Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini, konstruksi pelabelan yang menganggap bahwasannya sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat yang aman dan ramah bagi anak, mulai mendapat kesangsian dari perspektif masyarakat, karena telah banyak diberitakan melalui media, bahwasannya tindak kejahatan seperti berbagai bentuk pelecehan dan kekerasan, marak terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi MRA dan dampaknya bagi MAN 1 Malang, mengingat bahwasannya MRA merupakan salah satu program yang mendukung secara penuh, untuk mewujudkan lingkungan madrasah yang ramah dan aman terhadap anak. Riset ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teori AGIL dari Talcott Parsons. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan, bahwasanya implementasi MRA menyesuaikan lembaga di MAN 1 Malang, seperti salah satu kebijakan di MRA yang tidak lagi memperkenankan TATIB di sekolah, namun pihak madrasah tidak menyetujui hal tersebut, karena mereka berpandangan, bahwasannya TATIB masih diperlukan di madrasah. Adapun dampak yang ditimbulkan dari implementasi MRA, berupa lingkungan madrasah yang aman dan sikap positif dalam diri peserta didik. Beberapa peserta didik telah dilatih untuk bersikap positif dan mencontohkan sikap tersebut kepada teman sejawat mereka. Dapat disimpulkan, bahwasanya MRA telah menjadi standar pedoman di MAN 1 Malang dan membawa dampak positif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the results of the implementation of the integration of the MAN 1 Malang adiwiyata program. The Adiwiyata program is a tangible manifestation of the government's commitment to managing and protecting the environment through education. This research uses the perspective of Talcott Parsons' AGIL theory. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Then, data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of MAN 1 Malang's adiwiyata program has been running, including 1) high ability to adapt to environmental challenges, such as reducing the use of plastics, 2) setting goals both in writing and unwritten, 3) strong coordination between various internal and external actors at MAN 1 Malang, such as the head of madrasah, advisors, chief executives, teachers, students, and external parties, 4) environmental values have been internalized in daily activities at MAN 1 Malang.

Abstract

 ABSTRAK:Kebiasaan yang berujung pada candu dalam penggunaan smartphone siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) jamak terjadi. Fenomena phubbing, smombie, dan nomophobia menjadi hal yang dapat dengan mudah diamati pada siswa. Tiga hal tersebut menjadi titik fokus pada artikel dengan mengkaitkanya mulai dari  pembentukan identitas, alasan hingga konstruk fenomenologis Schutz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dengan memaparkan permasalahan yang dibahas dan dianalisis secara mendalam untuk menguraikan fenomena phubbing, smombie, dan nomophobia dengan jumlah informan 10 siswa dan 4 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data berbasis observasi yang berkembang pada wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber informasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penggunaan smartphone bak dua buah mata uang yang memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Penggunaan yang berlebih pada ponsel mengakibatkan  phubbing, smombie dan nomophobia yang berujung pada perubahan perilaku mulai dari tindakan tidak peduli, hingga kecemasan berlebih.  Kemudahan aksesibilitas siswa ditambah dengan faktor keluarga yang tidak harmonis dan minimnya kontrol siswa menjadi because motive siswa mengalami phubbing, smombie, dan nomophobia. Sedangkan rasa bosan, media mencari penghasilan menjadi in order motive bagi siswa akibatnya siswa menggunakan smartphone dengan intensitas tinggi.Kata kunci: Phubbing, Smombie, Nomophobia, Perilaku Sosial, Fenomenologi.ABSTRACTHabits that lead to addiction in the use of smartphones by high school students are common. Phubbing, smombing, and nomophobia phenomena are things that can be easily observed in students. These three things are the focus of the article by linking them from behavioral changes, reasons to Schutz's phenomenological construct. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach by explaining the problems discussed and analyzed in depth to describe the phenomena of phubbing, smombing, and nomophobia with 10 students and 4 teachers as informants. Data collection techniques are based on observations that develop in interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are in the form of method triangulation and triangulation of research information sources. The results of the study found that smartphone use is like two sides of the same coin that have positive and negative impacts. Excessive use of cellphones results in phubbing, smombing and nomophobia which leads to behavioral changes ranging from acts of indifference to excessive anxiety. The ease of student accessibility coupled with inharmonious family factors and minimal student control are the because motives for students to experience phubbing, smombing, and nomophobia. Meanwhile, boredom and the media for earning income become the main motive for students, as a result, students use smartphones with high intensity.Keywords: Phubbing, Smombie, Nomophobia, Social Behavior, Phenomenology.

