Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh City. This research is quantitative descriptive, namely research on data collected and expressed in the form of numbers, although it is also qualitative data. The population in this research is class students. The population in this research is all class IIX students in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh in the 2017/2018 academic year. The sample was chosen by random sampling from one of class IIX which consists of 2 classes, namely IIX-1, IIX-2. The sample selected for this research was class IIX-2 with a total of 48 students. The total number of class IIX students is 48. Data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis. Research results: Learning achievement at SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh City is quite good as seen from the report card scores. Study facilities for students at SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh City are computers, teaching material books, study tables, stationery, whiteboards, markers and study chairs. The results of the calculations obtained ttable test 2.063 and tcount 2.255, so tcount>ttable, so accept Ha reject H0 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between home learning facilities on learning achievement at SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh city.

Abstract

Meningkatnya keberadaan suatu lembaga pendidikan diperlukan Manajemen publik relation. Manajemen publik relation dituntut untuk memperhatikan, mengetahui dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat seperti memberikan dua ilmu pengetahuan sekaligus. Tujuan nya agar eksistensi sekolah dapat terjaga dan mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan penelitian ini unt uk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen publik relation dalam meningkatkan eksistensi sekolah berbasis boarding school di SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka humas, dan pembina asrama. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, data display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama. Perencanaan manajemen publik relation dalam meningkatkan eksistensi sekolah berbasis boarding school di SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar dilakukan berdasarkan situasi dan tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat yang ada yang dilakukan di awal tahun pembelajaran. Kedua. Pelaksanaan manajemen publik relation dalam meningkatkan eksistensi sekolah berbasis boarding school di SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar dilakukan dengan mengkomunikasikan kepada pihak yang ada disekolah serta lingkungan masyarakat dan tersedia sumberdaya pendukung seperti, sumber daya manusia, biaya, serta sarana dan prasarana. Ketiga. Evaluasi manajemen publik relation dalam meningkatkan eksistensi sekolah berbasis boarding school di SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar dilakukan di akhir semester dan pada awal tahun ajaran baru yang dilakukan untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan program yang telah dilaksanakan sehingga dapat menjadi bahan perbandingan dalam melakukan perencanaan selanjutnya. Jika manajemen publik relation dilakukan dengan tepat maka eksistensi sekolah akan terus meningkat.Increasing the existence of an educational institution requires public relations management. Public relations management is required to pay attention to, know and meet the needs of the community such as providing two knowledges at once. The goal is that the existence of the school can be maintained and improved. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of public relations management in increasing the existence of boarding school-based schools at SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, vice public relations officer, and dormitory builder. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, display data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: First. Public relations management planning in increasing the existence of boarding school-based schools at SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar was carried out based on the situation and demands of the existing community needs which was carried out at the beginning of the learning year. Second. The implementation of public relations management in increasing the existence of boarding school-based schools at SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar is carried out by communicating to parties in the school and the community environment and available supporting resources such as human resources, costs, and facilities and infrastructure. Third. Evaluation of public relations management in improving the existence of boarding school-based schools at SMAN Modal Bangsa Aceh Besar is carried out at the end of the semester and at the beginning of the new school year to see the level of success of the programs that have been implemented so that they can be used as comparison material in doing further planning. If public relations management is carried out properly, the existence of schools will continue to increase.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi tuntutan di Era digital terhadap profesionalisme guru. Guru memiliki kewajiban dan tuntutan dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan akademik dan kompetensi sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, namun sampai sekarang masih ada guru yang belum menguasai teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran yang mempermudah proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan profesionalisme guru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi, pelaksanaan profesionalisme guru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan kendala profesionalisme guru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi di SMPN 3 Bandar Dua Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: 1) membuat pelatihan di sekolah tentang teknologi informasi bagi guru yang belum menguasai teknologi informasi, seminar, workshop dan kegiatan lain yang mendukung dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi; 2) merekrut atau memilih guru-guru yang belum menguasai teknologi dengan baik guna mengikutsertakan mereka pada kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi, selanjutnya melakukan monitoring dan supervisi, serta memberikan sertifikasi bagi guru yang sudah pantas menerima sertifikasi; 3) kendala pengelolaan profesionalisme guru dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi, yaitu keterbatasan guru dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan berbagai macam fasilitas teknologi, dan faktor usia juga berpengaruh pada kemampuan guru dan minat belajar guru tentang teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Conflict is a problem that can occur in various organization/institutions, including madrasah. In dealing with conflict between teachers when selecting teachers to serve in the school organizational structure, madrasah principals have several methods for resolving conflicts so that they do not have a negative impact on the school environment. The aims the of this research are 1) to find out the methods of madrasah heads in resolving conflicts at MAN 3 Banda Aceh 2) To find out the obstacles faced by madrasah heads in resolving conflicts at MAN 3 Banda Aceh. The type of research carried out is qualitative, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research consisted of 3 informants, namely the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah for curriculum and 1 homeroom teacher for class X MIA 3. The results of this research show that 1) the method used by the madrasah head to resolve conflicts related to the system for selecting members of the organizational structure is to use 4 methods, namely the method of stimulating conflict, the method of reducing conflict, the method of managing conflict, and the method of conciliation. 2) The obstacles that madrasah heads face in resolving conflicts are misunderstandings and lack of understanding of the rules that occur within the parties involvet in the conflict, resulting in differences of opinion. With the methods used by madrasah heads in resolving conflicts, these problems can be resolved well even though they are not free from obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation and village policy on the level of community welfare in Narigunung Village 1. The method used is a quantitative method using the help of Eviews 12. The population in this study was 549 people in Narigunung 1 Village, and the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents with Non-probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection methods by distributing questionnaires and by using validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 3.422786 + 0.763682X 1 + 0.141002X 2 is obtained, meaning that the constant is 3.422786 which means if X 1 (village fund allocation) and X 2 (village policy) value is 0, then Y (community welfare) value is 3.422786, while X 1 (village fund allocation) with a result of 0.763682 which means that every increase X 1 1% will increase Y by 0.763682% assuming the other variables are constant, and vice versa. and X 2 (village policy) by 0.141002 which means that every increase in X 2 by 1% will increase Y by 0.141002% assuming the other variables are constant, and vice versa. The results of the t (partial) test for X 1 (village fund allocation) obtained a t sig value of 0.0000 < 0.05 which means a positive and significant effect on Y (community welfare) while for X 2 (village policy) a t sig value of 0.0286 < 0.05 was obtained which means a positive and significant effect on Y (community welfare). The results of the F (simultaneous) test are known to have an Fsig value of 0.000000 < 0.05 which means that X 1 (village fund allocation) and X2 (village policy) simultaneously have a significant effect on Y (community welfare). The result of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.731678 or (73.17%), while the remaining 26.83% was influenced or explained by other variables that were not included in this research model

