Abstract

SDN 2 Gisting Permai adalah sekolah yang terletak di Kecamatan Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus Provinsi Lampung, dalam proses belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa masih secara konvensional, dimana proses pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara tatap muka di dalam kelas dan wilayah sekolah pada jam pelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Terbatasnya waktu belajar-mengajar yang membuat guru tidak bisa memberikan tugas dan kuis untuk siswa, materi yang tidak bisa disampaikan jika banyaknya materi yang akan diajarkan serta ketika guru berhalangan hadir dikelas membuat proses belajar mengajar kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang  e-learning berbasis Android pada SDN 2 Gisting Permai, menghubungkan data pada web dan aplikasi Android, serta mengetahui efektivitas penerapan e-learning terhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis Android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi berbasis Android pada SDN 2 Gisting Permai menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi e-learning ini dapat membantu proses pembelajaran dalam mengakomodasi masalah pemberian materi pelajaran, pengerjaan tugas dan kuis yang tidak harus selalu di kelas, dan melakukan ujian online.

Abstract

Vaccination data collection in Sukadadi village is a very important thing to record every resident who has and will carry out vaccinations to overcome and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Previous research has produced an application that can help the process of collecting vakksination data and contact tracing more accurately and on time and flexibly can be updated in real time so that the process of collecting vakksination data and contact tracing can be accessed by residents and local village officials This research aims to help residents of Sukadadi village in collecting vaccination data that will and has been carried out by local residents using the system Recently, village officials and medical officers in Sukadadi village will find it easier to collect data quickly and computed so that the data produced is more accurate, precise and can be accessed by the community

Abstract

Determining the right and best school is not easy. We must look for information in the schools that we go to, then compare it and choose which schools are suitable according to the criteria, such as determining which Vocational School in Central Lampung we must determine from different aspects as consideration for reviewing the best Vocational Schools, therefore we use decision support system as the best method of determining Vocational School, Decision Support System is a computer-based interactive system that is able to help decision makers to find the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the MADM method (Multiple Attribute Decision Making). This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is to determine the best Vocational High School based on the specified criteria. The study was conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute. Of the five alternatives that are used as the highest sample values there are in the first alternative A1 with a value of 86 that indicates that alternative one is an alternative chosen as the best Vocational School in Central Lampung.

Abstract

The development of this era in the field of information technology is very fast. This phenomenon will certainly change and become a tool for business competition between companies and organizations. A village-owned enterprise is a business entity formed based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages. With the formation of village-owned enterprises, it is hoped that villages will become independent and be able to improve the economic level of the community. In this case, the village-owned enterprise "Karya Abadi" in Pekon Sinar Petir, Talang Padang District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province, has been formed since 2016 and only started in 2021. This village-owned enterprise is engaged in the following business sectors: animal husbandry, agriculture, plantations, financial services, equipment and supplies, waste management, and savings and loans. Until now, the business entity has not had a website to promote products or facilitate the dissemination of information. This research was conducted to solve this problem. This research is in the form of a website framework design for village-owned enterprise "Karya Abadi", which in the future will build a website-based information system. This research was conducted using the waterfall method, which will make it easier to develop and build an information system for the village-owned enterprise

Abstract

Decision support system is the system which is very helpful for decision-maker through data processing and decision model in solving a problem which is semi-structured or unstructured. In determining whether the student will graduate or stay in the class, it is necessary to pay attention to the thing which greatly affects the student activity. In this research, there are five assessment criteria used, namely Memorization, Semester Value, Morals, Imlak, and Reading the Alkitab. There are ten alternatives used, and in this research, the range of values used for graduating students is 29.99, so that the results obtained by the 9th student alternative and the 10th student alternative stay in the class because the value is 29.99. This objective assessment, hopefully, it can help the teachers, ustadz and kiyai in assessing students who have extraordinary potential, so that students can find out their abilities and potential both in the academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

Kecamatan merupakan pembagian wilayah administratif di Indonesia di bawah kabupaten atau kota. Tugas utama kecamatan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang berada dalam area cakupan. Sistem informasi pelayanan di Kecamatan Natar saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, dimana masyarakat atau publik harus datang secara langsung ke kantor kecamatan Natar untuk mendapatkan informasi. Sistem informasi berbasis web pada kecamatan Natar, untuk mempermudah penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Sehingga Informasi yang ada pada kecamatan Natar akan semakin mudah didapatkan tanpa harus dibatasi oleh jam dan waktu kerja pegawai kantor kecamatan.

