Abstract

The era of globalization has resulted in several changes in views on strategic resources within a company, including human capital. Human capital is considered very important related to the company's non-financial performance. So this research tries to measure the performance of Generation Y employees with the Human Capital approach in the South Jakarta area. The aim of this research ismeasure influencehuman capitalconsisting ofindividual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness,and leadership on the performance of Generation Y employees in the South Jakarta area. The method used is associative quantitative research, with the sample technique used is simple random sampling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komunikasi interpersonal, dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Master Sentosa Cemerlang. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan organisasi, khususnya dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis. Karyawan yang memiliki loyalitas tinggi cenderung menunjukkan komitmen, rasa memiliki, serta keinginan untuk bertahan dan berkontribusi secara optimal bagi Perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Master Sentosa Cemerlang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda guna menguji pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja, komunikasi interpersonal, dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya komunikasi interpersonal yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara karyawan dan pimpinan maupun antar rekan kerja memiliki peran yang dominan dalam membangun loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan loyalitas karyawan melalui penguatan komunikasi interpersonal di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the financial management governance capacity at PT. Radisha Travel as a sharia travel business. The main problem faced by partners is that financial recording, cash flow management, and the separation of personal and company finances are not yet optimal, which has the potential to hamper strategic decision making and business sustainability. The methods used in this activity include partner situation analysis, financial management assistance, simple accounting-based recording training, and preparation of financial reports in accordance with sharia principles and applicable accounting standards. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding in recording transactions, preparing monthly financial reports, as well as their ability to carry out financial planning and evaluation. Apart from that, the application of sharia principles in financial governance also provides added value for strengthening the identity of sharia travel businesses. Thus, this service program is able to make a real contribution in increasing the professionalism of PT's financial management. Radisha Travel, while supporting business sustainability and customer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Istiqomah Jaya Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 60 karyawan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik,analisis regeresi linear berganda,koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpenganruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Istiqomah Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intellegence and motivation to employee performance.The method in collecting data in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 57 employee educatinal staff faculty od medicine and health muhammadiyah university of jakarta. The research method used is quantitative method which is associative by using primary data.The result of study indicate that emotion intellegence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t count values of 6,893 2,00 and significant 0,000 0,05, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count of 2,526 2,00 and significant 0,001 0,05. Together emotional intellegence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 58,731 3,16 and a significant value 0,000 0,05.Keywords : Emotion Intellegence, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Master Sentosa Cemerlang, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri remanufaktur cartridge toner printer laserjet. Konteks industri remanufaktur menuntut tingkat ketelitian, efisiensi, dan konsistensi kerja yang tinggi, sehingga kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor krusial dalam menjaga kualitas produk dan stabilitas operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 59 karyawan dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan motivasi dan peningkatan produktivitas merupakan kunci dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada industri remanufaktur, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia pada sektor pengolahan ulang dengan karakteristik kerja yang spesifik.   This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work productivity on employee performance at PT. Master Sentosa Cemerlang, a company operating in the remanufacturing industry of laserjet printer toner cartridges. The remanufacturing sector requires high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and work consistency, making employee performance a critical factor in maintaining product quality and operational stability. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consists of 59 employees, all of whom were included as research samples using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that, partially, work motivation and work productivity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that strengthening work motivation and improving productivity are key factors in enhancing employee performance within the remanufacturing industry. This study contributes empirical evidence to the field of human resource management, particularly in industries with specific operational characteristics such as remanufacturing.

Abstract

The GIG economy, often facilitated by digital platforms, enables part-time work arrangements. This study focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Kebayoran Lama Selatan, who play a vital role in providing delivery and transport services. The research aims to examine the influence of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction among these workers. Using a quantitative approach, the t-test shows compensation has no significant effect, while work motivation does. However, the F-test indicates both variables together significantly affect job satisfaction. It is recommended to raise driver fares and provide appropriate bonuses to enhance their overall job satisfaction.
