Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah pada bank syariah dan konvensional. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah reputasi bank dan nilai pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa reputasi perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk nasabah bank syariah, namun untuk nasabah bank konvensional pengaruh reputasi perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah ditemukan positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya, nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah baik pada nasabah bank syariah maupun konvensional. Kontribusi reputasi perusahaan dan nilai pelanggan pada bank konvensional menunjukkan persentase yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada bank syariah.

Abstract

The title of this research was ‘The Meaning of Symbols and Ornaments in the Building of Vihara Gunung Timur’. The research problems were 1) what types of symbol and ornament are found in the building of Vihara Gunung Timur? and 2) what the meaning of symbols and ornaments found in the building of Vihara Gunung Timur?. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in the research was the theory of semiotics of Charles Sanders Peirce. The data were gathered by conducting observation, interview, and documentary study and explaining the kinds of ornament the building of Vihara Gunung Timur, and 2) the symbols and ornaments in the building of the building of Vihara Gunung Timur contained the meanings: the Symbol of Chih-wen Dragon, the Ornament of Tian Lung Dragon, the Symbol of lion, the Symbols of Kwam-Im Goddess Statue, the Ornament of Hong Bird, the Ornamen Of Lotus, The Symbol of Paper Lantern, the Symbol of Drum, the Symbol of Peony, the Symbol of Geometry, the Ornament of Murals, the Ornamen of God of Gate, the Symbol of Koi Fish, the Symbol of Buddha Maitreya Statue, the Symbol of Buddha Sidharta Statue, The Symbol of Hok Tek Tjeng Sien Statue, the Symbol of Liu Ding Liu Jia Statue, the Symbols of Ou Sien Ku Statue, the Symbol of Ma Zu Statue, the Symbol of Cen Cing Tien Statue, and the Symbol of Ing Fu She Ce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of food quality and location on customer loyalty at Viera Pekanbaru Cake House. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were Pekanbaru people who had purchased at the Viera Pekanbaru Cake House. with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The research results show that partially food quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, location has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, food quality and location simultaneously have a significant influence on customer loyalty at Viera Pekanbaru Cake House. The magnitude of the influence of food quality and location on customer loyalty is 55.9% and the remaining 64.1% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and employee retention on the turnover intention of production employees at PT. Bengkalis, Dockindo Perkasa, Sungai Siput Village, Bengkalis Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is PT. Bengkalis Dockindo Perkasa. The sample used was 98 employees. The data collection method in this study used questionnaires and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression through the SPSS program version 23. The results of this study show that: (1) organizational commitment negatively affects turnover intention, with regression coefficient value – 0.232, t value calculated – 2.493 (sig 0.014 < 0.05). (2) Employee retention negatively affects turnover intention, with regression coefficient value -0.119, calculated t value -2.189 (sig 0.031< 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that organizational commitment and employee retention negatively affect the turnover intention of production employees at PT. Bengkalis, Dockindo Perkasa, Sungai Siput Village, Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

This research was entitled “An Analysis of Figurative languages on Teressa Teng’s Song Lyrics”. Teressa Teng was a singer from Taiwan who was highly admired in Taiwan and China. During her lifetime, Teresa had popular songs, including 甜蜜蜜 (tián mìmì), 月亮代表我的心 (yuèliàng dàibiǎo wǒ de xīn), 梅花 (méihuā), 你怎么说 (nǐ zěnme shuō), 爱人 (àirén), 我只在乎你 (wǒ zhǐ zàihū nǐ), 小城故事 (xiǎochéng gùshì), 偿还 (chánghuán),再见我的爱人 (zàijiàn wǒ de àirén), and 千言万语 (qiānyán wàn yǔ). These songs were very popular cross-year songs. Therefore, these songs were analyzed in this research. This research objective was to describe some figurative languages in the lyrics of Teressa Teng’s songs by utilizing stylistic theory and contextual semantics. The research method was a qualitative descriptive method. The research data were the lyrics of Teressa Teng’s songs. The data sources of this research were ten songs by Teressa Teng. Based on the research results, there were ten types of figurative languages in the Teressa Teng’s song lyrics, namely: Kuāzhāng 夸张, Bǐyù 比喻, Fǎnfù 反复, Jǐngcè 警策, Bǐnǐ 比拟, Fǎnwèn 反 问, Fǎnyǔ 反语, Huíhuán 回环, Dǐngzhēn 顶真, and Tònggǎn 痛感.

