<![CDATA[The study investigates how governance and political support affect the level of corruption in Aceh Province. To measure the level of corruption, the number of corrupt individuals involved in corruption cases that the court handled between 2019 and 2021 was taken into consideration. The governance aspect was evaluated based on the achievements of Monitoring Control for Prevention (MCP) and performance accountability, while political support was assessed by the support provided by political parties in the legislature to regional leaders. The negative binomial panel regression method with a fixed-effect approach was used to analyze the data collected from 24 local governments (provincial and district/city) in Aceh Province. The results indicate that governance has a significant negative impact on corruption. Therefore, it is crucial to consistently improve governance by enhancing MCP achievements and performance accountability in local governments to combat corruption in Aceh Province. Improvement efforts can be made to optimize the role of APIP in overseeing the implementation of government, especially state financial management to be more effective and efficient]]>

<![CDATA[Education is the key gateway for people with disabilities to become skilled laborers for self-reliance and to create better welfare. Using Sakernas data for 2021, this study aims to analyze the impact of education level on people with disabilities between two groups, namely people with disabilities with high education and people with low education, with additional observations on people with disabilities working in the formal or informal sector. The sample selected for the study is made up of workers with disabilities who have an income of 27,049. The higher education category is the level of education completed by persons with disabilities at the equivalent of high school to doctoral level, while the low education group is the level of education of persons with disabilities at the junior high school level and below. The results of the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method state that higher education and working in the formal sector have an impact of more than 58 percent on increasing their income compared to persons with disabilities who have low education and work in the informal sector.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine various articles regarding the influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs. The literature used in this research comes from indexed journal databases searching for the keywords "financial literacy" and "performance". This research found various factors involved in measuring the influence of financial literacy on MSME performance consists of: dimensions of financial literacy, namely: knowledge, attitudes and behavior; factors that influence financial literacy are age, gender, education, length of work and income; strategies to increase financial literacy through training; MSME performance are: financial and non-financial performance. The impact of financial literacy on MSME performance is influenced by many factors. This research provides input for policy makers to increase the level of financial literacy of MSME business actors so that MSME performance becomes better, competitive and has a competitive advantage.]]>

<![CDATA[Fertilizer subsidies are an essential economic policy affecting Indonesia's agricultural sector and food security. This article critically reviews the implementation of fertilizer subsidies and its impact on agricultural economic growth. We analyze changes in policies and approaches implemented in recent years and their impact on resource allocation efficiency and agricultural productivity. By considering the interactions between government policies, agricultural markets, and economic dynamics, this Research identifies factors that influence the success and failure of fertilizer subsidy programs from an economic perspective. The results provide in-depth insight into the impact of fertilizer subsidy policies on economic growth in the agricultural sector and food security in Indonesia and provide a basis for improving more efficient and sustainable policies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of land area and income sources of agricultural households on their income in the context of reducing poverty in the agricultural sector. This study uses a quantitative approach and multiple regression methods as an analytical tool with data from the Agricultural Business Household Income Survey which is part of the 2013 Agricultural Census of West Sumatra Province. The data used in this study is cross-sectional data with total agricultural household income as the dependent variable and the amount of land owned by agricultural households, the area of land controlled and cultivated by agricultural households, the percentage of agricultural household income from agricultural sector businesses, the percentage of agricultural household income from non-agricultural businesses, the percentage of other agricultural household income , the percentage of agricultural household income from wages in the agricultural sector, and the percentage of agricultural household income non-agricultural wage income. The results showed that the variable area of land owned and the area of land controlled and cultivated by agricultural households had a positive effect on their total income. Other variables that have a positive effect on total agricultural household income are the percentage of income from non-agricultural businesses and the percentage of non-agricultural wage income. On the other hand, the percentage of agricultural household income from agricultural sector businesses and the percentage of agricultural household income from wages in the agricultural sector have a negative effect on their total income. The results of this study suggest the need for redistribution of land to land-poor agricultural households and encourage them to diversify their business outside the agricultural sector but still based on agricultural products.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik Lama Mencari Kerja di Sumatera Barat Tahun 2022. Menggunakan data sekunder dari Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional Indonesia periode Agustus 2022 yang diselenggrakan Badan Pusat Statistik. Data yang dipakai pada kajian ini berasal dari kuesioner Sakernas, dimana pertanyaan yang diambil dalam kuesioner merujuk pada pendidikan terakhir yang ditamatkan, pengalaman, umur, penggunaan ICT dan perpindahan pekerja dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 26.656 orang yang bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisi di Sumatera Barat tahun 2022 diketahui pengalaman, ICT dan perpindahan pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan yang ditamatkan dan umur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja di Sumatera Barat.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the Village Fund and Village Status on stunting in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Using a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods, this study measures how Village Fund allocations and village status contribute to reducing stunting rates. Data was collected through documentation study techniques from relevant agencies and processed to ensure statistical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, and homoscedasticity were met. The results show that the Village Fund has no influence on stunting reduction, while the IDM shows a significant influence. This indicates that budget allocations directed towards health and nutrition programs do not have a direct impact on stunting reduction compared to general village infrastructure improvements. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of prioritizing allocations. These results indicate that even if a village achieves progress in terms of infrastructure, economy, and public facilities, it can still reduce the problem of stunting.This study also suggests expanding the scope of variables in the future to enrich the understanding of the factors that affect stunting more comprehensively.]]>
