Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini bencana longsor sering melanda Kota Padang. Agar masalah longsor ini bisa ditangani secara menyeluruh oleh pihak yang terkait maka perlu dilakukan penelitian secara komprehensif serta melihat gambaran sifat fisis dan struktur batuan bawah permukaan di daerah rawan longsor.  Hingga kini, bagaimana gambaran sifat fisis dan struktur batuan bawah permukaan di Kota Padang belum banyak diungkapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi adanya bidang gelincir di daerah rawan longsor. Pengambilan data dilakukan di Bukit Lantiak yang masuk Kelurahan Seberang Palinggam Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang. Data yang diperoleh  dengan menggunakan Konfigurasi Wenner ini diolah dengan bantuan software RES2DINV berupa penampang model 2D yang memiliki warna yang berbeda-beda. Masing-masing warna menunjukkan rentangan nilai tahanan jenis tertentu. Hasil interpretasi data untuk Lintasan 1 ini adalah sebagai berikut. Lintasan 1 terletak pada Koordinat  0.000 58’3.7” LS dan 1000 22’ 5.6” BT sampai 0.000 58’ 3.9” LS dan 1000 22’ 10,1” BT.Titik sounding berada pada koordinat  0.000 58’ 3.9” LS dan 1000 22’ 10,1” BT. Panjang Lintasan 1 adalah 315 m  dengan spasi elektroda 5 m. Berdasarkan nilai resistivitas yang diperoleh pada Lintasan 1 diidentifikasi terdapat 4 jenis batuan penyusun yaitu Clay, Sandstone, Limestone, dan Andesit. Hasil interpretasi menunjukkan di Lintasan 1 terdapat  bidang gelincir. Kata kunci : Bencana longsor, sifat fisis dan struktur batuan bawah permukaan, metoda geolistrik tahanan jenis, konfigurasi Wenner, bidang gelincir.

Abstract

Large earthquakes that occurred in the city of Padang had been expected to lead to changes in the structure of rocks beneath the surface composition including bedrock. Information about the composition of these rocks can be obtained by conducting geological surveys by using geoelectric methods (resistivity). This method is very good to know the condition or subsurface geological structures based on variations in resistivity. Research is inversion modeling. Equation used is forward modeling of resistivity 1-D using Jacobi matrix element finite difference approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from a previous study by the Department of Physics geoelectric exploration team of UNP. Resistivity is determined from an apparent resistivity measurements. Types are resistivity investigation using Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) or depth investigation, with distinction anisotropic cross section in the vertical direction. The data inversion modeling results resistivity 1-D using IPI2WIN software obtained bedrock on the track of FE to FIS at the point of sounding 2/7 at depths >  18.3 m  the resistivity is 1002 Wm, on track of UNP gate to FT at the point of sounding 2/7 at depths >  25.6 m the resistivity is 744   Wm and at the point of sounding 5/7 on the surface to a depth of 3.75 m the resistivity is  778  Wm and on track of Balai Bahasa to Al Azhar mosque at the point of sounding 7/7 at a depth of >  11.4 m the resistivity is 923 Wm. While on the track of FIK to Lab. Biology is not found bedrock. Bedrock types found are suspected Andesite which form the basis for the layer above it as Alluvium and Sands, Sandstones and Clays. Modeling results are not so good, as evidenced by the error (RMS error) more than 5%, which means the calculation data does not approach the observations data. This is due to the amount of noise during measurement that sourced from the equipment used and the environmental conditions such as there are many trees, electrical wires and the route is paved.Key words: resistivity method, modeling, inversion, VES

Abstract

Graduated in formal education who have good character, good spiritual and social attitude, knowledge and skillful were needed in globalization era. In fact not all of graduated students were capable competitedzation era. This condition was caused by character value and other science didn’t integrate in learning process yet. An alternative solution to solve this problem was applied the ICT woksheet by integrating Mathematics, Science, technology, disaster, and character value (MSTDC). The purpose of this research were to determine the competency of the Physics students and to investigate the effect of ICT woksheet by integrating MSTDC to the competency of Physics students grade XI  at SMAN 1 Lubuk Alung. The population of quasi experimental research were the students grade XI MIA SMAN I Lubuk Alung in the 2014/2015 academic year. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument were the test sheet for competency domain of knowledge, observation sheet for competency domain of attitude, and performance sheet for competency domain of skills. Based on the data analysis could be presented the conclusions of this research. First, there was significant differention competency of students between two sampling classes that were in same condition, except the worksheet which was used. Second, the use of ICT worksheet by integrating MSTDC gave significant effect toward Physics competency of students grade XI at SMAN 1 Lubuk Alung

Abstract

One of the problems that makes the competence of the students are not aptimal is that we have not found can be the suitable learning model between Cooperative Learning type Think-Pair-Share and Snowball Throwing in order to increase student competence. The purpose of this research was to know the difference in competence of the IPA students used Cooperative Learning type Think-Pair-Share and Snowball Throwing for class VII SMPN 11 Padang. This research was Quasi experiment research with factorial design 2 x 2. The population research  was students in class VII SMPN 11 Padang that enrolled on second semester in academic year of 2015/2016. The instruments of this research are paper test for cognitive competence, observation sheets for affective competence, and performance assessment for psychomotor competence. Hypotesis test used was the t-test. Based on data analysis result, it can be concluded that in cognitive competence and psychomotor tcounting > ttable, it shows that Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing is better than Cooperative Learning type Think-Pair-Share, but psychomotor competence tcounting <ttable., there is no difference between usage Cooperative Learning type Think-Pair-Share and Snowball Throwing models at  SMPN 11 Padang

