Abstract

Desa Lombuea merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Desa ini memiliki potensi kelapa sawit, namun produktivitasnya rendah. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan melalui produksi dan aplikasi pupuk organik vermikompos. Banyak studi melaporkan bahwa aplikasi vermikompos dapat memperbaiki sifat tanah khususnya kesuburan tanah dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman pertanian dan perkebunan. Selain produktivitas rendah, pengetahuan petani atau masyarakat terkait produksi dan teknik penerapan juga masih rendah. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan sosiasilisasi terkait produksi pupuk organik vermikompos dan Teknik aplikasinya. Tujuan pelaksanaan KKN Tematik adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petani terkait produksi dan penerapan vermikompos oleh petani kelapa sawit dari desa Lombuea. KKN tematik akan melibatkan 15 mahasiswa Universitas Halu Oleo. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi tim KKN tematik dengan pemerintah desa, penyerahan mahasiswa KKN tematik, pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN (sosialisasi produksi vermikompos dan penerapannya), monitoring dan evaluasi serta penarikan mahasiswa KKN tematik. Luaran KKN yang akan dicapai adalah produk barang berupa pupuk organik vermikompos, 1 (satu) artikel jurnal pengabdian, berita kegiatan pada media massa local (cetak atau online) dan video kegiatan KKN Tematik.

Abstract

This community service activity contained an introduction to the concept of leadership, organization, and skills of farmer groups located in Rahabite Village, Kolaka Regency with the aim of introducing the function and importance of farmer group organizations, in order to increase cooperation and productivity of the community that is part of the farmer group. The main target of this activity is the goat farming community, mothers who are members of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK), and community leaders. The method of implementing the activity was in the form of counseling and discussion about the importance of leadership, organization, and skills in livestock farmer groups. The activity evaluation was carried out to determine the extent of the participants' response and understanding of the activity by comparing changes in scores in the pre-test and post-test. This activity was attended by 30 participants who were dominated by farmers. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that this community service activity was able to increase participants' knowledge about leadership, organization, and skills of farmer groups with an average score of 80.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the modification of gadung flour, fermented by tape yeast and annealing on the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics of gadung flour, the quality characteristics of gadung flour, and the taste of cookies. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), namely modified annealing at 50°C for 16 hours (A5.16), yeast fermenting tape with a concentration of 6% for 12 hours (F6.12), and a combination of yeast tape and annealing (AK). Analysis of the viscosity, swelling power, and solubility were observed variables. The result showed that  the values of viscosity, swelling power, solubility, and HCN were 18.75 cP, 14.28 g/g, 14.13%, and 13.85 mg/kg, respectively. The nutritional value of modified annealed gadung flour, tape yeast fermentation, and sequential tape yeast and annealing combination, encompassing the moisture content of 6.22-6.70% on a dry basis, ash content of 1.80-1.99% on a dry basis, fat content of 3.15-3.82% on a dry basis, protein content of 6.32-7.20% on a dry basis, crude fiber content of 17.12-19.62% on a dry basis, glucose content of 30.54-33.84% on a dry basis, and carbohydrate content of 81.17-82.05% on a dry basis. The nutritional value of modified gadung flour cookies which includes moisture content, ash content, fat content, protein content, crude fiber content, glucose, and carbohydrate content are 7.85% wb, 1.93 ww%, 14.79 ww%, 10.49% db, 12.25% db, 39.12% db, and 69.13% db respectively. The results of the organoleptic assessment of modified gadung flour cookies included color, aroma, texture, and taste were 3.90 (liked), 4.13 (liked), 3.40 (a bit crunchy), and 3.90 (liked). Based on SNI gadung flour and cookies modified gadung flour by tape yeast fermentation and annealing have met  the SNI.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Mengetahui pengaruh formulasi daun pandan terhadap karakteristik organoleptik, angka kecukupan gizi, analisis proksimat dan perubahan mutu selama penyimpanan produk kasoami siap saji berkemasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 jenis perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu D0 (100% : 0%), D1 (98% : 2%), D2 (96% : 4%), D3 (94% : 6%). Data di analisis menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan uji lanjut Duncan Multiplate Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terpilih yaitu perlakuan D2 (kasoami daun pandan). Berdasarkan analisis proksimat produk kasoami terpilih pada hari ke-0 dan hari ke-30 memiliki kadar air 1,27% menurun, kadar abu 0,06% meningkat, kadar lemak 0,04% meningkat, kadar protein 0,63% menurun, kadar karbohidrat 1,77% meningkat, kadar serat 2,25% meningkat. Hasil perhitungan Angka kecukupan gizi perlakuan kontrol D0 menyumbang energi dan karbohidrat lebih besar dibandingkan perlakuan terbaik D2. Penyimpanan selama 30 hari pada parameter kadar air mengalami penurunan menjadi 45,40%. Uji TPC tidak terdapat mikroba, uji pH tetap 4,0 pertumbuhan jamur tidak ada, parameter aroma deskriptif dan hedonik memperoleh skor 3,0 (tidak ada perbedaan dengan aroma awal) dan 4,0 (Suka), warna 3,0 (tidak ada perbedaan dengan warna awal) dan tekstur 3,0 (tidak ada perbedaan dengan tekstur awal).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the modernization of the tax administration system in improving the compliance of hotel taxpayers in Kendari City. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations at the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency, as well as hotel taxpayers in Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that the modernization of the tax administration system can improve hotel taxpayer compliance in Kendari City. This can be seen from the dimensions of the modernization of the tax administration system that are fulfilled, namely the administrative system has been based on communication and information technology, through the use of technology-based programs and online payments.  Based on the modernization of the administrative system, is quite effective and efficient in increasing taxpayer compliance. The simplicity of using a modernized tax administration system is simple and understandable for taxpayers and can provide benefits for taxpayers in terms of reporting and monitoring taxation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the factors that cause bureaucratic pathology in public services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, determining informants using purposive sampling with 6 informants. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that bureaucratic pathology in public services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province is influenced by five main factors, namely managerialism, incompetence, violations, dysfunctionality, and internalisation. Although in general there are no strong indications of abuse of authority or unlawful acts, there are still bureaucratic symptoms such as a less participatory leadership style, low competence of some employees, weak work discipline, disproportionate workload, and lack of ability in utilising technology.
