Abstract

Pada Perusaahan industri Dalam era industrialisasi yang semakin kompetitif sekarang ini, setiap pelaku bisnis yang ingin memenangkan kompetisi dalam dunia industri akan memberikan perhatian penuh pada efektivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan, termasuk dalam masalah logistik. Dengan bantuan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dilakukan pemilihan supplier bahan baku pengemas pada perusahaan. Hasil penilaian evaluasi kinerja supplier diperusahaan menggunakan rancangan penilaian dengan menggunakan model Quality, Quantity,Cost, dan Delivery (QQCD) Dari hasil perhitungan dengan keputusan penilaian kerja supplier dapat dihasilkan ada keputusan yang mana supplier A dengan total nilai 10 dengan keputusan menjadi supplier unggulan, supplier B dengan total nilai 8,3 dengan keputusan tetap menjadi supplier, supplier C dengan total nilai 7,25 dengan keputusan tetap menjadi supplier, supplier D dengan total nilai dengan nilai 6 dengan keputusan surat protes (complain), dan supplier E dengan total nilai 5 dengan keputusan di eliminasi dari daftar supplier terpilih.

Abstract

Pembangunan agroindustri jagung sebagai salah satu pilihan model upaya mendukung Ketahanan Pangan Nasional dan modernisasi pedesaan. Namun sayangnya kondisi pertanian Negara Indonesia saat ini belum terdukung secara baik, yaitu dengan munculnya banyak sekali kendala yang berkenaan dengan birokrasi, kebijakan yang tidak berpihak pada petani dan rakyat kecil di desa. Model pertanian yang tidak tertata dan kebiasaan penyelesaian kelangkaan kebutuhan dengan impor, belum lagi hampir semua data kebutuhan dan hasil pertanian yang berbeda antar instansi dan organisasi, sehingga menyulitkan proses penyelesaian. Untuk itu sebagai awal penelitian ini dititik-beratkan pada pembahasan perlunya perumusan perencanaan Agroindustri jagung disesuaikan dengan karakteristik wilayah dan ketersediaan teknologi tepat guna melalui model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan, hal ini diyakini dapat berpengaruh meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan petani sesuai dengan prinsip pembangunan untuk ketahanan pangan yang jelas. Prinsip ketersediaan, distribusi dan konsumsi jagung secara tepat sebagai upaya memecahkan permasalahan dan pencapaian sasaran pengembangan ketahanan pangan, sehingga dengan perencanaan sumberdaya dan alokasi dana terbatas pun dapat menghasilkan output optimal yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The project scheduling establish the time sequence of various activities which has a certain time limit, this means that the project must be completed before or exactly at the specified time. The delay effect and result in delays to the completion of the overall project. The purpose of study is to analyze the scheduling of the project to find out how long a project can be completed, determine the critical path as well as optimize the time of execution of the project. Research methods used for the project implementation analysis of Clubhouse building construction using critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review technique (PERT). Results of the discussion and calculations obtained that the completion of the project still in accordance with the schedule that has been determained, with the critical path method (CPM) is 321 days, and the program evaluation and review technique (PERT), time most quickly resolved is 312 days (value of Z= 0,22%), the slowest time is 339 days (value of Z= 99,87%) and the most probable time is 325 days (value of Z= 49,20%). Be aware of the activities which constitute the critical path is the activities: A, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C5, C7, C8, D, and obtained the optimization of project completion time with the CPM method is 48 days, PERT method, time most quickly is 57 days,the slowest time is 30 days, and the most possible time is 44 days.

Abstract

Manufacturing system improvement is one of the intensive improvements made so that later it can resp ond to market changes quickly. The company is always trying to increase productivity, one way to do that is by implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance system. However, in reality the results achieved were not in line with expectations. This study found that the amount of time taken to carry out maintenance breakdowns, which is one of the real problems, so corrective action was focused on this problem. In this study using OEE measurement methods, analysis of the calculation of Six Big Losses, and analysis of cause and effect diagrams to find out the problems that occur and provide suggestions for solving the problem. From the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, several results are obtained, namely the OEE value in the Reverse Osmosis machine is between 38.2% - 45.3% and is below the OEE standard (85%). The low OEE value is strongly influenced by the low availability rate which only ranges between 62.5% - 83.3% and is far below the standard availability rate (90%). The results of this study found that the biggest factors that influence the low effectiveness of the engine are the reduced speed factor of 30.31% and the scrap loss yield of 53.37%. so the recommended action is the application of TPM.

