Abstract

ABSTRACT The beauty industry is currently experiencing rapid growth. Y.O.U. Beauty is one of the alternative choices of skincare and cosmetic products for consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing, brand ambassadors, and brand image on purchasing decisions for consumers of Y.O.U. Beauty products in Semarang City. The population used in this study were consumers of Y.O.U. Beauty products in Semarang City. In this study, data collection methods were carried out through questionnaires from a sample of 150 respondents using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Then, the data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26. The results showed that social media marketing, brand ambassadors, and brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Y.O.U. Beauty products in the city of Semarang, so all hypotheses are determined between social media marketing, brand ambassadors, and brand image on purchasing decisions for consumers of Y.O.U. Beauty products in Semarang City were accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the important factors in doing marketing is to build brand equity, product quality and consumer trust to produce purchasing decisions. Apple is a technology company that has successfully led the competition by holding the title of The World's Most Valuable Brands based on Forbes in 2019 and is also ranked in the top three technology brands with the most distribution of smartphones based on Canalys Smartphone Market Pulse 2019. Seeing these conditions, this study aims to analyze brand equity and product quality on purchasing decision making through consumer trust as an intervening variable for FEB Undip Semarang students. The population used in this study were FEB Undip Semarang students who had already purchased apple products. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the AMOS 26.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that consumer confidence has a positive effect on purchasing decision making. Brand Equity has a positive effect on Purchase Decision Making. Brand Equity has a positive effect on Consumer Confidence. Product quality has a positive effect on Purchase Decision Making. Product quality has a positive effect on consumer confidence

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, the fashion business is one type of business that is quite popular among consumers after the food business. Uniqlo is an alternative fashion choice for consumers. However, there are still many consumers who are confused when making purchasing decisions regarding fashion products, especially Uniqlo. Paying attention to brand image, price perception and promotional intensity could be a strategic solution for a company to convince consumers to decide to buy a product. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price perception and promotional intensity on purchasing decisions among Uniqlo product consumers, Diponegoro University students. The population in this study were Uniqlo product consumers, Diponegoro University students. Data was obtained through questionnaires from a sample of 142 people using a non-profitability, purposive sampling approach. Then, the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that brand image, price perception, and promotional intensity have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Uniqlo products among Diponegoro University students. In this way, the company must further improve its brand image, price perception and promotional intensity to improve Uniqlo consumer decision making.

Green innovation, including technological advancements and strategic initiatives towards sustainability, plays a vital role in driving positive environmental impacts and competitive advantages. Understanding the interplay between these factors is essential for firms seeking to integrate sustainable practices into their operations and achieve superior performance in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Abstract

Formulir rekam medis merupakan sarana tempat pencatatan dari riwayat medis pasien, setiap dokter atau dokter gigi dalam menjalankan praktek kedokteran wajib membuat rekam medis, namun diketahui bahwa di Puskesmas Kahuripan sudah menyediakan formulir rekam medis khusus untuk Balai Pengobatan (BP) gigi, namun belum disesuaikan dengan Panduan rekam medis kedokteran gigi kemenkes RI Tahun 2015 dan PERMENKES nomor 269 tahun 2008 tentang Rekam Medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang kembali desain formulir manual rekam medis Balai Pengobatan Gigi di Puskesmas Kahuripan Kota Tasikmalaya tahun 2018. Metode penilitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Petugas Rekam Medis, Dokter Gigi dan Perawat Gigi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pengamatan (observasi) dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu rancangan Formulir Rekam Medis Balai Pengobatan Gigi Puskesmas Kahuripan Kota Tasikmalaya yang sesuai dengan aspek anatomik, aspek fisik dan aspek isi. Isi item dari formulir ini mengacu pada kebutuhan pengguna serta pedoman Rekam Medis Kedokteran Gigi Kemenkes RI tahun 2015.

