate administrative needs and participant complaints. This study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Pandawa service usage in Nganjuk Regency. We applied four indicators to achieve that objective, including interface, navigation, content, and reliability. A total of 50 BPJS Kesehatan participants were involved as respondents in this study. Based on the data interpretation results, it was concluded that the Pandawa BPJS Kesehatan in Nganjuk Regency was in the effective category.

Abstract

Archives are records of activities presented in various forms of media and used as information materials that have utility value for an organization or agency and are stored in such a way that if needed at any time they can be easily and quickly found again. Given the importance of records, every organization or agency needs to have a Records Division to manage them. One of the activities carried out in records management is disposition. Records disposition is the activity of separating active records from inactive records and removing useless records based on the records retention schedule. This study was conducted to find out the stages of implementing records disposition in Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Madiun. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the study results, it was concluded that records disposition has included three stages, namely transfer, destruction, and submission.

Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. has introduced an innovative service, enabling customers to open savings accounts digitally, accessible anytime and anywhere without the need to visit the bank. The advent of this digital account opening system aims to enhance customer convenience through digital savings services. This study aims to assess customer perceptions regarding the quality of the product, service quality, emotional satisfaction, pricing, and costs associated with the digital savings account opening system at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Madun Unit Nglames. The research employs a descriptive quantitative methodology. Data sources include primary data from questionnaires completed by 35 respondents and secondary data from documentation on digital savings usage. The data are analyzed and discussed in relation to the theoretical framework, leading to a conclusion. The findings indicate that the digital savings account system is reasonably effective for account opening at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Madiun Branch Unit Nglames.

Abstract

Eco-enzyme is one of the potential organic waste processing technologies in the future. This community service activity aims to provide training on eco-enzyme household waste management in the Ujung Residence housing environment and youth groups in Ngujung Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency. This activity begins with the dissemination of technology and the use of eco-enzymes through interactive lectures and discussions, followed by demonstrations of eco-enzyme production by the resource persons. The assessment is carried out according to a process that includes the presence of participants, enthusiasm/enthusiasm and response to training activities, as well as ecological enzyme products produced by the participants' production houses. The results of the service show that the training activities have been able to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in processing organic waste into ecological enzymes. The results of the evaluation showed that the response, enthusiasm, acceptance, presence and participation of the community in the training activities were very good. The eco-enzyme product produced by the participants was considered successful if it met certain criteria, namely brown color, distinctive fruity odor with a slight alcohol aroma, acidic pH (3-4) and free of mold or maggots.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang berupa pengetahuan dan sudut pandang kepada siswa mengenai keputusan untuk merencanakan masa depan, salah satunya dapat melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi setelah menempuh pendidikan menengah atas, yaitu perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini adalah konseling atau bimbingan dengan pengisian kuesioner singkat dan diskusi terbuka oleh narasumber yang berasal dari Politeknik Negeri Madiun. Proses tersebut akan memudahkan siswa untuk leluasa bertanya kepada narasumber tentang berbagai hal yang berhubungan dengan studi lanjut. Keputusan untuk melanjutkan studi bukanlah keputusan yang mudah, untuk itu melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan siswa mendapatkan bimbingan guna memperoleh pemahaman yang memadai tentang berbagai kondisi karakteristik dirinya, baik tentang bakat, minat, cita-cita berbagai kekuatan serta kelemahan yang ada dalam dirinya. Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Siswa Kelas XII SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Sambirejo. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 23 siswa kelas XII SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Sambirejo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa diharapkan mampu merencanakan dan mengambil keputusan studi lanjut yang diinginkan setelah lulus sekolah menengah atas yang disesuaikan dengan minat, bakat, kemampuan, dan kemauan yang dimiliki
