Abstract

Pada umumnya mesin pemanggang digunakan untuk berbagai proses aplikasi kuliner, termasuk memanggang kacang. Pada proses penyangraian, kacang tanah disangrai dalam drum dengan pengaturan waktu yang bervariasi. Kacang tanah sebagai bahan pakan dimasukkan ke dalam ruang sangrai yang berputar mengikuti arah putaran mesin. Pada saat proses berlangsung, drum berputar, terjadi distribusi panas silang antara dinding bawah dan dinding atas, dan terjadilah laju perpindahan panas. Kondisi tersebut sangat mempengaruhi hasil penyangraian. Perlu dilakukan analisa kinerja mesin berdasarkan perubahan temperatur dengan pengaruh waktu. Proses pemantauan suhu drum dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemetaan panas yang memanfaatkan sensor dan sistem pemantauan terkini untuk menangkap laju perpindahan panas di ruang pemanggangan secara visual dan kuantitatif. Temperatur burner bahan bakar LPG 600-700˚C dengan pengaturan putaran mesin konstan pada 30rpm. Waktu proses pemanggangan antara 15, 20, dan 25 (menit). Peta warna menunjukkan tingkat konduktivitas yang berbeda-beda akibat perubahan suhu yang dipengaruhi oleh waktu pembakaran. Kondisi ini juga mempengaruhi perubahan kondisi pada drum, dimana sensor termokopel pada drum menangkap hasil perekaman pada waktu 15 menit pada suhu 162˚C, 20 menit pada suhu 178˚C, dan 25 menit pada suhu 178˚C. 235˚C. Perubahan warna kulit kacang tanah juga menunjukkan adanya penurunan kadar air yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan berat awal sebelum disangrai dan setelah disangrai sebesar 9,7% pada waktu 15 menit, 10,8% pada waktu 20 menit, dan 13,6% pada waktu 25 menit. Durasi pemanggangan 15 hingga 20 menit menunjukkan pentingnya waktu dalam mencapai tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

PT. Sukun Transport Logistics is a company engaged in shipping,logistics and also transportation vehicle rental services. Theproblems faced by PT. Sukun Transport Logistics is a lack oftransport vehicle capacity, causing the use of transport vehiclesthat are not suitable and the distribution of sub-routes is notbalanced. Therefore, to overcome these problems, it is necessaryto determine the optimal distribution route using the saving matrixmethod. The saving matrix method is a method to shortenmileage, estimate distribution time and minimize shipping costs atPT. Sukun Transport Logistics. From the results of the routeresearch in this study, it is known that the route proposal with thesaving matrix method opens 2 sub routes from the previous 3 subroutes, the total distance through the saving matrix method andthe closest calculation method is 299 km. While the total distanceof the actual route delivery to the company is 313 km. Thedistance saving of this research with the company's actual routeis 14 km or 4.47%. At the time of saving of 164 minutes or20.97%, and distribution cost savings of Rp. 141,658 or 25.53%.

Abstract

This paper presents a multi-response optimization method that uses the grey-based Taguchi method as the integrative product form design optimization method, and it serves as a tool for product form design to determine the optimal combination of design parameters in Kansei engineering (KE). This method is unique in that it combines the Taguchi method (TM) and grey relational analysis (GRA), allowing it to take advantage of the benefits of both methods. The TM is used to design experiments and generate combinative product form design samples which can be used to improve product quality. The GRA is applied to multi-response optimization problems. Factor effect analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are used to determine which combinations of design parameters will result in the optimal product design. To demonstrate the applicability of the grey-based TM, a case study of a car form design is presented, and a confirmation test is performed to verify the performance of the optimal product design. The results show that the grey-based TM can deal with optimization problems with multiple Kansei responses and determine an optimal car form design that is representative of the consumers' perception in a systematic manner. The confirmation test results also show that the optimal product design generated by the grey-based TM can be used to improve the overall quality of a product form.

Abstract

Learners with visual impairments face significant challenges due to the prevalence of visually based instructional methods. Inclusive education necessitates the utilization of multisensory and culturally responsive strategies to overcome these barriers. This study explores the effectiveness of local culture-based audio-kinesthetic learning media in enhancing engagement and concept understanding among visually impaired individuals. This qualitative case study was conducted at the Pendowo Social Service Center for Sensory Disabilities in Kudus Regency, Indonesia. A total of 30 visually impaired participants (12 female, 18 male), along with 2 caregivers and 3 therapists, were involved. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed thematically using a naturalistic inquiry framework. Findings indicate that integrating audio-kinesthetic media with local cultural elements—such as folklore, gamelan rhythms, and kinesthetic simulations—significantly improved learning participation, motivation, and comprehension. Observations showed that 87% of participants actively engaged with learning activities. Cultural stimuli increased emotional connection and memory retention, with up to 42% improvement in post-session concept recall. The study demonstrates that combining multisensory strategies with culturally relevant content enhances both cognitive and emotional learning outcomes. Local culture-based audio-kinesthetic media fostered a stronger sense of identity, inclusion, and social engagement among participants.

Abstract

Percetakan XYZ merupakan salah satu industri manufaktur pada bidang percetakan kertas, dan kemasan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi percetakan XYZ meliputi kesalahan pencatatan stok, laporan yang tidak mencantumkan informasi lengkap, serta efisiensi waktu yang rendah dalam proses manajemen gudang, untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah warehouse management system. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pemrograman dengan PHP dan Bootstrap, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil dari perancangan warehouse management system telah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh pengguna dengan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada sistem, baik dari sisi admin gudang maupun pemilik usaha, berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sistem ini mampu memfasilitasi pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, pembuatan laporan otomatis, serta manajemen data supplier, kategori, dan user.