Abstract

This study uses competitive advantage as an intervening variable in the Solo Residency coffee shop industry to examine how product innovation and market orientation affect business performance. The performance of the coffee shop in Solo Residency, which is still below expectations, is the issue brought up in this study.Coffee shop managers or owners who have been in business for at least six months make up the study's population. A non-probability or non-random sampling technique is employed in this investigation. Purposive sampling methods were used for the sampling. A questionnaire was given to the respondents as part of the study's data collection strategy. 170 questionnaire responses were analyzed using the Structural Equation model (SEM) using AMOS 26. According to the study's findings, competitive advantage significantly improves company success. Business performance is significantly improved by product innovation. Competitive advantage is significantly enhanced by product innovation. Market orientation has very little beneficial effect on business success. Coffee shops in Solo Residency can successfully attain their competitive advantage if they implement market orientation, since it has been shown to greatly increase competitive advantage.

Abstract

The global landscape of workforce training has been profoundly influenced by the forces of globalization, digital transformation, and the rapid evolution of job requirements. This paper presents a systematic literature review on the transformation of workforce training in the face of globalization's challenges and opportunities. By examining a wide range of scholarly sources, this study aims to identify emerging trends, prevailing challenges, and potential frameworks for effective workforce development. Findings indicate a growing emphasis on digital skills, adaptability, and lifelong learning, alongside the need for a comprehensive approach that addresses disparities in training accessibility. This review contributes insights into the critical elements for developing workforce training strategies that are globally competitive, inclusive, and resilient.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Self-Efficacy in enhancing employee performance, framed within the context of an empowered economy for sustainable prosperity in Indonesia. As businesses increasingly recognize the importance of non-technical competencies in driving success, Emotional Intelligence has emerged as a critical factor in employee productivity and satisfaction. Self-Efficacy, as an individual's belief in their ability to succeed, has been identified as a crucial mediator in the relationship between EI and performance outcomes. This paper presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that synthesizes research findings on the impact of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy on employee performance. By examining recent studies, the review highlights how these constructs contribute to sustainable workplace practices and foster a culture of empowerment. Findings reveal that EI positively influences performance by enhancing employees' adaptability, resilience, and collaboration skills, with Self-Efficacy serving as a significant mediator in these relationships. This review underscores the importance of incorporating Emotional Intelligence and Self- Efficacy into human resource strategies to support sustainable economic growth and organizational success.

Abstract

Employee empowerment is a major focus in organizations because it plays an important role in improving performance. By improving employee skills and motivation, organizations can create a positive impact on work productivity and effectiveness. However, companies are faced with challenges in implementing empowerment practices, such as changing organizational culture and overcoming resistance to change. Therefore, companies must proactively address these challenges to optimize employee empowerment and achieve organizational goals. The concept of employee empowerment involves key elements such as providing autonomy in decision-making, providing training and skills development, and creating strong managerial support. In addition, open communication and policies that support work-life balance also contribute to employee empowerment. By implementing strategies such as rewarding achievements, working time flexibility, and career development opportunities, companies can create a supportive atmosphere. This study uses the literature review method to evaluate the impact of empowerment through training and work-life balance on employee performance. The results show that training and work-life balance consistently have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Every year, the development of the business world continues to increase. The location to open a business in accordance with the sales target in accordance with the market share is very difficult. In order to provide the right decision in choosing a business location, a method is needed in making decisions. Materials (data) and Methods: The business locations processed in this study were 6 types of criteria, namely the number of competitors, the level of population density, the number of supporting businesses around the location, business location permits, business position and traffic access. The method used in processing the data is SAW and Topsis. The stages of processing the SAW and Topsis methods in this research are initializing the wood data. The result of dividing and then multiplying all the criteria according to the weights. Then in the end, the highest preference value will be obtained for each alternative. The result of testing this method is ranking. The best ranking is the ninth alternative. This result has 90% accuracy. The choice of business location can be done optimally. So that the results of the decisions that have been obtained can be used as a guide for choosing a business location that is in accordance with the target market to be achieved.
