Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teamwork and work motivation on employee performance at PT Amythas South Jakarta. This research was carried out in April-June. In this research the author used quantitative research methods. Data collection uses observation, questionnaires and documentation methods. with a sample size of 60 people. The research results concluded that there was a partially significant influence between teamwork on employee performance, proven based on the results of the t test or partial test with a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated t value > t table of 7.939 > 2.001. There is a partially significant influence between work motivation and employee performance, proven based on the results of the t test or partial test with a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated t value > t table of 10.666 > 2.001. There is a significant simultaneous influence between teamwork and work motivation on employee performance at PT Amythas South Jakarta, proven based on the results of the F test or simultaneous testing with a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated F value > F table, namely 58.576 > 3 .16.

Abstract

This research in marketing management aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction for East Jakarta Honda motorbikes from April to June due to the decline in sales of Hodna motorbikes on consumer satisfaction in 2022. The aim of this research is to determine product quality and price on Honda motorbike consumer satisfaction in East Jakarta and to study marketing management techniques. This type of research is quantitative research, the sampling technique is Cluster Sampling which was obtained by 60 respondents which was carried out in the East Jakarta District, totaling 10 sub-districts. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires. In this research, the SPSS version 25 program was used. The results of the research on the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction for Honda motorbikes showed results that had a very positive influence on partial and simultaneous results. Which means increasing product quality and product prices. So the results are very significant, the T test is 0.044 > 0.5 and the F test is 1.041 > F is 2.00, the more satisfaction Honda motorbike customers increase, the more sales they make to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Influencer Marketing and product quality on buying interest in e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, namely the author describes the phenomena that exist in the formulation of problems that have been determined based on data that has been collected from primary sources. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires online to e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, then processed using SPSS 25 with multiple linear data analysis techniques. The results showed that Influencer Marketing and product quality partially had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Furthermore, Influencer Marketing and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in e-commerce users in Central Jakarta. This proves that Influencer Marketing and product quality are effective strategies in influencing consumer buying interest in products or services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of flash sales and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions for Shopee products. The research was conducted from October to December with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents as a sample. Data analysis includes data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple regression analysis, and determination coefficient tests with IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of the partial test showed that flash sale (X1) had no significant effect on consumer purchase decisions (Y) with a T value of -0.996 < 1.661 and a significance of 0.322 > 0.05. On the contrary, free shipping (X2) had a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions (Y) with a T value of 5.982 > 1.661 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test shows that simultaneously flash sale (X1) and free shipping (X2) have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions (Y) with an F value of 17.947 > F table 3.090 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that the two variables together have a positive influence on consumer purchase decisions on Shopee products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at Alfamart in Depok City. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires filled out by 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the T-test indicate that service quality (X1) has a significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y), with a t-value of 2.851 > 1.661 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Meanwhile, promotion (X2) does not show a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with a t-value of 6.938 > 1.661 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-test shows that, simultaneously, service quality and promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with an F-value of 84.772 > F-table 3.090 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is found that 63.6% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality and promotion, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini, telah banyak kemajuan di berbagai bidang, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan teknologi informasi. Di antara media massa yang berkembang dengan baik, diantaranya radio, televisi dan film. Radio salah satu media komunikasi jenis massa satu arah yang berperan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat dengan jangkauan yang sangat luas. Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Radio Republik Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang ada di Radio republik Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan yang di hasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang di mana menggunakan data random sampling dan Data yang di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Radio Republik Indonesia. loyalitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Radio Republik Indonesia. terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan setelah dilakukan uji simultan atau keseluruhan dari variabel kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas terhadap kepuasan pendengar Radio Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik Jakarta menyediakan Jasa Pengiriman dan Transportasi Laut. Disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan, sebab apabila disiplin yang kurang pada pegawai dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak kondusif, maka bisa terjadi kesalahan dalam mengerjakan tugasnya, sehingga bisa menyebabkan kinerja karyawan kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari pengkajian ini ialah guna mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik Jakarta. Jenis data penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis data model regresi linear berganda dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang akan dipergunakan ialah Non-Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) yang berjumlah 70 orang. Sumber data yang dipergunakan yakni data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwasanya Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation and workload on employee satisfaction at PT Nusapala Group. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 80 employees. In determining the sample used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 40 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. The classic assumption test used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has no positive and no significant effect on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work environment, compensation, and workload on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research was to find out whether there is an influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet. Workload and work stress are issues that need to be considered by companies because they can reduce employee performance. In this study the authors used quantitative methods, using primary and secondary data sources. The sample in this research is a number of 36 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The analytical method used in this study used the multiple regression analysis method and to process the data using SPSS version 26. The results in this study stated that: 1) Workload has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet 2) Work stress has a negative and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet 3) Workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on coffee shop Coffhouse customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative research using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to Coffhouse customers. The study sample consisted of 75 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between marketing strategies on customer satisfaction which was shown from the calculated results of 11,653 with a significant 0,000. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction as shown from the results of a calculation of 4,111 with a significant 0,000. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction, this is shown by the Fcalculate value of 380,319 with a significant value of 0,000. With a large influence of 91.1% while the remaining 8.9% was influenced by other variables outside the study
