Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) is a psychological test well known among Indonesian psychologists to measure intelligence. Some researchers who use CPM in their research reveal that CPM has weaknesses in the principle of measurement equivalence. Therefore, the focus of this research is to evaluate the details of the psychometric properties of CPM by using the Rasch model. This research used a secondary data analysis approach, where the primary data sets from a psychological service were collected into a single file for further analysis. Data of 371 boys and 377 girls with an age range of five to seven years old who took an intelligence test to assess their school readiness were collected. The Rasch model analysis showed that CPM showed unidimensionality and local independence, had a fairly good reliability value, and eight items were unsuitable for testing intelligence. Only twenty-eight items of CPM were suitable for measuring children’s intelligence in Indonesia

Students who continue their education abroad will be vulnerable to stress and other adaptation problems. Success in overcoming new pressures and situations, one of which is determined by the personality characteristics of each person. This research aims to determine the role of culture shock as a mediator of the relationship between the personality of the achiever and the challenger to the sojourner adjustment. Causality quantitative research design is used to answer this goal by involving research respondents, namely Pattani students who are Muslim and are studying in the city of Bandung. Saturated sampling technique was used to obtain the characteristics of the sample in the research so that as many as 225 respondents were involved in filling out the research questionnaire. The data collection method uses a Likert scale with data analysis using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach. Structural analysis shows that cultural shock plays an effective and significant role as a mediator variable in the relationship between the personality of the achiever and challenger to the sojourner adjustment.

Employees in banking are one of the assets that must be optimized in order to create good company output, if there are no qualified employees, the company’s planned goals will not achieved. To have good employee quality, the company must hold training so that employees have high motivation to work so that their output will affect employee performance so that it can be maximized. Motivation is an attitudinal drive for everyone to perform a goal. Job training is an activity to improve the skills and expertise of employees while performance is a level of achievement of results that is linked to the mission created by the company. The purpose of this study is to find out the triggers for motivation and job training on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada. The study population is the workforce at PT BPR Sukasada. The total sample utilized in this study was 39 respondents. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis with studies is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the study, namely motivation variables and job training variables that have a positive and relevant impact on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada. The results shown in multiple linear regressions show that the motivation variables and job training variables play a positive influence on employee performance at PT BPR Sukasada.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of logotherapy medical ministry on the level of meaning in life among five inmates with HIV/AIDS. Participants are guided to understand the inevitable tragic experiences through the ability to take a stance and undergo a self-transcendence process, which is a distinctive feature of medical ministry compared to other logotherapy techniques. It focuses on understanding and evaluating the "past and present" and then connecting it with something meaningful "outside oneself and in the future." This approach combines spiritual and psychological elements to address existential problems and provide support. The research design was selected based on the consideration of a limited number of participants, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) is a validated instrument assessing the presence of meaning and the search for meaning in life. MLQ by Michael F. Steger and Patricia Frazie (Indonesian version), was used as the measurement tool for assessing the level of meaning in life has a reliability of 0.861 and validity ranging from 0.328 to 0.841. The N-Gain result of 57.75% indicates a significant increase in the participants' meaning in life. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evektivitas logoterapi medical ministry terhadap tingkat kebermaknaan hidup pada lima warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS. Partisipan penelitian dibimbing untuk memahami pengalaman tragis yang tak terhindarkan dengan kemampuan mengambil sikap dan proses transendensi diri yang menjadi ciri khas teknik medical ministry dibandingkan teknik logoterapi lainnya, yaitu untuk memahami dan mengevaluasi keadaan “di masa lalu dan sekarang” kemudian menghubungkannya dengan sesuatu yang bermakna “di luar diri sendiri dan di “masa depan”, yang menggabungkan pendekatan spiritual dan psikologis untuk mengatasi masalah eksistensial dan memberikan dukungan. Pemilihan desain penelitian berdasarkan pertimbangan jumlah partisipan yang terbatas, sehingga menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. The Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) diberikan untuk mengukur perubahan tingkat makna hidup partisipan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. MLQ adalah instrumen tervalidasi yang menilai presence of meaning dan search for meaning in life. Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) dari Michael F. Steger dan Patricia Frazie versi bahasa Indonesia digunakan sebagai alat ukur pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat kebermaknaan hidup. Alat ukur ini memiliki reliabilitas 0.861 dan validitas 0.328-0.841. Hasil N-Gain 57.75% menunjukan peningkatan kebermaknaan hidup yang cukup signifikan

In 2018, the discourse on creating a psychological test to apply for a driver's license in Indonesia was sounded, but creating the right instrument for a psychological test is not easy. In 2022 scientifically, there is one instrument for the psychological assessment process, but from a psychometric perspective, it still has many weaknesses. Therefore, this research aims to develop a psychological test that meets the elements of good validity and reliability. This study uses the factor analysis method of scale development design. The participants in this study were 323 participants from various cities in Indonesia who voluntarily participated in a series of activities obtained by purposive sampling technique. By testing the content validity with Aiken and construct validity with confirmatory factor analysis, the study found that 24 of the 30 items developed on the Driving Behavior Scale were valid and very reliable. This research implies that the Driving Behavior Scale is suitable as a psychological test for making a driver's license.

