Abstract

The use of the stacking method can improve students' abilities and make it easier for students to do multiplication calculation operations. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase students' assistance in completing integer multiplication calculation operations using the stacking method so that students can easily understand the material presented. Based on the assistance activities that have been carried out during the service activities, the results obtained those students can more easily understand multiplication by using the stacking method, the stacking method is proven to increase students' interest in learning to solve multiplication materials, and students can solve multiplication problems in a relatively faster time. Thus, it is proven that the stacking method is very effective to be used as an alternative to learning multiplication.

Abstract

This research addresses the lack of student enthusiasm for mathematics and the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDIT Lukmanul Hakim regarding cubes and rectangular prisms. To tackle this issue, the Van Hiele theory is applied, which includes five stages of learning: information, orientation, and explicitness. The study investigates how a learning model based on the Van Hiele theory affects the students' understanding of these concepts. Conducted as classroom action research (CAR) in 2 cycles, the study involved 27 students of class 4B at SDIT Lukmanul Hakim. Data were collected through observations, interviews, tests, and documentation. Results showed that in Cycle I, only 62.96% of students achieved the competency indicators due to challenges in motivation and enthusiasm. However, in Cycle II, 85% of students achieved learning mastery. Thus, the application of the Van Hiele theory positively influences student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Initial observations given to students showed that the skills to solve math problems were still very low. The low mathematical problem-solving skills of students are due to not being trained to solve math problems. In addition, educators minimally apply varied teaching strategies in every activity of the learning process. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an increase in mathematical problem-solving skills in linear program courses for students using blended learning based on web-centric courses. Researchers used quasi-experimental research. The research population is all students of Mathematics Education IAIN Langsa even semester. The research sample was fourth-semester PMA students totaling 40 people. The data collection technique used essay questions. The results of data collection were analyzed by ANOVA. After the data was analyzed using the ANOVA test, this resulted in 0000 <0.05 the level of significance Ho was rejected. From the test results, there is a difference between students whose learning process uses a web-based blended learning model from Centri Course and conventional-based learning. It can be concluded that students who are guided using the Centri Course web-based blended learning model show an increase in completion skills.

Abstract

The CORE model is known as a learning model that emphasizes students' thinking skills. Students' abilities are developed through the stages of connecting, organizing, exploring, and managing information obtained before, during and after learning. This model will help students in connecting between materials so that learning is more meaningful. This study aims to determine how the CORE model is in mathematics learning in schools. The population taken was all students of class X MAN 1 Aceh Tamiang. Using the simple random sampling technique, class 1A students acted as research samples. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires and also learning outcome tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that, (1) the results of observations of teachers' abilities in managing learning using the CORE model were given the predicate of being implemented well, (2) the results of observations of student activities towards learning using the CORE model were given the predicate of being very good, (3) students' responses to CORE learning were positive, (4) and the results of the student learning completion test after learning with the CORE model were complete.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Kabu Aceh Timur to analyze the implementation of student learning assessment, with the background of challenges in providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. The study aims to understand the implementation of assessment and the challenges faced by teachers. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The result show that in the Merdeka Curriculum, the student learning evaluation includes both academic and character assessments. Formative assessments are used TP track student progress, while summative assessment evaluate the achievement of learning goals. This evaluating also integrates character values through Pancasila-based projects. However, teacher face challenges in implementing the learning assessment, such as limited facilities, difficulties in mastering the curriculum, and applying project-based evaluations, nevertheless, the school strives to improve facilities and provide training for educators to address these obstacles.

Abstract

This study discusses the concepts of sadaqah and infak in fan donations to TikTok content creators from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of fan donations with the principles of sharia economic law, explain the concepts of alms and infak in Islam, and analyze the mechanism and method of fan donations in the TikTok monetization program. This research uses descriptive analysis method based on literature research. The results show that in TikTok's monetization program, there are mechanisms and ways of fan donation that allow content creators to receive financial support. The Live Gifting feature allows fans to give virtual gifts to creators during live broadcasts, while the Creator Fund program allows creators to make money through advertising and content views. Sponsored content is also a source of income for creators through partnerships with brands or companies. Fan donations to content creators in TikTok can be in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic law if they fulfill the following: sincere intentions, financial limits, and good purposes. The concepts of sadaqah and infak in Islam can be applied in the context of fan donations, by ensuring sincere intentions, giving to those in need, and maintaining social justice. This research provides a deeper understanding of fan donations in the context of TikTok from the perspective of religion and Islamic law. The results of this study can serve as a guideline for creators and fans in making donations that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economic law. In addition, this research also provides insight into the mechanisms and ways of fan donations in the TikTok monetization program, which can help creators in optimizing their earning potential.

Abstract

In early 1977, Indonesia faced significant difficulties in its development, triggered by the collapse of the government and the global monetary crisis. Until now, the impact of the economic crisis continues to be felt, especially in industrial life which is filled with losses and layoffs as a company survival strategy. This issue of layoffs, especially when companies go bankrupt, becomes an important focus, involving labor rights which continue to be threatened. The resilience of the power between labor and employment news is revealed in the ongoing recognition of Labor Day, demanding fairer working conditions. Even though there are regulations regarding layoffs, weak law enforcement is a serious obstacle. The era of globalization and industrial growth adds to the complexity of employment problems, especially in Indonesia with a high number of workers and the potential for layoffs. Factors triggering layoffs are very diverse, including globalization, economic transformation, and company bankruptcy. In this context, the Job Creation Law (UU CK) introduced significant changes, but also received criticism. This research focuses on the provisions for layoffs resulting from bankrupt companies in the CK Law, exploring the regulatory basis, legal protection for laid-off workers, and mechanisms for resolving their rights. The research method used is normative legal research, with a detailed explanation of the basis for layoff arrangements, legal protection for workers, and mechanisms for resolving workers’ rights in the context of bankrupt companies. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem of layoffs due to bankrupt companies, analyzing related provisions of the CK Law, and provides an overview of the legal protection provided to workers. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to policy development and improvement of labor rights protection in the context of company bankruptcy in Indonesia.
