Abstract

Seorang pemimpin sewajarnya memiliki banyak peran dalam perusahaan, selain sebagai perwakilan dari manajemen, pemimpin diharapkan mampu untuk tidak hanya memimpin namun juga membina, mengembangkan serta mendorong karyawan untuk mencapai hasil kerja maksimal. Peran pemimpin juga penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan proses pembentukan sebuah kebijakan maupun peraturan perusahaan. Keadilan organisasi sebagai “perekat” dalam perusahaan dan orang-orang yang bekerja didalamnya. Hal tersebut juga merupakan hal esensi yang harus ada antara pemimpin dan para karyawannya. ACTION merupakan nilai inti perusahan yang baru yang diterapkan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Nilai-nilai ACTION telah disosialisasikan secara masif dengan harapan tindakan ACTION dapat secara optimal dipahami, diterapkan serta dicerminkan oleh setiap karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan, keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Petrosea kantor cabang Balikpapan. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sample 145 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Smart PLS. Hasil uji analisis atas data yang ada diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja. Keadilan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan terhadap kinerja. Dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Problems in the Maluka watershed such as flood disasters are an indication that the management of the Maluka watershed still needs continuous and targeted improvement, one indication of the cause of the flood problem is the high rate of erosion in the Maluka watershed, several studies have been conducted in parts of the Maluka watershed area, but comprehensive erosion rate data in the Maluka watershed area still does not exist so that this Erosion Rate Estimation research with the E30 Model can be an answer and will produce data in the form of Geospatial data that can be a reference for watershed management information systems,  The research method uses the E30 Model which only requires three parameters, namely NDVI data obtained from Sentinel 2-MSI Imagery, slope data obtained from DEM data and sample data of the miminum erosion rate and maximum erosion rate in the Maluka watershed at a slope of 30 degrees taken during one year, from field sample data shows a minimum erosion rate of 29.23 mm/year and a maximum erosion rate of 83.67 mm/year, analysis of erosion rate estimation with the E30 model in the Maluka watershed shows the highest erosion rate in the Maluka watershed 1. 000- 1,299.72 tonnes/ha/year covering 128 hectare, 0.15% of the Maluka watershed area.  The smallest erosion rate in the Maluka watershed is 0-15 tonnes/ha/year covering 8,180 hectare, 9% of the Maluka watershed area.  Very severe Erosion Hazard Level (IV-SB) is located in the upper area of the Maluka watershed which is dominated by steep slopes, especially in the Banyu irang sub-watershed which does have a higher slope level than the Bati-bati sub-watershed.  The erosion rate of 180-480, which indicates Severe Erosion Hazard Level (III-B), is spread over more gentle areas, while Moderate Erosion Hazard Level (III-S) dominates in the middle and lower reaches of the Maluka watershed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika bisnis terhadap kinerja bisnis pedagang muslim Pasar Rahmat Kota Samarinda dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan bisnis terhadap kinerja bisnis pedagang muslim Pasar Rahmat Kota Samarinda. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu pengolah data SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 48 responden yang merupakan pedagang muslim yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel etika bisnis (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pedagang muslim Pasar Rahmat Kota Samarinda; Variabel lingkungan bisnis (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis pedagang muslim Pasar Rahmat Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman para pedagang Pasar Kedondong Samarinda mengenai etika bisnis Islam dan untuk mengetahui apakah para pedagang telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam kegiatan berdagang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dangan tujuh prinsip etika bisnis Islam sebagai indikator penelitian dan objek penelitian adalah para pedagang Muslim Pasar Kedondong Samarinda, batasan penelitian hanya dilakukan pada tiga jenis pedagang yang merupakan maoyoritas di Pasar Kedondong yaitu pedagang sembako, ikan dan sayur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada pemahaman dan cara pedagang dalam menerapkan tujuh prinip etika binis Islami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian para pedagang umumnya telah mengetahui etika bisnis islami dan telah menerapkan dalam kegiatan jual-belinya secara umum dilihat pada kejujuran menimbang, menjaga kualitas barang dan juga menjalin hubungan baik pada sesama, walaupun belum sempurna secara keseluruhan. Meskipun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa masih ada beberapa oknum yang melanggar etika seperti obral sumpah, serta tidak ramah pada pembeli dan sesama pedagang.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Dosen di Universitas Widyagama Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk melihat kinerja Dosen tetap Universitas Widyagama Samarinda yang berjumlah 97 orang atau responden. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Structural Equation Model. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis multivariate yang dijalankan melalui program SmartPLS. Analisis data melalui partial Least Square dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu: Pertama, Menilai outer model atau model pengukuran. Kedua, Menilai Inner model atau model structural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Abstract

