Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan kelas pembelajaran daring menggunakan Google Classroom. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan selama dua hari. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini  diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan guru dalam mengelola kelas pembelajaran daring mengingat pembelajaran daring masih akan dilaksanakan sampai keadaan pandemi covid-19 membaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi : 1)  metode ceramah, metode ceramah digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan kepada peserta mengenai konsep, urgensi dan prinsip pembelajaran daring. 2) Tanya jawab, metode tanya jawab digunakan untuk mengenali persoalan-persoalan terkait dengan materi ceramah dan untuk  menjawab kesulitan yang dihadapi peserta dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. 3) Praktik dan pendampingan pengelolaan kelas menggunakan Google Classroom. Kegiatan PPM telah dilaksanakan dengan baik serta telah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tambahan bagi peserta. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang disampaikan adalah teori dan praktik mengenai pengelolaan pembelajaran daring menggunakan Google Classroom. Kegiatan PPM diikuti oleh 108 peserta di hari pertama dan 111 peserta di hari kedua. Junlah peserta (khalayak sasaran) melebihi dari target yang telah ditetapkan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of positive emotion as a mediator of price discounts and event marketing in creating impulse buying at the Shopee 12.12 Birthday Sale. This research is quantitative and descriptive. The population of this study was members of the Tawangsari Tulungagung Village Youth Organization (TARUNATA) who made purchases on Shopee on December 12, 2023, namely 38 people. Sample size guidelines using saturated samples, data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical techniques, and inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this research show that price discounts are proven to affect positive emotions and are proven to affect impulse buying, both directly and through mediation. positive emotions. Meanwhile, event marketing has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on positive emotions and has been proven to affect impulse buying, both directly and indirectly. The results of this research also confirm that positive emotion is a partial mediator in influencing price discounts and event marketing in encouraging impulse buying at the Shopee 12.12 Birthday Sale.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the urgency of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) practicum and to develop the HRIS application as a human resource management learning innovation within the Vocational Faculty, Yogyakarta State University. Methods: This research is a Research and Development study designed to be a multi-year study using the ADDIE model approach. The ADDIE model is an abbreviation for the five stages of the development process, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. In the previous year, the researchers had completed the design of an HRIS to be used as a learning media. Design and construction focus on needs analysis and system design formulation (Analysis and Design). In the second year or the study, researchers begin to develop designs into product prototypes and trials (Development and Implementation). In the third year, the researchers focus on evaluation. Evaluation needs to be carried out to improve the system by processing data obtained from previous phases that have been carried out. So, this research uses the Research and Development method with ADDIE model over a multi-year basis. Result: The result of the study is the development and implementation of web-based HRIS for learning practices in human resource management courses for students. Novelty: The novelty of this research is to develop HRIS as an interesting and interactive learning media for all students to learn human resource management as a preparation for work later. The target output of this research is articles published in reputable international journals or proceedings as well as IPR for the HRIS products being developed.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip yang baik akan mendorong terciptanya good governance. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas perangkat pemerintahan dicapai melalui arsip yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan sebagai sebuah alat untuk memastikan perlakuan adil bagi masyarakatnya. Akan tetapi, keterampilan pengelolaan arsip menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang jarang dimiliki oleh perangkat pemerintah desa, salah satunya pada Desa Sinduharjo yang berada di Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan melaksanakan pelatihan kearsipan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan arsip bagi perangkat desa Sinduharjo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan bentuk kegiatannya menggunakan metode ceramah, pemaparan sistem kearsipan, dan pelatihan pengelolaan arsip fisik. Khalayak sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah perangkat desa Sinduharjo Ngaglik Sleman. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta yang semakin baik dibuktikan dengan rata-rata hasil pre test peserta (sebelum pelatihan) adalah 4,3 sedangkan rata-rata hasil post test peserta (setelah pelatihan) adalah 7,35. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi segala permasalahan kearsipan yang dialami perangkat desa Sinduharjo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang kerja lulusan pendidikan administrasi perkantoran pada rekrutmen Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Teknis Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi tentang informasi jenis pengadaan, instansi, serta tingkat pendidikan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu website resmi rekrutmen PPPK (sscasn.bkn.go.id). Selanjutnya, data dianalisis untuk mendapatkan informasi jenis formasi jabatan dan instansi yang membuka lowongan.  Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi jenis lowongan pekerjaan dan kantor pemerintah penyedia lowongan pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 1901 peluang kerja untuk lulusan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Peluang kerja terbanyak berada di Kementerian Agama. Formasi pekerjaan yang tersedia yaitu arsiparis dan analis kebijakan. Namun, lulusan pendidikan administrasi perkantoran harus bersaing dengan lulusan program studi lain yang layak mengisi formasi tersebut.

Abstract

This Community Service aimed to train the managers of Gari Tourism Village to improve their knowledge and skills in tourism governance, raise community awareness, and develop local tourism potential. The program was conducted for two days. On June 8, 2024, a presentation on Tourism Awareness, Regional Potential Development, and Community Empowerment for Sustainable Tourism was delivered by Mr. Agung Sulistyo, S.E., M.M., CHE. On June 9, 2024, practical training and mentoring on Tourism Village management were carried out, guided by the same resource person with the service team. The methods used were lectures, discussions, practice, and evaluation. The evaluation results showed that participants’ knowledge and understanding of Tourism Village management significantly improved after the training

Abstract

The rise of the millennial generation, especially in Indonesia, has overtaking the majority of various workplaces. Millennial workers are likely to have different characteristics from the previous generation, so the leader needs to adjust the treatment to create millennials' job satisfaction and engagement. This study aimed to analyze the effect of psychological contracts on work engagement with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study used an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The data was collected using a questionnaire and was analyzed using Partial Least Square software. There were four main findings in the study. First, psychological contracts, both transactional and relational, had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, transactional psychological contracts had a significant effect on work engagement. Third, job satisfaction mediated the relationship between transactional and relational psychological contracts with work engagement. Fourth, the rational psychological contract was not the main factor in increasing work engagement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Modernisasi Kecerdasan Emosional Pada Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran moderasi kecerdasan emosional dalam hubungan antara beban kerja dan stres kerja pada dosen generasi milenial dan generasi Z di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh dosen generasi milenial dan generasi Z di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 175 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel mengacu pada pendapat Hair, yaitu 5-10 kali jumlah indikator. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi serta uji efek moderasi dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, dan (2) kecerdasan emosional tidak terbukti berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara beban kerja dan stres kerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengelolaan human capital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam upaya mengurangi stres kerja melalui penyesuaian beban kerja dan pengembangan kompetensi emosional dosen. Kata kunci: beban kerja; generasi milenial; generasi Z; human capital; kecerdasan emosional; stres kerja;   Abstract: Modernization of Emotional Intelligence on the Effect of Workload on Work Stress This study aims to analyze the moderating role of Emotional Intelligence in the relationship between workload and work stress among millennial and Generation Z lecturers at Yogyakarta State University. The research employs a causal-comparative design with a quantitative approach. The population includes all millennial and Generation Z lecturers at Yogyarta State University, with a sample of 175 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The sample size was determined based on Hair's recommendation, which suggests 5-10 times the number of indicators. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis and moderation effect tests with the SmartPLS application. The results indicate that: (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, and (2) Emotional Intelligence does not significantly moderate the relationship between workload and work stress. These findings provide important implications for human capital management in higher education institutions, particularly in efforts to reduce work stress through workload adjustments and the development of lecturers'Emotional competencies.
