Abstract

The problem in this research is student learning outcomes, which are important indicators of success in higher education which are influenced by various factors. This research aims to identify and analyze factors that influence student learning outcomes. These factors can be divided into two main categories, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include Interest, Motivation and Readiness in the Learning process. Meanwhile, external factors include family aspects, school aspects and community aspects. Apart from that, the cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain also play a role in influencing the quality of learning outcomes. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on economic education students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu regarding student learning outcomes in financial accounting courses, it can be concluded that the factors that influence student learning outcomes in financial accounting courses are in terms of interest, motivation and community environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji keefektifan penggunaan media youtube dan media film pendek terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 109 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta desain penelitian pretest dan posttest. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan random sampling pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 109 Kota Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dari hasil tes dengan melakukan pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan kisi-kisi instrumen penilaian yaitu tema, imajinasi, diksi, majas, dan makna. Temuan dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat keefektifan media youtube dan dan media film pendek terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve student activity and learning outcomes in class 7g of SMP Negeri 7 Bengkulu City. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles because it had achieved the indicators of successful action. The indicator of the success of this study is a minimum student learning activity score of 4. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class 7g of SMP Negeri 7 Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, pretest scores and posttest scores. The results of the study showed that through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, it can improve student learning activity and outcomes in social studies subjects. This can be seen from: 1) an increase in student learning activity. The average score of student learning activity in cycle I was 144, included in the sufficient category, and in cycle II the average score of student learning activity increased to 571.5, included in the very good category. 2) Judging from the results of the t-test at a significance level of 5% and degrees of freedom of 31, it shows that t count = 16.53 ≥ t table 1.696, meaning that t table is smaller than t count, meaning that there is a significant increase, namely that cycle II is better than cycle.