The purpose in this research is to know effect partially and simultaneously of PAD andDAU to BM in Hulu Sungai Selatan regency. The data research from DJPK Kemenkeu RIwhich the data research is LRA APBD of Hulu Sungai Selatan regency 2003-2017 and typedata of research is time series data, then technical analysis used multiple linear regressionanalysis. The result of research showed PAD has negative and not significant effect to BM inHulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2003-2017, DAU has positive and significant effect to BM inHulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2003-2017, then by simultaneously or together, PAD and DAUhave significant effect to capital expenditure in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2003-2017.

Abstract

Fiqh, as an Islamic religious education closely related to social contexts, is often taught merely as a transfer of knowledge without practical implementation. This results in students struggling to connect their studies with real life, as academic concepts they receive are abstract. Hence, contextual Fiqh learning is necessary. This study aims to explore (1) the overview of contextual Fiqh learning and (2) the concept of contextual Fiqh learning at Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh DQI. This research is a field study with a qualitative approach. The results show four characteristics of contextual learning: activating existing knowledge, applying knowledge and experience, acquiring new knowledge deductively, and learning in an enjoyable environment. The concept of contextual Fiqh learning involves planning based on the study of the text being taught and linking it with the surrounding environment. Implementation includes knowledge construction, inquiry process, modeling, and questioning. Evaluation is conducted formatively and summatively through oral tests, written tests, and performance assessments, but only covers cognitive and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a SketchUp-based student worksheet using a project-based learning approach to support geometry learning in junior high school. The study responds to the lack of visual media in conventional mathematics instruction, particularly in representing three-dimensional objects. The development process followed the 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. At the Define stage, a needs analysis revealed students’ difficulties in spatial reasoning and their preference for visual learning. SketchUp was selected for its capability to model 3D objects interactively. The product was validated by two experts, resulting in an average score of 89% for content and 87% for media, both categorized as “very feasible.” A limited trial involving 18 ninth-grade students showed an average feasibility score of 80.3%, indicating positive student responses. Although some improvements are needed in the clarity of instructions, the integration of SketchUp and project-based learning shows potential to enhance student engagement and learning experiences in geometry. The study supports the development of innovative, curriculum-aligned digital learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove the influence of the influence of internal service quality on loyalty mediated by job satisfaction of employees at pt. Mahakam Gate of the King of Oil and Gas (Persero) in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study used 40 respondents and this study used a survey method with a sample of employees at PT. Mahakam Gate Raja Migas (Perseroda) in Kutai Kartanegara Regency with census sampling technique . Respondents were only interviewed once when they met. Data from the respondents were then tabulated and tested using statistical methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire research tool. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the quality of Internal Services has no effect on employee job satisfaction, meaning that the previously formulated hypothesis is rejected, so that if the quality of Internal Services has increased, it will not have an impact on increasing job satisfaction. The quality of Internal Services has no effect on employee loyalty, meaning that the previously formulated hypothesis is rejected, so that if the quality of Internal Services has increased, it will not have an impact on increasing loyalty. Loyalty has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, meaning that the previously formulated hypothesis is accepted, so that if Loyalty increases, then job satisfaction will also increase, in line with the increase in Loyalty.

Abstract

In this study involving Civil Servants in Samarinda City DPRD. In this study, to see the performance of employees used a sample of 82 respondents. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis carried out through the SmartPLS program. Data analysis through partial Least Square (PLS) is done through two stages, namely: First, Assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assess the inner model or structural model. The results showed that Personality had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work engagement gave a positive effect on satisfaction, Personality had a positive influence on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance, work engagement provide a positive influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Samarinda City Regional Representative Council.