Abstract

This study attempts to extend the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by adding a company reputation variable. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online. The questionnaire consists of several sections where the first section discusses demographics and the next section discusses the variables studied, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control (PBC), corporate reputation, and intention to participate in vaccines. The data were tested for validity and reliability before being tested for multiple linear regression. The results found that attitudes and PBC had a positive and significant effect, while subjective norms and corporate reputation had a positive but not significant effect. This shows that the respondents in this study intend not because of the influence of the people around them and also the company's reputation. Even though vaccine providers consist of several companies and cause many differences in perceived quality, this does not significantly affect respondents' intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) dan pengaruh label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengalaman, persepsi, dan preferensi pemilik usaha, akademisi dan konsumen terhadap produk bersertifikat halal yang dipasarkan dengan strategi 7P. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen bauran pemasaran 7P berkontribusi signifikan terhadap daya tarik dan kepuasan pelanggan. Produk berkualitas dengan label halal meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, promosi yang efektif menciptakan kesadaran, dan pelayanan yang ramah serta proses yang mudah memberikan pengalaman positif., dan promosi yang efektif meningkatkan kesadaran produk. Elemen lainnya, seperti pelayanan yang ramah (people), proses transaksi yang mudah (process), serta bukti fisik yang menarik (physical evidence), turut memberikan pengalaman positif kepada konsumen.Analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor dan sub-faktor memiliki tingkat konsistensi yang memadai (CR ≤ 0,1), sehingga hasil perbandingan dapat dianggap valid dan dapat diandalkan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of brand image, brand ambassador, and trust on online shopping decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving respondents who have shopped online in Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results of the study indicate that brand image, brand ambassador, and trust have a positive and significant effect on online shopping decisions. In addition, brand image and brand ambassadors also have a positive and significant effect on trust. These findings indicate the importance of companies to strengthen brand image and choose the right brand ambassador to build consumer trust, so that it can encourage online purchasing decisions. This study contributes to a better understanding of consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce and strategic implications for digital marketing management

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam layanan keuangan syariah, termasuk proses gadai emas di Pegadaian Syariah. Digitalisasi memberikan kemudahan akses dan efisiensi transaksi, namun menimbulkan tantangan terkait kesesuaian praktik digital dengan prinsip-prinsip fiqh muamalah, khususnya akad rahn, penyerahan barang jaminan, transparansi biaya, dan keamanan sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan analisis kritis terhadap regulasi, fatwa, dan literatur fiqh yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa akad digital dapat diterima secara syariah jika memenuhi syarat validitas akad, kepemilikan barang secara konstruktif, dan transparansi informasi. Namun, pengawasan syariah yang ketat dan penyempurnaan regulasi masih sangat diperlukan agar digitalisasi gadai emas dapat berjalan efektif sekaligus sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi pengembangan layanan gadai emas digital yang berlandaskan fiqh muamalah.

Abstract

Pada saat ini mata uang digital (cryptocurrency) telah menjadi fenomena global yang dikenal kebanyakan orang, bank, pemerintah dan banyak perusahaan lainnya belum sadar pentingnya cryptocurrency. Riset ini memiliki tujuan yakni mengkaji apa yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan, potensi penghasilan mahasiswa terhadap investasi cryptocurrency. Secara khusus cryptocurrency mempunyai dua fungsi yaitu menjadi komoditas serta alat tukar. Dalam riset ini jenis yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif. Data primer ialah sumber yang di pakai dalam riset ini, yaitu data yang diperoleh atau data yang melalui kuesioner. Hasil pada riset yang diperoleh menunjukkan jika nilai pengaruh pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat. Pengaruh potensi penghasilan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat. Pengaruh yang disignifikan antara pengetahuan dan potensi penghasilan secara simultan terhadap motivasi.