Abstract

Global business and industry competition in the field of heat exchangers is a threat to all companies, especially in terms of product manufacturing cycle time in this study, it is known that the problem is the average length of welding process of the connection process of the Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) unit which takes 3.45 hours each time the process so in this study aims to determine the increase in cycle time in the connection welding process in the existing PHE unit assembly process, the method used to increase the cycle time of the connection welding process is to use the Plan, Do, Check, and Action (PDCA) method, The application of this method has 4 stages: a Plan to identify existing problems and their root causes, Do is a step to carry out all improvements directed at the root of the problem, Check is a stage for the process of checking the comparison of data before and after the repair process based on the results of improvement there and Acti on is an action after repairs and the results are known, namely the implementation of standardization of processes that aim to guarantee the results and certainty of the next process. The results of this study are improvements that all welding connection processes using manual methods have been replaced by making simple machines so that the process can be more stable , consistent and efficient, the results of improvements that have been made can increase the cycle time of the connection welding process which was originally 3.45 hours to 0.97 hours per process.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian terpenting bagi tumbuh kembangnyasebuah perusahaan. Sebuah perusahaan dapat berkembang dengan baik tentunya dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dalam hal ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Penentuan karyawan terbaik dilakukan tidak hanya dengan cara penunjukan langsung oleh pimpinan atau manajer, akan tetapi sebuah perusahaan harus melakukan penilaian kinerja yang telah dilakukan oleh karyawann ya dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dan tentunya akan ada sebuah reward atas keberhasilan yang telah dicapai oleh karyawannya.AHP adalah metode yang digunakan untuk merangking alternatif keputusan dan memilih satu alternatif keputusan yang terbaik ketika pembuat keputusan memiliki berbagai kriteria. Dengan AHP pembuat keputusan dapat memilih alternatif yang terbaik yang sesuai dengan kriteria keputusannya, serta memberikan ranking untuk setiap alternatif keputusan berdasarkan kelayakan setiap alternatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Di dalam AHP, kecenderungan diantara beberapa alternatif dijabarkan dengan membuat perbandingan berpasangan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode (AHP) didapatkan bahwa KUD SUMBER REJO UNIT SKT memperoleh masing-masing nilai untuk kriteria pengetahuan pekerjaan sebesar 0,663898, kriteria tanggung jawab sebesar 0,312175, kriteria komunikasi sebesar 0,303925, kriteria kehadiran sebesar 0,150883, kriteria produktivitas pekerjaan sebesar 0,116147, kriteria kerjasama sebesar 0,050099, kriteria inisiatif pekerjaan sebesar 0,001339. Dari hasil nilai tersebut kriteria pengetahuan pekerjaan merupakan prioritas tertinggi dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a source of the regional and national economy. MSMEs have many roles in the social economy including being the main actor in economic activity, providing employment, playing a role in local economic development and community empowerment, a source of innovation, and creating new markets. Pasuruan Regency is one of the tempe centers in East Java. More than 200 families are engaged in Tempe production, including those in the Bangil sub-district, Purwodadi sub-district, Kejayan sub-district and Sukorejo sub-district. The main problem faced by Tempe Production SMEs is the machine or soybean dregs separator used, still using traditional tools (humans) which are less effective and efficient so that it takes a long time and there are working positions for workers who lack ergonomics, causing workload which is more. The purpose of this activity is how to make or design a design tool and work aid test for soybean dregs separator machines from soybean seeds to reduce the workload of making soybeans into tempeh and to be able to reduce the portion of the workload on tempe-making workers with anthropometric calculations.

Abstract

X yang hasil produknya di pasarkan diluar negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengndalian kualitas proses produksi wood floring. Abstract

Reusable diapers are becoming an increasingly popular eco-friendly option, but the industry faces challenges in maintaining product quality for customer satisfaction. This study analyzes and improves the quality of reusable diapers using the Six Sigma method using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. In the Define stage, quality issues are identified through customer complaints and product inspections. The Measure stage involves collecting defect data and analyzing it using control charts. The Analyze stage utilizes Fishbone Diagrams and FMEA to identify the root causes of defects. In the Improve stage, production process improvements are made, including raw material control and standard work procedures. The Control stage ensures continuous improvement through the implementation of SOPs and regular monitoring. The results show a DPMO value of 28,577 with a sigma level of 3.41, meaning that out of 1,000,000 products, there are potentially 28,577 defects. Abstract

This study describes a series of treatment processes and functions of each stage in the production process and the conditions of maltose product with GMP parameters are implemented by the application of HACCP is equipped with Work Instructions CCP. The study was conducted with qualitative data analysis, by comparing the data and the results of observations with the relevant literature, in the form of articles, research journals, and generally accepted standards, although the calculation of GMP with some quantitative data. Through the resulting composition of the seven studies document the HACCP assessment, include: (1) Establishment of HACCP team, (2) Description of Products and Processes, (3) Purposes and Consumer Products, (4) Process Flow Diagram, (5) Hazard Identification, (6 ) Determination of the CCP, and (7) Worksheet CCP. Documents 1, 2, and 3 have been prepared to review and revise the existing old documents, while the documents 4 to 7 is a new document. The seven documents is then also equipped with Work Instruction documents CCPs to facilitate labor in monitoring and control of critical control points (CCPs). The results showed maltose production process generally consists of four main phases, including: likuifikasi, saccharification, purification (filtration and ion processes), and concentration.
