Abstract

Regional innovation plays an important role in improving government performance efficiency and the quality of public services. As a form of appreciation, the Ministry of Home Affairs organizes the Innovative Government Awards (IGA) for regional governments that have successfully implemented innovations in governance, development, and public services. However, the process of collecting and managing innovation data is still carried out manually, making it prone to delays, data loss, and assessment inaccuracies. This study aims to design and develop the Innovation and Proclamation (Inoklamasi) Awards System, a web-based information system that supports the digitalization of innovation data collection, verification, and evaluation processes. The system was developed using an iterative prototyping method, consisting of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation stages. Its main features include innovation submission by local government agencies (OPD), both automatic and manual data validation, and online assessment by evaluators. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, the system achieved a satisfaction rate of 84.75% from 240 respondents, indicating that it is feasible for implementation. The application of the Inoklamasi Awards System is expected to improve administrative efficiency, accelerate workflow, and strengthen coordination among OPD, evaluators, and Bappeda, thereby supporting a transparent and sustainable digital government transformation.

Abstract

Lembaga bimbingan belajar Mytra Belajar menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan administrasi, seperti ketidakefisienan proses pencatatan manual, risiko kesalahan data, dan kesulitan dalam koordinasi antara admin, tutor, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi manajemen berbasis Android guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan mengurangi kesalahan yang timbul dari sistem manual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah prototipe, dengan tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework Flutter untuk antarmuka pengguna (front-end) dan Laravel untuk back-end, dengan basis data MySQL untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data secara terstruktur. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur-fitur utama meliputi manajemen data siswa, tutor, program, dan jadwal, pencatatan absensi digital, konfirmasi pembayaran, serta pemantauan perkembangan belajar siswa. Dengan adanya fitur-fitur tersebut, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah komunikasi antar-pihak terkait dan meningkatkan transparansi informasi. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing oleh tim teknis (2 admin dan 1 IT specialist) membuktikan seluruh fitur beroperasi secara valid. Aplikasi ini terbukti mampu mengurangi kesalahan administrasi dan mempercepat proses operasional.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently used in various fields of science to make work easier. Because of the many features available, it is hoped that this application can be used to display machine maintenance schedules up to complexcity value of 30. By using this application, you can computerize the entire planning calculation process and avoid mistakes in making maintenance plans and damage due to forgetting to do routine maintenance. The application you are building uses the PHP programming language to help developers develop additional applications. It also uses the Codeigniter framework to make the programming process easier for developers. Supported by the waterfall method. This application can also monitor machine maintenance in the basic machinery laboratory of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic mechanic workshop

Abstract

The laboratory scheduling system in an educational institution is a very crucial thing to pay attention to. The practicum scheduling process at the Software Engineering Technology Laboratory (TRPL) of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic is carried out every semester and is a complicated thing to do manually. This study discusses the design of a laboratory scheduling information system application which is a solution to this problem. In designing this application using the waterfall method (waterfall) development model that emphasizes sequential and systematic phases. In addition, this system also applies the concept of genetic algorithms to assist in scheduling problems that are not yet computerized and the best solution can be found using genetic operators (selection, crossover, and mutation).

Abstract

The Internship Program (PKL) at SMKS Muhammadiyah Mentok faces several challenges, one of which is that the processes are still carried out manually, such as submission, attendance, daily reports, and scheduling of evaluation and monitoring for students. This condition often leads to errors and inefficiency. PKLTrack is an Android-based application developed as a solution to these problems, In this system development, several main features are included, such as online internship submission, GPS- and geofencing-based attendance equipped with selfies, daily report submission, evaluation and monitoring schedule notifications, and direct assessment by partner institutions. This study adopts the prototype method, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature studies for needs analysis. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted on 30 students and resulted in an 87% success rate, indicating that the system is highly feasible to be used as a monitoring solution. The results show that PKLTrack can improve effectiveness, efficiency, and discipline in the implementation of the internship program.

Abstract

Technological developments in education have opened up opportunities to introduce more interactive learning media, particularly in mathematics lessons in elementary schools, which are still dominated by lecture-style teaching methods. Students' limited understanding of fractions highlights the need for alternative media that can present the material visually and in an easy-to-understand manner. Based on these needs, this study developed a mobile learning application for fractions that integrates learning videos, 3D visualization based on Augmented Reality (AR), and a dynamic question bank. The development was carried out using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method through six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The application was tested on 15 fifth-grade students and a mathematics teacher to assess its feasibility, ease of use, material suitability, and interface display. The test results showed that the application was considered feasible and helped students understand the fraction material more concretely, especially through the 3D visualization and instructional video features. In addition, students responded positively to the application's flow and the variety of randomly presented exercises. Thus, this application can be an innovative learning medium that supports the mathematics learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan membantu mitra yakni SDN 29 Sungailiat, dan SD-SMP Islam SMART Pangkalpinang dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknologi para pendidiknya. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan, terdapat dua permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra. Pertama, kurangnya pemahaman pendidik akan pentingnya berinovasi dan berkreatif menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam kelas. Kedua, pendidik membutuhkan peningkatan keterampilan serta pengetahuan teknologi dalam pengembangan bahan ajar yang menarik seperti video pembelajaran. Dari permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diberikan dari tim pengabdi yakni sosialisasi pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses belajar mengajar dan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan video pembelajaran. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan selama 3 hari terhitung tanggal 13-15 Oktober 2022. Terdapat 25 peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hari pertama, peserta diberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi KineMaster. Sedangkan hari kedua dan ketiga, tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan secara individu kepada peserta hingga berhasil membuat video pembelajarannya. Kegiatan PkM ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dikarenakan persepsi pendidik terhadap seosialisasi pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses belajar mengajar sangat bagus. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai 87% pada rerata penilaian seluruh indikator kuesioner. Selain itu keberhasilan ini juga didukung dengan keterampilan pendidik pasca pelatihan yang sangat baik. Ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil kuesioner terkait keterampilan membuat video pembelajaran dengan nilai 90,7%

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen toko sembako merupakan solusi digital yang dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengelola operasional toko secara efektif. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan TUKO, sebuah sistem informasi manajemen toko sembako berbasis web yang dirancang untuk toko AZ Mart. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel yang berfungsi untuk mengelola data produk, stok, pelanggan, dan transaksi penjualan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), karena mampu mempercepat proses pembuatan sistem melalui tahapan perancangan dan evaluasi yang fleksibel. Fitur utama sistem mencakup manajemen data produk, transaksi penjualan, pencatatan pelanggan, serta pembuatan laporan penjualan secara otomatis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna serta mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data toko sembako.
