Abstract

Salah satu indikator yang dapat dijadikan alat untuk mengukur kualitas kesehatan perempuan adalah dengan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) atau Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) AKI di Indonesia adalah 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Kementerian Kesehatan RI bersama organisasi profesi membentuk Pusat Pelatihan Klinik Sekunder (P2KS) di tingkat Provinsi yang bernaung dibawah JNPK-KR Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan  bidan  merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan kematian ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan Asuhan Persalinan Normal terhadap tingkat pengetahuan bidan di P2KS Propinsi DIY.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperiment. Bentuk desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen  design dengan rancangan penelitian pre test dan post test. Nilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan pada responden di P2KS DIY terdapat peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan sebesar 13, 3 poin. Hasil efektifitas pelatihan terhadap pengetahuan bidan adalah pelatihan Asuhan Persalinan Normal efektif terhadap tingkat pengetahuan responden dengan nilai p value yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000  (p value 0,000 < 0,05). Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan asuhan persalinan normal efektif terhadap tingkat pengetahuan responden.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the empowerment of zakat and the economy of the Blang Bladeh’s community. So far, with an increase in the amount of zakat, the number of poor people has also increased so that it can be perceived that the distribution of zakat is not on target. The right target and the right source of zakat is the target of this activity based on Meunasah. The implementation method used is a combination of socialization and training. The result of this activity is the establishment of an effective zakat management unit, zakat collection and management of zakat distribution for mustahik.

Abstract

. The background to this research highlights the lack of effectiveness of the learning methods applied in class IV phase B for Catholic Religious Education (PAK) subjects in stimulating the development of students' critical reasoning. In facing this challenge, classroom action research was carried out by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model. This research aims to improve students' critical reasoning abilities and achieve the set learning targets. With quantitative methods, research was carried out through two cycles. The results of the first cycle showed an increase in students' critical reasoning by 73.5%, with a number of students reaching advanced and proficient levels. The second cycle showed significant improvement, with students' critical reasoning reaching 86%. Learning outcomes also increased, with more students reaching advanced levels. The implications of these findings illustrate that the application of Problem Based Learning is effective in improving students' critical reasoning and achieving the desired learning targets.

Abstract

The implementation of this service program is intended so that the community can contribute to reducing environmental pollution as well as so that the community can also utilize plastic waste into valuable products. East Cempaka Mulia Village is a village located along the Cempaga River, the problem in this village is one of them related to plastic waste. This program aims to encourage residents to utilize waste that produces use value and also provide creative solutions in more sustainable waste management. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method is a service approach that focuses on identifying problems in society and finding solutions to them (Problem Solving). The result of the service, namely overcoming plastic waste, is by recycling plastic waste using the ecobrick method, namely utilizing waste through plastic bottles.

Abstract

The aim of this inquiry is to excavate a profound comprehension concerning the quest for a polygamy license, by delving into the judicial decree regarding the rationale of the Surabaya Religious Tribunal in bestowing such a license, scrutinizing and dissecting the juridical and communal dimensions of ruling number 1751/Pdt.G/2024/PA. Sby. Here, the Seeker sought approval for polygamy against the Opponent due to the Opponent’s incapacity to satisfy the Seeker’s carnal desires, attributed to the presence of diabetes. The quandaries investigated pertain to the statutes and stipulations governing polygamy petitions and the Jurist’s rationale in adjudicating the polygamy license request. This investigation employs a normative jurisprudence technique, drawing upon an examination of texts, and adopts a legislative framework in its approach. The findings of this examination indicate that the Panel of Jurists factors in both legal and compassionate facets in its deliberations.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendanaan pembangunan nasional terbesar yang berasal dari masyarakat. Salah satu pajak yang mungkin adalah pajak mobil. Pasalnya, jumlah kendaraan listrik setiap tahunnya semakin meningkat, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh data UPPD/Samsat Wilayah Jakarta Utara. Dilihat pada penerimaan negara yang bukan berasal dari pajak yakni tahun 2020 sebesar 343 triliun, tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 357 triliun dan hingga Juli 2022 sebesar Rp. 335 triliun. Terdapat hibah yakni tahun 2020 sebesar Rp. 18 triliun, tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 2 triliun dan hingga Juli 2022 sebesar Rp. 579,90 miliar (BPS, 2022). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara tarif pajak dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tarif pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak namun kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' character based on Pancasila values. However, in the era of globalization, these values are increasingly eroded by external cultural influences. To address this, Islamic-based schools integrate Pancasila values into school culture through various religious activities. This study aims to analyze how the Islamic-based school culture at SMA Islam Al Ulum Terpadu Medan contributes to strengthening Pancasila values. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and student organization leaders (Rohis), and questionnaires distributed to 40 students from grades X, XI, and XII. The findings indicate that various programs, such as Tadarus before lessons, Hafalan Tahfiz, Tarbiyah Ramadhan, and Pesantren Kilat, help instill discipline, teamwork, and social awareness among students. Approximately 75% of students reported that these activities enhanced their understanding and practice of Pancasila values in daily life. However, the study also identified several challenges, including a lack of variation in teaching methods and the need for innovation to make activities more engaging for students. Therefore, developing more interactive and innovative methods is necessary to improve the effectiveness of these programs in shaping students' character based on Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept and implications of nusyuz's actions in divorce cases in the Religious Courts. Nusyuz is defined as a wife's defiance of her obligations to her husband. Nusyuz is also often the basis for filing divorce lawsuits, especially divorce petitions for divorce by the husband. This study examines how nusyuz actions are taken into consideration by Religious Court judges in deciding divorce cases, as well as their impact on the wife's rights, such as those related to iddah liaving, mut'ah living, and child custody. By using normative juridical methods based on analysis of direct trials and court decisions, this research finds that nusyuz actions have significant legal consequences for wives, especially in terms of living and other rights after divorce. However, there are also variations in the judge's assessment of the evidence of nusyuz's actions, which has implications for the final outcome of the divorce case.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui determinan tingkat pengembalian kredit usaha rakyat pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tanjung Ledong pada Tahun 2017. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif karena mengacu pada perhitungan data berupa angka, adapun data primer penelitian ini berdasarkan laporan tingkat pengembalian kredit usaha rakyat PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tanjung Ledong Tahun 2017. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil uji t ada pengaruh antara jumlah tanggungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman usaha terhadap tingkat pengembalian dengan nilai thitung> ttabel yaitu ( 2.811 > 1.699), sedangkan uji F diketahui ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu ( 2.99> 2.92) dan dengan melihat uji Determinasi (R2) bahwa uji R2 digunakan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji deteminasi dijelaskan bahwa R2 0,736 atau 73,6% yang artinya variabel terikat mempengaruhi variabel bebas sebesar 73% dan sisanya sebesar 26,4% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diuar yang peneliti teliti.