Abstract

Religious stories are a method that can be used in educational activities to form a positive personality in students. In fact, there are now many stories that are not based on religious values. Meanwhile, to build a child's personality starts from the baby in the mother’s womb until he is born until he reaches adulthood. So to have a good person there must be start from the family, school and community environment, so that the goals and expectations to educate and teach the children with the values of Islamic, so that the next generation becomes a good person and islamic generation. This research uses the library method with the collection of materials related to the formation of a child's personality through religious stories. Parents as the first educators in the family environment, must provide instructions and direction where the child rests, as well as a teacher in educating his students must use various methods. All of that aims to direct all actions and patterns of thought and behavior or attitudes that will be born in the life of the child.

Abstract

Television broadcasts that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings, make children can watch whenever and wherever the broadcasts are. Therefore parents are needed supervision to select every television program watched by children. The problem in this study is parental supervision of television viewing and child discipline, as well as the efforts made by parents in increasing supervision of television viewing and child discipline, the constraints that become the population In this study are children aged 6-14 years, a total of 102 children and a sample of 30 children (30%). The methodology used in this study is field research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The results showed that parental supervision of children's television viewing was not optimal. Obstacles faced by parents in supervising television viewing and child discipline are busy parents who work outside the home, lack of parental knowledge and parental indifference to television viewing supervision. Parents do not make any effort When children watch television that is violent/pornographic, but only a few who turn off the television and explain that these conditions are not good.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategy of forming takzeem keu guree morals in traditional Islamic boarding school students in Aceh Province, the research uses a sociological-anthropological qualitative approach, the data collection tools are interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis using a comparative analysis approach, considering that there are a large number of research sites, with a comparative approach each reduced data is analyzed for similarities and differences, any data that has been compared will be easy to answer which research objectives as the basis for conclusions. The results of the study show that traditional Aceh pesantren education has succeeded in producing people with good morals who have good, extreme and acute takzeem keu guree values. Not only takzeem him but including the whole guree family, even able to survive for a long time until the end of his life.
