Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Abstract

This study discusses collaboration and community participation in tourism development in Malino Village, Gowa Regency. Malino Village has the best tourism destinations in South Sulawesi, and its management involves several parties. However, the involvement of these parties has not been well established in the cooperative relationship. Community involvement in tourism management is also considered to be still lacking. To realize tourism development in Malino Village requires collaboration between every party involved and community involvement. The data that is the study material in this study was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Existing data were analyzed using Interactive Model Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the Gowa Regency Government does not have a collaborative foundation in tourism development. The cooperative relationship that exists is not based on the goal of overcoming tourism problems in Malino Village. Cooperation is carried out based on the interests of each. Community support in the development of tourism is realized by managing and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of tourism prepared by the government. In order for the development of tourism in Malino village to be implemented properly, the Gowa Regency government should carry out collaboration in the form of business clusters.

Abstract

. Menghentikan bullying di sekolah dapat dicegah dengan cara melakukan pengawasan dan memberikan sanksi yang dapat membuat pelaku bullying jera. Adapun cara lain adalah dengan memberikan materi bullying dalam proses pembelajaran yang secara tidak langsung akan membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan pribadi siswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran sekolah dalam pencegahan bullying di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pajjaiang serta para siswa mampu mengetahui bentuk perilaku bullying dan hilangnya perilaku bullying. Program sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui metode pelaksanaan yakni melakukan sosialisasi kepada siswa mengenai bahayanya bully di lingkungan sekolah    Abstract. Stopping bullying in schools can be prevented by supervising and providing sanctions that can deter bullies. The other way is to provide bullying material in the learning process which will indirectly have a positive impact on students' personal development. The purpose of this service is to explain the role of the school in preventing bullying at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pajjaiang And students are able to form bullying behavior and eliminate bullying behavior. This socialization program is carried out through the implementation method, namely conducting outreach to students about the dangers of bullying in the school environment

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Government's Makassar Recover Program in Makassar City, using a qualitative approach. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained from processing results using interactive model analysis including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion testing. The results showed that the evaluation of the Makassar Recover program by the Makassar City Government was based on four dimensions including context, input, process, and product, on health immunity, social adaptation, and economic recovery. The context dimension shows that the Makassar Recover program for health immunity and social adaptation is running optimally, but the economic recovery program is showing suboptimal results. The input dimension indicates the availability of human resources and budget. The process dimension shows that the Makassar Recover program is carried out according to standard operating procedures and strict regulations. The product dimension shows that the Makassar Recover program has produced a synergy between the role of the community and the government in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 virus and social adaptation, but economic recovery has not shown satisfactory results. The determinant factors in this study indicate the existence of strict regulations, resources which include the quality of human resources and budgets, as well as culture in realizing Makassar Recover in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of the application of the online system in the management of correspondence at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis presented in this study is: data condensation, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of the application of the online system in the management of correspondence at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Makassar is classified as less than optimal based on the following aspects: security which is considered poor has not been proven to be 100% secure; Speed and accuracy are said to be poor looking depending on the internet connection; The accountability of the Gmail spreadsheet letter numbering is said to be poor, seen by employees who are less able to maintain the confidentiality of the letter numbering; the linkage of the letter numbering is said to be good seen from the employees in the two sub-sections who can use it well; the standardization of letter numbering is said to be poor seen from employees who are not careful enough to pay attention to the filling column; Effective and efficient is said to be not good, judging from its use it has not run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian Standar Kepatuhan Pelayanan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Gowa ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi peningkat kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan teknis observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkat kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Gowa. Di lihat dari empat indikator yaitu terdapat pihak yang mempunyai otoritas untuk menuntut kepatuhan, adanya pihak yang dituntut untuk melakukan kepatuhan, ada objek atau isi tuntutan tertentu dari pihak yang memiliki otoritas untuk dilaksanakan pihak lain, konsekuensi dari perilaku yang dilakukan. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis SWOT Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kab. Gowa memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan Kata Kunci:kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Additional employee income is compensation received by civil servants which aims to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of providing additional employee income on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Barru Regency. This research is a correlation research using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the observation method, questionnaire/questionnaire method and documentation method. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators of the additional employee income variable were in the very good category, while the employee performance variables were in the very high category. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the provision of additional employee income on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Barru Regency. Providing additional employee income will improve performance and make employees aware of the duties and responsibilities given. The results of this study stated that after getting additional employee income, employees were more active and diligent at work so that their performance increased.Achmad Ruki. (2011). Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini sudah tidak bisa dihindari. Salah satu contoh penggunaan teknologi selain dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu penggunaan aplikasi atau software dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, teknologi pendukung yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu aplikasi Publish Or Perish dan Vos Viewer. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang ada, belum mampu dikejar oleh mahasiswa yang ada di prodi Ilmu Administrasi Negara. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil survey dengan menggunakan google form dan disebar ke mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang menunjukkan bahwa masih rendahnya pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan software untuk penulisan karya ilmiah. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam pengoperasian beberapa software yaitu Publish or Perish dan Vos Viewer yang dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan online workshop dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting dan diikuti oleh 135 orang peserta. Setelah dilakukan online workshop para peserta diminta untuk mengisi survey pada google form untuk mengetahui sejauh mana manfaat kegiatan ini dan hasilnya hampir dari keseluruhan peserta menganggap kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk kedepannya serta dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu motivasi mahasiswa dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah. Karya ilmiah yang nantinya dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa pada akhirnya dapat mendukung untuk pencapaian visi prodi Ilmu Administrasi Negara.

Abstract

Social Preunur is an entrepreneurial approach to solving social problems. The problem found in the community, especially in Jeneponto Regency, is poverty. The PKK group is a group that has roles as motivators, facilitators, planners, implementers, controllers, and movers with the target family in rural areas. Therefore, this counseling is targeted at the PKK Women Group so that they can implement social preunurship in Bangkala District. The problems found in the field are first, the motivation of PKK mothers is still very lacking. The motivation in question is motivation in entrepreneurship and business management; second, apart from the mindset in their thinking that they work is to become workers on the other side as job providers. The method used is lecture, discussion, demonstration, and question and answer. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the participation of PKK mothers will be involved in alleviating poverty by playing a role in improving the family economy and being able to take advantage of the surrounding community as the concept of social preneur

Abstract

Badan usaha miliki desa memiliki fungsi untuk meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan desa dalam rangka meningkatakan perekonomia desa, namun saat ini masih terdapat beberapa desa di Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto yang belum memaksimalkan peran BUMdes dikarenakan beberapa peramasalahan yang mendasar, Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan BUMDes kepada pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto, agar masalah yang ada dapat ditemukan solusi pemecahannya. Dari kegiatan ini pemerintah desa mendapatkan pengetahuan dalam merumuskan landasan hukum pembentukan dan pengelolaan BUMDes. Selain itu kegiatan ini telah membantu pengurus BUMDes dan pemerintah Desa dalam menentukan jenis usaha yang dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan potensi atau sumber daya yang dimiliki. Abstract. Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) have the function of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of the village to improve the village economy, but currently, there are still several villages in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency that has not maximized the role of BUMdes due to some basic problems. BUMDes management training to village governments in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, so that solutions to existing problems can be found. From this activity, the village government gains knowledge in formulating the legal basis for the formation and management of BUMDes. In addition, this activity has helped the BUMDes management and the village government in determining the type of business that can be developed by the potential or resources they have.
