Abstract

SONA CITRA MANDIRI is a company engaged in construction services located in Malang. There is a problem, namely the manager project does not have special tools in preparing activities and budget plans, so it is made based on estimates with the help of makeshift tools. This process takes a relatively long time and the quality of the design depends on the experience of the manager project who handles it. Project implementation often experiences a setback in completion of work so that it must experience rescheduling. In implementing a project, the use of labor and material tools can deviate from the plan. The occurrence of construction that is not in accordance with the plan needs attention. Needs analysis was carried out by conducting interviews with related parties, and using literature studies on existing problems. Resulting in 66 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements. In addition, the design method uses modeling in UML. The programming language uses the programming language PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript with the Laravel and Inerty Js framework, as well as the MySQL database. The results of the study showed that there were 66 test scenarios and all of them were successful. In unit testing using themethod white box, testing was carried out by referring to the 3 main functions and obtained 7 test scenarios with all of the results obtained.

Abstract

Mining areas are areas that are prone to accidents, so accident prevention measures are important in daily operational and technical mining activities. To decrease the occurrence of accidents in the mining area, a surveillance program called 13 PWS (Pengawasan Wajib Superior) was created. 13 PWS itself consists of, Green Card, General Inspection, PTO/SBO/FLPG, Personal Contact, Safety Talk, JSA, P5M/Check In/FLPG, Major Risk, Inspection LV, Audit APD, Tools/Lifting inspection, HouseKeeping, dan Safety Committee Meeting. In practice, there are many problems with PWS, including manual filling that causes a lot of space to be used to store forms, and the complexity of conducting monthly recapitulations which are used as evaluations in mining operations and techniques, a lot of data loss and many-many more. So, a system is needed to make it easier to fill out forms, store forms, and process data. To answer these challenges, a problem analysis, design, implementation and testing of the monitoring information system was created by applying an object-oriented approach. The process of problem analysis produces an information system specification called a use case diagram. After obtaining the requirements specification, a documentation of the object interaction model is made, namely sequence diagrams, class diagrams, database design, algorithm design, and interface design. After obtaining the design, the system implementation is created based on the design that has been made. After the implementation process is complete, testing is carried out based on the functional and non-functional requirements that have been previously made. Testing yields 100% valid on unit and integration tests. Compatibility testing shows that the system can run on various systems. At the final stage, conclusions and suggestion can be drawn based on the system that has been created.

Abstract

The warehouse management of Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd is everything that related to warehouse goods management of the Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd. Warehouse goods management that happen in Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd including procurement of goods, sales of goods, rental goods, and service goods. Problem is there less effective in the process of goods management of Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd because process of the goods management the goods management still carried out manually and conventionally along with Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd has three seperate warehouse buildings which make it difficult to coordinate one building with another. Because of the length of procedure starting from makes goods submission, check the completeness of goods data, approval from the financial administration, checking goods, until provide a goods report to the warehouse manager. Ineffective management of goods will waste time in the management of goods Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd. A system developed in this study is a goods management system to solve the problem of goods management at Fajria Fajar Asia Ltd. Waterfall is a system development used in this research. The stages carried out by the researcher in the study were problem identification, namely identifying problems in PT. Fajria Fajar Asia, literature study, needs engineering, design, implementation, testing, conclusions and suggestions. This system has been testing by performing unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Validation testing has 68 test case that produce valid status, unit testing has eight test case that produce valid status, integration testing has one test case that produce valid status.

Abstract

In a company, the process of managing production and the product delivery is one of the most important processes that have a big impact. Companies must arrange how to manage production, record production stock, and arrange how to distribute a product. these factors can affect how to managing productivity to be more efficient. CV Roti Langsung Enak is one of the bakeries in Sumbawa. CV Roti Langsung Enak, on average it produces 800 to 1000 loaves of bread each day. During its development, the bakery began to experience several problems, such as bread returns, where the number of bread returns caused a considerable loss to the bread company. Therefore a website-based bread company management system was created that can help manage the bread production process to minimize bread returns. This system is also able to help the process of ordering bread and delivering bread to make it more effective and efficient. This system uses the waterfall method to make it more structured and sequential for each step taken. From the requirement analysis process, there are 3 actors, 30 functional needs, and 1 non-functional requirement. The tests used to test this system are unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, and compatibility. Tests carried out proves that the system is able to run as expected and able to be run on various browsers and devices.

Abstract

Polres Magetan is a resort police in the Magetan district which is led by the Kapolres. Under the Kapolres there are several elements of the unit. One of them is the traffic unit that has the task of carrying traffic turjawali, service registration of vehicles, investigations of traffic accidents and law enforcement in the traffic sector. When handling traffic accident, first public report to the nearest police station, so it takes a long time to help the accident victim if the accident scene is far away. When handling traffic accidents, police officers process the scene of the case by collecting traffic accident data and recording it on paper to be used as a police report for further investigation. It makes the process of handling a traffic accident less effective. To solve this problem, a system was built to make it easier for the public to report traffic accidents and to make it easier for police officers to carry out their duties to handle and investigate traffic accidents. The system is built with the waterfall development method on a web platform with progressive web application technology to provide easy access to the system. The system is implemented using a codeigniter framework with the concept of Model View Controller (MVC). The system is tested using unit testing, integration testing and validation testing resulted 100% valid, which means that it runs according to its functionality. The results of the compatibility test show that there are no critical issues so that it meets the compatibility aspect and can run on various browsers.

