The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on Yuditex's corporate image in Polokarto. The sample is 85 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling technique from the population of the community around the Yuditex company in Polokarto. The data collected was quantified with a Liker scale of 1-5 then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The findings of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) which includes Community Support, Diversity, and Environment has an influence on image Yuditex company in Polokarto.

This study aims to determine the effect of service delivery and digitization on customer satisfaction at PT ISS Indonesia. The population in this study are consumers who use the services of PT ISS Indonesia for cleaning services, security services, pest control and other services. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling taken as many as 95 respondents. The data obtained through the questionnaire was quantified using a Likert scale of 1-5 with a choice rating of strongly agree to strongly disagree to be tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously service delivery and digitization variables had a positive effect on customer satisfaction

The idea of this research is to reveal the relationship of employee interest in terminate the employment relationshif at PT. Cartini Lingerie Indonesia Unit 2 of the factor of compensation, workload and job satisfaction. Sources of data in the form of information collected through simple random sampling of questionnaires given to 263 employees. While SPSS 25.0 is used as the main tool to process data, the results show that compensation has an insignificant negative effect on turnover intention, then workload and job satisfaction substantially effect turnover intention. The results of the F test found that compensation, workload and job satisfaction simultaneously had an effect. The contribution of the three test variables is 83% to the dependent variable while the remaining 17% comes from factors outside the research factor.

This research aims to determine the influence of green marketing and social media promotion on purchasing decisions in the city of Solo Raya. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data through distributing questionnaires online on the Instagram platform. The questionnaire was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the number of samples used in the research being 100 respondents. This research uses data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this research show that the green marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and the social media promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This research is to know the Influence of Communication, Motivation, And Work Ability To Performance Of Subdistrict Officer Of Universitas STEKOM Semarang. Research data was obtained through questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 82 respondents. The data obtained were processed by using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables to dependent variables, but before the test is done first test the validity and reliability test.The result of regression analysis shows that Communication, Motivation, and Work Ability to Performance.

Thrifting is the activity of buying second hand products wichs is becoming a trend for teenagers, young people, and even older people. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of product quality, flash sale discounts and risk perception on customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event. The population is consumers who buy thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event. The sampling technique using accidental sampling obtained 75 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed with the help of a Google form which was distributed to all customers who purchased thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event, measured on a 1-5 Liker scale. The collected data was processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that partially product quality and flash sale discounts do not influence customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event, however perceived risk is proven to influence customer satisfaction with thrift products at the Solo Marketfest event.

Garment companies are faced with the challenge of employee turnover intention that has not been fully resolved. This study aims to examine the relationship between job insecurity and workload on employee turnover intention through the mediation role of work stress in the garment industry Mas Arya 2 Semarang. Questionnaires were collected from 96 samples of employee staff using proportional sampling techniques with the criteria of permanent employees in the production department who have worked for at least 6 months. Data analysis used partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The findings of the study explain that job insecurity and workload directly affect employee work stress and employee turnover intention. Work stress indirectly acts as a mediator that influences the relationship between job insecurity and workload on employee turnover intention.

Technological developments in the financial sector are changing people's lifestyles, one of which is a more effective cashless payment system using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). The aim of this research is to find the effect of convenience, usefulness, security and trust on the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes at the Gawok Traditional Market. The total population of 35 respondents from Gawok Traditional Market traders was sampled using a total sampling technique. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with quantitative research. The results provide the conclusion that the variables of convenience, usefulness, security and trust have a significant and influential effect on the decision to use Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes in Gawok Traditional Market shophouses so that these four variables greatly influence the decision to use Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) barcodes in Gawok Traditional Market Shophouse. This study recommends improving security and building trust through transparency and education for traders. Enhancing ease of use and increasing QRIS benefits, such as usage incentives, are also essential. The practical implication is that QRIS implementation in traditional markets will be more effective if supported by technical assistance and improved positive perceptions of its security and usefulness.