Abstract

Agrarian research in Indonesia has developed with its variety of focus areas such as analysis of agrarian structure disparity, land ownership conflicts, and poverty. However, of the several research topics related to agrarian affairs, it is apparent that very few discuss how employment opportunities and types of labor shifting in the agriculture sector exist from a sociological perspective. Agrarian studies in this research have the objective to describe and analyze employment opportunities and types of labor shifting in the agriculture sector in Balearjo Village, Pagelaran Sub-District, Malang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the data collection technique of participant observation and semi-structured interviews. The unit of analysis is employment opportunities and labor shifting in the agriculture sector, discussed with the Historical Materialism Theory of Karl Marx. Research results indicated that there is a variety of employment opportunities in the agriculture sector, not only limited to land ownership and land tilling. The same is true for patterns of labor shifting; the condition is not as simple as society shifting to non-agriculture sectors. Instead, shifts occur that are temporary in nature and continuous in a cycle depending on the harvest season. The existence of various employment opportunities that implicate labor shifting is certainly due to the existence of a material basis that determines a non-material basis. This is because the position of individuals in the agricultural working class will determine their consciousness and the ways they work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada materi Permasalahan Sosial Budaya di kelas VII B SMPN 17 Malang melalui penggunaan media Pintar Permasoya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tindakan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan media Pintar Permasoya, yang berisi berbagai materi pembelajaran, seperti teks penjelasan materi, gambar ilustratif, video pembelajaran, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), dan soal tes. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes berupa pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta didik sebelum dan setelah penerapan media. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung persentase peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, banyak peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM (75) karena belum memahami materi secara optimal. Namun, setelah penerapan media Pintar Permasoya pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai posttest peserta didik. Dengan demikian, media Pintar Permasoya terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Permasalahan Sosial Budaya di kelas VII.

Abstract

Randai is a combination of dance, music, dialogue and theater which depicts social life and stories in Minangkabau society. In facing challenges, it is important to continue to develop relevant and innovative strategies to keep Randai arts alive and thriving in the modern era. This research has two formulations of the problem, namely, first, why has Randai Sabai Nan Aluih survived to this day in Nagari Aia Angek? What is the strategy used by Randai Sabai Nan Aluih to maintain its existence? This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type and applies the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Lukmann. The results of this study reveal that Randai Sabai Nan Aluih managed to survive in Nagari Aia Angek by going through many social processes. To be able to survive Randai Sabai Nan Aluih uses several strategies including adding economic value to Randai Sabai Nan Aluih, maintaining traditional concepts, innovating several parts of Randai such as: updating comedic musical accompaniment, setting up an interesting stage, joining Parinsau studio to strengthen its position Randai as well as making Randai an extracurricular at a school in the village of Aia Angek.

Abstract

The development of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the driving forces of the community's economy, especially in villages. Unfortunately, the potential of MSMEs scattered in this village is not yet utilized optimally by the village. Optimizing can be done in many ways, one of them by building village destination branding. The construction and design of destination branding is carried out in Gogodeso village, Blitar district which has many potential MSMEs to be developed, unfortunately not yet communicated by the local community and government optimally. Destination branding is the answer in overcoming it. The stages of destination branding development go through five steps namely market analysis, brand identity, brand recognition, brand implementation and finally launching. The process of developing video-based destination branding is part of the vision and identity of the village of Gogodeso aimed at changing the perception of the village of Gogodeso. As a result, the village's identity as a tourist village of UMKM began to be formed in the public through videos and websites that are spread and socialized in the village community.
