Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) To find out the contribution made by Baitul Mal Kota Subulussalam to the Religious Education of orphans and the poor; (2) To find out the What programs are carried out by the Baitul Mal of Subulussalam City to help Islamic education for orphans and the poor; (3) To find out the What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of Baitul Mal Kota Subulussalam in distributing zakat for the Islamic religious education program for orphans and the poor. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The findings of this research are the contributions made by Baitul Mal Kota Subulussalam: providing compensation in the form of educational scholarships, assisting with operations for Islamic boarding schools, religious teachers, mosques/mushallas, and other da'wah institutions so that it is easy to implement Islamic religious education in a social environment, forming assisted groups for productive businesses through Al-Qord financing. Forming social movements such as compensation for orphans and dhuafa, assistance with basic needs, and free breakfast on Fridays (Blessing Fridays). Providing medical assistance to the poor in the form of medical expenses, accommodation, and others. Factors inhibiting the contribution of Baitul Mal Kota Subulussalam are the low awareness of the community, the lack of awareness of paying zakat from the community is one of the obstacles in managing zakat funds so that they can be efficient in the economy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how Sekolah Perjumpaan (social school) in Midang Village, West Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat Province shapes the social character of local teenagers. The research method used was a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observations and in-depth interviews with mentors, religious leaders, governmental representatives, and members of the Midang Village community to discern social activities at Sekolah Perjumpaan. Data was then analyzed by categorizing similarities and differences in themes, previously managed through data reduction, data display, and data verification to yield findings. The findings showed that Sekolah Perjumpaan maintained social harmony, which was built upon the foundations of social norms as the ethical basis for strengthening intrapersonal relationships and a life guide adopted by teenagers. Social characters and human values were implemented at Sekolah Perjumpaan, which resulted in reciprocal shares and mutual respects that mirror the attitudes, such as proper self-positioning, good attitudes, and responsibility. Additionally, Sekolah Perjumpaan had existed to teach patience, sincerity, consciousness, or commitment to doing good.

Abstract

The problems in this study are translated into 3 problem formulations as follows: (1) What is the approach taken by PAI teachers in implementing Religiosity Values ​​at Sultan Daulat 1 Public Middle School? (2) What are the obstacles and challenges faced by PAI teachers in implementing religious values ​​at SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat, Subulussalam City? This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The findings of this study are as follows: The efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling the values ​​of worship through religious activities in students of SMP Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat include holding dhuhur prayers in congregation, holding dhuha prayers for classes that have PAI subjects at first and commemorating religious holidays such as the commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj, Mawlid Nabi, Istighasah, holding call to prayer competitions, BTQ, qira'at, speeches, shalawatan, compensation for orphans, Ramadhan huts, breaking the fast together, tarawih prayers in congregation, management of zakat fitrah, and the slaughter of sacrificial animals. The efforts of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling moral values ​​through religious activities in students of Sultan Daulat 1 Public Middle School include getting used to applying the school's Islamic culture in the form of 4S (smile, greet, greet, be polite) and 2M (turn off and guide) motorized vehicles in the school area and put up slogans that contain religious elements.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the following things: 1). Principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 2). Principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 3). Principal's leadership style in improving teacher careers in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 4). To analyze the obstacles faced and the principal's solutions in applying the leadership style at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documents. Data analysis techniques use: data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The research location is at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City. The findings of this study are as follows: 1). In an effort to increase the Discipline of PAI teachers at the SDN 2 Subulussalam school, the Principal sets a good example for other teachers in terms of time discipline and rules at school, as well as supervising and controlling each teacher. 2). In improving the performance of PAI teachers at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City, the school principal provides support and motivation to teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The school principal also supervises, assesses and evaluates teacher performance and provides rewards for achieving teacher performance. 3). Among the programs and things that the Principal does to improve the career and performance of teachers is to provide opportunities for PAI teachers to receive coaching and attend training related to their respective fields, and provide other opportunities in a transparent manner, the principal also supports teachers who continue their Masters and Doctoral studies. 4). Obstacles faced by school principals in implementing leadership styles at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam include: Some teachers are still lacking time discipline, some teachers are late to school because of damaged infrastructure, do not use teaching tools, violate school rules, are not motivated to improve their performance, do not respond to exemplary from the principal, the lack of school infrastructure. Solutions made by the school principal in overcoming obstacles in increasing teacher professionalism at SDN 2 Subulussalam Subulussalam City include providing encouragement/motivation to teachers through self-help schools, implementing Fingerprint attendance in increasing time discipline for teachers, continuing teacher education through study permits. In addition to submitting requests for assistance to the government in overcoming the shortage of teachers, especially teachers in the field of study by hiring honorary teachers and a shortage of school infrastructure