Abstract

Physics learning outcomes of Senior High School in Padang is not optimum. It caused by student worksheet which use student was not support to reach optimum learning outcomes. For this reason student worksheet that support optimally learning outcomes must be develop. A research was doing to investigate influence the student worksheet which be equipped by comprehensive intelligence in Problem Based Learning to physics learning outcomes for grade X in Senior High School 3 Padang must be done. Population of Quasi Experiment Research with randomized control group only design was student for grade X MIA in Senior High School 3 Padang registered on 2015/2016. Technique sampling this research was purposive sampling. Instrument research was objective test sheet for cognitive, observation sheet for spiritual and social attitude and performance rubric for psychomotor. That result of research showed that the mean score of the experiment class is high than control class. Analysis of data that worksheet which be equipped by comprehensive intelligence in problem based learning was influence significantly to physics learning outcomes for grade X in Senior High School 3 Padang

Abstract

Implementation of 2013 curriculum requires continuous and integrated evaluation instruments with the  other sciences for learning. Generally, integrated and continuous evaluation instruments are not implemented in the school. One of solution that can be done to overcome this problem was to make the learning evaluation instruments with integrating MSTDC based on ICT. The purpose of this research was to determine the validity, description, practicality, and effectivity  of  learning material with integrating  relevant knowledge and skills  based on ICT.  The  kind of this  research  was  research and  development  (R&D)  with  before-after experi ment  design. Object of this research was  learning material with integrating MSTDC based on ICT. The instru ments  that  used to collect data are validity sheet, practicality sheet, learning outcomes test sheet. There are two results  of the data analysis.  First, a description of the learning evaluation instrument integrates MSTDC based on ICT is valid with an average value of 93.6. Second, the use of learning evaluation instrument integrates MSTDC based on ICT in the assessment of learning outcomes is a practical physics characterized by the average value of the results of responses Physics teacher as a practitioner is 87.96 and the average value of student responses as well as the user is a 82.6 effective for used as an evaluation tool

Abstract

Science learning should be do in process approach because science is not only the collection of fact but also process of discovery, so in the learning have to directed to application of the scientific method. An alternatif solution to solve this problem was to apply the student worksheet based POE (Predict, Observe and Explain). The purpose of this research was to find the effect of application student worksheet based POE in sciences learning the competence of students class VII SMPN 5 Padang. Type of this research was the quasi experiment with randomized control group only design. The population in this research were the students grade VII SMP 5 Padang who were registered in the 2014/2015 academic year. Sampling technique  was cluster random  sampling. Instruments of this research are test sheets of  learning  outcomes  for competence of cognitive, observation sheets for competence of attitudes, and skills assessment sheet for competence of skills.  The data of  three competences was analyzed and tried hypothesis use the chi squared. The result of hipotesys test for competence of cognitive, attitude and skill are x2count ≤ x2table at significance level 0,05 and dk 1 . Thus, it can be concluded that application student worksheet based POE in sciences learning the competence of students class VII SMPN 5 Padang give not signifikan effect

Abstract

Integrated students competence is important in 2013 curriculum. In fact, integration of students competence does not conducted yet. One of the effort that can be done to solve the problem was to apply students worksheet by integrating the various of material in Physics learning. This students worksheet was predicted effective to increase Physics competence of students. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of using students worksheet by integrating Mathematics, Science, Technology, Disaster, and Character value (MSTDC) at topics of motion, gravitation, and energy based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) toward Physics competence of students at eleventh class of MIA SMAN 1 Padang. The design of Quasi experiment research was randomized control group only design. Population of  research was students at eleventh class of MIA SMAN 1 Padang that listed in 2014/2015 learned years. Sample was gotten with purpossive sampling technique. Data of research includes knowledge, attitude, and skill domain. This data were analyzed by applying compare mean test. Based on the result of data analysis can be stated two of research results. First, the competence of students used ICT students worksheet by integrating MSTDC had mean value at knowledge, attitude, and skill domain respectly 91.38; 89.45;91.67. Second, the use of ICT students worksheet by integrating MSTDC at topics of, gravitation, and energy give significant effect toward Physics competence of students at eleventh class of MIA SMAN 1 Padang  on the real  level  of  0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to determine the competency of the Physics students and to investigate the effect ICT learning material by integrating MSTDC to the competency of Physics students grade XI  at SMAN 1 Padang. Type of research was quasi experimental research with randomized control group only design. The population in this research were the students grade XI MIA SMAN I Padang who were registered in the 2014/2015 academic year. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. There were three instruments in this research, tose are test sheet of knowledge domain, observation sheet of attitude domain, and performance sheet of skill domain. Based on the data analysis could be presented the result of this research. First, the average value of students which use ICT learning material of Physics by integrating MSTDC in knowledge domain, attitude domain, and skill domain respectively 87.52, 90.52, and 86.90. Abstract

Implementation of Physics learning needs a learning material to support the goal achievement of Physics learning. An alternative solution to achievement the goal of Physics learning is apply the Physics learning materials based ICT by integrating Mathematic, Sciences, technology, disaster, and character values (MSTDC) in the learning of Physics. The purpose of this research is to generate Physics learning material that good description, validity, practicality, and effectivity. Type of this research is the Reserch and Development (R & D). Object of this research is physics learning materials based ICT by integrating MSTDC on classical mechanics especially at continuous system. The instrument for collecting data in this research is validation sheet, practicality sheet, learning outcomes test sheet, and observation sheet. There are two result of the data analysis. First, this learning material is valid with average value 87,50 by expert and 88,03 by practitioners. Design of learning material consists of home, identity learning materials, introduction, learning materials, exercises, evaluation, reference, download, chat, and discussion forums. Second, Physics learning material based ICT by integrating MSTDC is practice and effective are used in physics learning process
