Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendapatkan gambaran tentang model supervisi akademik pengawas bagi guru SMK yang saat ini dilaksanakan; 2) mengembangkan desain model supervisi akademik secara online bagi guru SMK yang tepat untuk diterapkan; dan 3) menghasilkan model supervisi akademik secara online bagi pengawas yang praktis dan efektif. Supervisi akademik pengawas adalah pembinaan guru dengan cara memberikan bantuan atau layanan profesional supaya guru memiliki kompetensi dibidang tugasnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengawas dan guru SMK di Kabupaten Demak. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model final supervisi akademik pengawas secara online pada guru SMK diperoleh dengan mendeskripsikan model faktual supervisi akademik yang selama ini dilakukan, menyusun desain model supervisi, melakukan validasi desain model supervisi, melakukan uji coba model supervisi, dan merumuskan model final supervisi akademik pengawas secara online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik pengawas selama ini belum dapat dijadikan dasar pembinaan guru karena belum dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal oleh pengawas sekolah. Model supervisi akademik pengawas secara online praktis dan efektif sebagai sarana bantu pengawas sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi pembelajaran. The purpose of this study is 1) to get an overview of supervisory supervision supervisor model for vocational teachers currently being implemented; 2) develop an online model of supervision model design for appropriate SMK teachers to apply; and 3) produce an online academic supervision model for practical and effective supervisors. Supervision of supervisor academic is guidance of teacher by giving assistance or professional service so that teacher have competence in their field of duty.This research uses research and development approach (R & D). The subject of this research is the supervisor and teacher of SMK in Demak Regency. Research data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The final model of online supervision supervision supervision of SMK teachers is obtained by describing the factual model of the academic supervision that has been done, preparing the supervision model design, validating the supervision model design, conducting the supervision model test, and formulating the final model of the supervisor supervision supervision online.The results showed that supervisor academic supervision has not been able to be used as the basis for teacher development because it can not be implemented optimally by school supervisors. The supervisory academic supervisory model is practical and effective as a school supervisor's tool in supervising learning.

Abstract

The development of academic supervision model assisted by the Information System Management is an academic supervision model by using a web tool. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of current supervision, develop a model, validate the model and analyze the practicality of the model. The method of this research is Research and Development. In the preliminary study, literary studies, field studies and descriptions of findings’ analysis were carried out. Data collection techniques were done by using interviews, questionnaires and observations. The development stage included the conceptual development, model validation involving experts and practitioners. The evaluation staged used an assessment sheet to find out the practicality of the model. Based on the results of the preliminary research, an academic supervision model assisted by the Information System Management was developed. Then the conceptual model was validated by experts and practitioners to produce valid models and then limited trial were conducted. The conclusions in this study are: (1) factual models of academic supervision still have weaknesses; (2) the model developed was validated with a very good level of validity; (3) the model developed was practical and effective to be used by supervisors to carry out the academic supervision. Suggestions from this study were expected not only to be tested on a limited scale but also can be continued a broader scale.

Abstract

The development peer participation academic supervision model is a supervision model which involves teacher supervisor by empowering the peers who have a task to give facilitation, guidance, and academic assistance in carrying out the supervision. This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of academic supervision (initial model), develop academic supervision model based on teachers’ need, and examine the practicality of supervision model which is being developed. This Research and Development divided into three steps namely preliminary, development, and evaluation. Techniques for collecting the data are using interview, document analysis, and observation. The validity testing is using source triangulation. Preliminary stage is including literaiteraturery studies, field studies related to the problem that will be solved, and description and analysis of field’s finding. Development stage involves experts and practitioners, so resulting in a model that is ready to be tried out. Evaluation stage (limited trial) is using a design sheet to find out the practicality of the model. Results of the research (1) the implementation of academic supervision is less effective recently, (2) academic supervision that is appropriate to the teachers’ need is peer participation academic supervision which involves supervisors, the peers, and the teachers who are supervised from the planning stage to the follow-up stage, (3) the result shows that the academic supervision model is practical and statistically effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of customer expectations and marketing mix on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervention at SMK Al-Ittihad. All activities carried out by a school will ultimately lead to students' value regarding their perceived satisfaction. If student satisfaction is realized, loyalty to school is also manifested. This study's population were all SMK Al-Ittihad Boarding School Jungpasir, Wedung, Demak in the 2020/2021 academic year, with the sampling technique being the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The path analysis results (Path Analysis) show that there is a significant influence between the variable Customer Expectations and the Marketing Mix partially on Customer Satisfaction with the Sig. <0.05. Directly there is a significant influence between the variable Customer Expectations and Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty with the Sig Value. <0.05, and there is no significant influence between the Marketing Mix variable and Customer Loyalty with the Sig. 0.778> 0.05. Customer Expectations directly affect Customer Loyalty with the direct effect value is greater than the indirect effect value (0.507> 0.316). Marketing Mix directly affects Customer Loyalty with the greater direct effect value than the indirect effect value (0.013> -0.201). This research is useful as input in the development of management science, especially in marketing management.