Abstract

The painting service business is a business that provides the creation of fine art in the form of paintings. Zona Karikatur, Dokter Desain, and Creative are a few examples of digital painting services providers in Indonesia. In their development, these companies find problems in several things such as production processing, ordering, suitability of customer demand, and financial data collection. Therefore, a web for painting service business management was created to help and overcome problems such as managing the order processing, production, and financial data collection to make it more efficient. Waterfall model and object-oriented approach was chosen to build this system. Requirement analysis of this research produces 5 actors, 52 functional requirements, and 1 nonfunctional requirement. This system has been tested using unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, and compatibility testing. Unit testing and integration testing use the whitebox testing techniques, and those have valid results. The implementation of program code on this system uses the Go language. Validation testing uses the blackbox testing technique and it has a validity percentage of 100%. Compatibility testing was carried out using the Crossbrowsertesting tool, it shows that the system can run well on various browsers and devices. Despite this, it has a fatal problem with Internet Explorer 11. Through this development, it produces a system that can manage the painting service business.

Abstract

Warehousing basically functions to store goods for production in large quantities and a certain time span which is then distributed to the intended location. Warehousing will be able to operate more easily if there is a Warehouse Management System. Warehouse Management System that uses information systems will be able to assist in the management and supervision of incoming goods and outgoing goods in the warehouse. At this time, there are still some warehousing companies that use manual system processes starting from inbound customer documents, and others. There are problems found in the Admin and Checker PT. Papua Utama Partners. On the admin side, the problem is in the form of Time Working Efficiency. In this case, Time Working Efficiency is very influential on the quality of the company because it will be able to slow down the time in processing the queue of incoming or outgoing goods. The main purpose of this research is to make it easier for the Admin to process incoming mail and allocate goods by developing a warehouse inventory management system. This study uses one of the development methods, namely the waterfall model. Based on the needs elicitation carried out, there are 24 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In unit testing, validation testing, and integration, each result is 100% valid.

Abstract

In current era, owning a personal computer has became a common thing. In the past, computers could only be found in office buildings or large companies, however, nowdays we find a lot of computers in someone's home. Now computers become a necessity to do daily activities. As time goes by, a lot of people who want to own a personal computer. However, most enthusiasts still don't understand the procedure for selecting components to make a complete personal computer. In addition, there are so many types of components to make a complete personal computer. In addition, there are so manytype of components on the market that makes people easily confused in choosing component. To deal with this problem, the writer made the development of a sales sistem with recommendations for compatibility of computer components so people can choose computer components without worrying about whether the computer components that have been purchased can work properly. In the making of this system using waterfall method as software development lifecycle waterfall method. In the process the software implementasion is done using laravel framework. After the systems complete, testing is carried out with white box testing and black box testing methods. After carrying out the testing stage using white box testing method and black box testing the result are 100% successful.

Abstract

The applied solution as prevention of distribution pandemic Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) in the office and company clusters is working online. Today's CV Dias Putra company implements a policy of working online on some of its employees. These employees who work in the office including administrative and finish goods employees, general employees, accounting employees, finance employees, marketing employees. During the covid-19 pandemic, the company has not implemented employee online work management in a structured and systematic way so that this makes it difficult to manage data such as employee's data, attendance's data, assigning assignments, uploading work reports, and evaluating employee performance. To make easier and help the work process of employees who work online, a solution is needed by develop a web based management working online on work relationships between Superiors and Subordinates that can can organize/manage employees to be structured and systematic which includes attendance data management, assignment assignments, uploading work reports, and evaluating employee performance. The system development uses waterfall models, then the implementation system uses MongoDB in the database and PHP language with the codeigniter framework as a programming language. Functional requirement has been tested by unit testing, integration testing, validation testing from 45 test case with result 100% passed, And non-functional testing has been tested by compatibility testing.

Abstract

Borneo Silver store is one of the silver jewelry stores in Banjarmasin. This store sells various types of silver jewelry such as necklaces, rings, bracelets, foot pendants, earrings, and jewelry accessories. This store performs online sales transactions, offline sales, purchases, and custom sales. This shop has a branch that specializes in offline sales of second-hand silver jewelry. Borneo Silver store still uses written invoices as proof of transactions and calculations manually using a calculator. In addition, this store also does not have a record of every item so it cannot know directly whether the stock is still available. The process of calculating financial reports at this store is also taking a long time because they have to calculate manually from sales notes and purchase notes. To solve these problems, a Silver Jewelry store management system was created using a Progressive Web App with the main features of online sales, offline sales, purchases, custom sales, and financial reports. Then proceed with the design and implementation stages. This system is built using the PHP programming language, the Lumen framework, and the Lighthouse framework as the backend and the Ionic framework as the frontend. After the implementation phase, it is continued with the testing phase. Tests are carried out using unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing methods. The tests carried out resulted in 100% valid so that the system made was in accordance with the results of requirements analysis and design.