Abstract

Language is the ability that humans have to communicate with other humans using signs, such as words and gestures. Estimates of the number of languages in the world vary between 6,000–7,000 languages. However, precise approximations depend on an arbitrary change that may occur between languages and dialects. Natural languages are speech or sign languages, but any language can be encoded into a second medium using audio, visual, or tactile stimuli, for example, graphic writing, braille, or whistles. This is because human language is independent of modality. With so many languages, it results in a lack of understanding of other languages, for example, if we meet someone who speaks a different language from us, we don't understand what that person is reading. With this the author wants to create an Artificial Intelligence System to assist in translating each language into other languages.

Abstract

The institution is constantly pushing its pupils to do better. Scholarships are a great incentive for students to strive for excellence. Grants are financial awards given to students based on their academic performance or demonstrated financial need, and are therefore not limited to those who are merely pursuing further education. Scholarships are available to pupils each year at Pulau Pangkalan 1 Middle School. Currently, these institutions rely on human judgment to choose which students merit scholarship money. There are still issues with the decision-making procedure for determining who is eligible for scholarships at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung. All stakeholders must be happy with the outcome, and the decision-making process can involve competing priorities. The TOPSIS algorithm is a type of decision-support algorithm predicated on the notion that the optimal choice minimizes both the positive and negative distances to the optimal solution. An important goal of this study is to determine whether or not a decision support system can facilitate the picking of scholarship winners at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung. The TOPSIS method was used to decide scholarship awards at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung, and the results showed that alternative C, with a value of 0.819, was the best choice overall. At SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung, the decision support system is able to help with scholarship approval, it is claimed.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject which is usually considered difficult by some students, including elementary school students, junior high school students, and high school students. Mathematics aims to encourage students to be skilled in using mathematics and also for practical needs and solving problems in everyday life such as calculating, measurements and interpreting data on computers. Currently, the mathematics learning process still uses conventional methods and lacks innovation in the learning which is taught, which is more fixated on so many textbooks so that this makes it difficult for students to learn these lessons, and will have an impact on students' scores being low. Along with the development of technology, there is an increase in people using smart devices, such as cellphones and tablets, but many are only used to play games. With these problems, there are now many mobile learning applications (m-learning) which aim to help students in efficient and interesting learning. This study aims to design and create a mobile-based application for learning mathematics for 6th grade students of elementary school to help them learn math-related problems in an interesting way. This research produces an application with a user-friendly menu display, and is equipped with practice questions and scores, so that it has benefits for 6th grade students of elementary school in solving problems related to mathematics subjects.

Abstract

Media sosial kini telah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari kita. Dengan terbukanya akses informasi, orang-orang merasa lebih bebas untuk berbagi pandangan mereka tanpa terbatas oleh jarak geografis. Dalam konteks ini, analisis sentimen muncul sebagai teknik pemrosesan bahasa alami yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan reaksi dari berbagai aspek kehidupan. Proses ini sering kali disebut penambangan opini, karena bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan pandangan masyarakat serta memperkirakan polaritas dan peringkat dari pendapat tersebut. Di Fakultas Komputer Universitas Mitra Indonesia, Sistem Informasi telah menyediakan platform untuk evaluasi dosen oleh mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan setiap akhir semester. Makalah ini akan membahas analisis sentimen terkait komentar mahasiswa terhadap dosen dengan memanfaatkan algoritma machine learning, yaitu metode K-means Clustering.