Abstract

Morals occupy an important position in human life, both as individuals, communities, and nations. This article aims to find out how the implementation of Rateb Siribee on the morals of students at the Ulumul Quran Mardhatillah Islamic Boarding School Pondok Tangga Besi Kota Subulussalam. This type of research includes qualitative research. Primary data in this study are the results of interviews with several students and teachers at the Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Islamic Boarding School Tangga Besi, Subulussalam District. Secondary data is obtained through a review of documentation derived from books, journals, related articles that become a foothold in the implementation of research. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation review. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The implementation of Rateb Siribe on the morals of Pasantren Ulumul Quran Tangga Besi Subulussalam City students is to educate students to become qualified individuals for their religion and nation. In particular, making students feel the existence of Allah directly in everyday life, then educating students in discipline, increasing worship and strengthening friendship.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that the process of learning mathematics in plane material only relies on memorizing formulas, this occurs in students who do not understand the material. This research aims to determine the influence of the big book mathematics media on the learning outcomes of class IV MIN 11 Central Aceh students. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a Nonequivalent Group Design. The population in this study were all class IV students at MIN 11 Central Aceh, while the sample was  class totaling  16 students and class totaling 14 students. This research instrument uses a learning outcomes test sheet and the data collection technique used is the test technique and uses the t-test in analyzing the data. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the average score obtained in the Pre-Test for the experimental class was 50.642 and for the control class with an average score of 46.437. Meanwhile, in the Post-Test, the average score obtained by the experimental class was 74.5 and the control class had an average score of 62.81. The results of statistical analysis obtained = 2.1047 and = 1.70, because > then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Big Book Math Media, Learning Outcomes, Two-Dimentional Figure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikam eksistensi media sosial terhadap perilaku siswa dan faktor-faktor penghambat guru PAI dalam mengantisipasi dampak media sosial di SD Negeri Kota Subulussalam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis, psikologis, sosiologis, dan teologis normatif. Sumber data yaitu data primer bersumber dari kepala sekolah, guru PAI, dan siswa melalui wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari dokumen yang ada kaitannya dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam peran guru pendidikan agama dalam mengantisipasi dampak penggunaan media sosial bagi peserta Didik SD Negeri Kota Subulussalam: 1) Siswa SD Negeri Kota Subulussalam Utara memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai ajang untuk menunjukkan keberadaan dirinya kepada dunia luar. Setiap orang berlomba-lomba untuk menampilkan dan membuat branding tentang dirinya kepada dunia luar. Tidak jarang pula bahkan seseorang bisa bertindak berlebihan untuk sekedar menunjukan eksistensi dirinya kepada orang lain. 2) Adapun yang menjadi penghambat guru PAI dalam mengantisipasi dampak media sosial di SD Negeri Kota Subulussalam yaitu kurang kerja sama guru dan orang tua dalam mengantisipasi penggunaan media sosial. Lingkungan masyarakat (pergaulan) pergaulan dari siswa di luar sekolah juga sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap tingkah laku dan perilaku siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil pembelajaran guru PAI di SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil ditinjau dari latar belakang Pengaruh Orang Tua terhadap Hasil pembeljaran Anaknya.. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pendidikan terutama dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam, khususnya mata pelajaran PAI.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research)dan wawancara, observasi kepada orang tua Guru dan Siswa. Lokasi dan tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikansi antara pengawasan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah Berdasarkan hasil di atas, telah terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikann antara pengawasan prestasi belajar PAI siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah dengan motivasi orang tua terhadap siswa SMA Negeri 1Gunung Meriah