Pembagian hibah yang tidak merata dapat memicu berbagai reaksi psikologis dalam komunitas penerima, termasuk kecemburuan, ketidakpuasan, dan bahkan ketidakpercayaan terhadap pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas distribusi hibah. Dalam perspektif psikologi, ketidakmerataan ini bisa berdampak negatif pada kohesi sosial, motivasi individu, dan hubungan interpersonal di lingkungan penerima hibah. Individu yang merasa tidak mendapatkan bagian yang layak dari hibah cenderung mengalami rasa ketidakadilan, yang memicu stres dan perasaan negative penelitian kepustakaan (library research) menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif empiric yang menemukan Kesimpulan pembagian hibah dalam keluarga sangat dianjurkan sebelum datangnya warisan, untuk menghindari sengketa di kemudian hari.

Interfaith marriage in Indonesia is still controversial even though Law No. 1/1974 on Marriage explicitly states that marriage must be carried out by the laws of each religion and belief. In practice, cases of interfaith marriage still often occur in the community. Meanwhile, human rights and pluralism activists argue that everyone has the right to form a family, including through interfaith marriage, so the state should not prohibit it. This controversy was reignited when several District Courts granted applications to register interfaith marriages in 2022-2023. In response, the Supreme Court (MA) issued Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 2 of 2023 which essentially prohibits courts throughout Indonesia from granting registration of interfaith marriages. This policy has been appreciated by conservative religious circles, but regretted by human rights activists. They believe that the SEMA has the potential to violate the freedom of religion and family guaranteed by the Constitution. This study aims to analyze SEMA No.2/2023 in managing requests for registration of interfaith marriages The study aims to offer insights into the Supreme Court's policy and the challenges encountered by courts, providing constructive suggestions for future interfaith marriage policies.

Competition tests athletes by demanding peak performance under pressure from both their environment and themselves, aiming for victory. One common challenge they face is Competitive Anxiety, a response to perceived threats in competitive situations, leading to worry or stress (Martens, 1977). The ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) is the highest-level competition for Indonesian Army marksmen. This study examines the effectiveness of the Mental Imagery Technique in reducing competitive anxiety among female AARM athletes. This cognitive-based intervention uses mental visualization of past experiences to enhance performance. Using an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, the study involved five participants (n=5), with data analyzed through a Paired T-Test. Results showed a significant reduction in Competitive Anxiety scores post-intervention (Asymp. sig 0.000 < 0.05). N-Gain scores indicated moderate effectiveness for two respondents (-69% and -60%) and high effectiveness for three respondents (>76%). These findings confirm that the Mental Imagery Technique effectively reduces competitive anxiety in female pistol shooters at AARM. This study suggests that mental imagery is a valuable psychological strategy for managing anxiety in high-pressure sports, particularly for female athletes in precision disciplines like shooting.

KDRT psikis berdampak pada rendahnya self-esteem korban, ditandai dengan evaluasi diri negatif, ketidakberdayaan, dan isolasi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas PCBT—terapi berbasis solusi—dalam meningkatkan self-esteem wanita korban KDRT. Penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain SSR (A-B-A) pada dua subjek menggunakan kuesioner adaptasi Mruk (2006). Intervensi PCBT diberikan selama 12 sesi (45-60 menit/sesi). PCBT meningkatkan self-esteem sebesar 58.9% (subjek 1) dan 45.1% (subjek 2), dengan aspek keberhargaan sebagai yang paling responsif (perubahan 29.1%). Analisis visual inspection menunjukkan tren peningkatan yang stabil. Implikasi: PCBT terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi berbasis kekuatan untuk korban KDRT, namun perlu diperluas dengan sampel lebih besar dan desain mixed-methods. Temuan ini mendorong pengembangan modul PCBT yang lebih kontekstual di Indonesia.

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is a company that has a role as an agent of value crator and agent of development. So what must be done is to improve the performance of BUMN, restructure BUMN and establish new BUMN. In achieving its goals, this role must be realized by carrying out a high innovation from every individual who is in a company. In terms of increasing Psy, an application of psychological empowerment is needed in the company and moderated by leaders who have a Transformational Leadership Style. This study uses a quantitative research method using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square/SEM-PLS). Respondents in this study amounted to 35 employees with certain criteria. The results of the study show that there is an influence on Psychological Empowerment on Innovative Behavior, while the magnitude of the influence is 0.523. There is also the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Innovative Behavior with a magnitude of 0.495. As a moderating variable, Transformational Leadership Style can also moderate the effect of Psychological Empowerment on Innovative Behavior with a score of 0.149.
