Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the PjBL model in improving the learning outcomes of students in the SMA Negeri 2 Tondano XI IPA class. This research is conducted in two cycles. The research phase includes planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study are students from the XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Tondano class in the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 18 students. Data collection techniques include observation, recording and testing instruments. Data analysis techniques include test results and observation data. The results show that the degree of completion of learning by 75 points has increased by 22.23%, among which the degree of completion of the learning achievements of Cycle I and Cycle II students is 66.67% and 88.90%, respectively. Based on the research results, the application of the PJBL model improves the learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament pada materi ikatan kimia kelas X Di SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan di peroleh sampel yaitu kelas X IPA A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA B sebagai kelas kontrol. Proses pengumpulan data dengan memberikan tes kepada siswa di akhir pembelajaran.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol.berdasarkan data yang di analisis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian dan diperoleh thitung 8,95 > ttabel 2.059, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament terhadap hasil belajar pada materi ikatan kimia

Abstract

The purpose of this study, to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes in using the Problem Based Learning method with the lecture method. During approximately 1 month different methods were applied in 2 classes, namely the Problem Based Learning class and the Lecture class with a total of 25 students each, then to see the learning outcomes a post-test was conducted. The results showed the value of t arithmetic = 2.92> t table 2.010, so that the conclusion Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it means there are differences in student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning method with those using the lecture method on redox material.

Abstract

The Purpose the Study Determine The Average Students Learning on Animation Video Media. The research is a experimental class XI MIA with one class experimental and one class control each class consisting of 30 students. Data the results a average 86,40 for experimental average 53,50 for class control. This matter average class experimental higher then class control.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research with Mastery Learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Mastery Learning model on student learning outcomes on the mole concept material. This research was conducted in class X SMA Negeri 1 Remboken with a sample of 57 people. The research design used is the post-test-only control group design experimental method. The experimental class uses a complete learning model and the control class uses a conventional learning model. Analysis of hypothesis testing using t-test with a significant level = 0.05, because with a two-way test then the value of a/2 = 0.025. The test results obtained show that the results of t arithmetic > t table or 9.02 > 2.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the average value (post-test) of the experimental group and the experimental group. control group experiment. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students who are taught the mastery learning model with the learning outcomes of students who are taught conventional learning on the mole concept material.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study using the Anchored Instruction learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Anchored Instruction learning model on student learning outcomes on the mole concept subject. This research was conducted in class X SMA Negeri 2 Siau Timur with a sample of 40 people. The research design used was a pre-test and randomized two group design. The experimental class uses the Anchored Instruction learning model and the control class uses the conventional learning model. Analysis of the hypothesis test using t-test with a significant level α = 0.05. The test results obtained indicate that the results of tcount> ttable or 2.112> 2.024, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant difference between the average value of the initial test (posttest) of the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between student learning outcomes using the Anchored Instruction learning model and student learning outcomes using conventional learning models on mole concept subject.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengujian fitokimia dan toksisitas ekstrak etanol jantung pisang kepok (Musa Paradisiaca Linn.) dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT).  Pengujian dilakukan untuk mencari beberapa senyawa kimia dari ekstrak jantung pisang Musa Paradisaca. Linn serta mengetahui efek toksik terhadap larva udang Artemia salina. Leach.  Maserasi jantung pisang kepok dilakukan dengan menggunakan etanol. Ekstrak etanol yang diperoleh dilakukan pengujian fitokimia dan toksisitas. Hasil pengujian fitokimia menunjukkan ekstrak etanol jantung pisang Musa paradisiaca. Linn memiliki komposisi senyawa flavonoid, kumarin dan senyawa fenolik lainnya. Ekstrak etanol jantung pisang kepok memberikan efek toksik terhadap larva udang Artemia salina. Leach dengan nilai LC50 sebesar 806,8 μg/mL.Kata kunci: jantung pisang kepok, fitokimia, toksisitas, BSLT.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai kajian suseptibilitas magnetik bergantung frekuensi terhadap pasi besi Kabupaten Takalar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi mineral magnetik yang dominan berdasarkan data suseptibilitas magnetik dan menganalisis sumber mineral magnetik berdasarkan suseptibilitas magnetik bergantung frekuensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode magnetik batuan khususnya parameter suseptibilitas magnetik. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan alat Bartington MS2 Susceptibility Meter dilengkapi sensor MS2B yang bekerja pada frekuensi rendah (470 Hz) dan frekuensi tinggi (4700 Hz). Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan pasir besi mengandung mineral ferrimagnetik yaitu magnetite. Nilai suseptibilitas magnetik pada frekuensi rendah dan frekuensi tinggi identik serta persentase suseptibilitas magnetik bergantung frekuensi diperoleh kurang dari 2 % yang mengindikasikan pasir besi memiliki bulir magnetik multi domain (MD). Korelasi positif antara suseptibilitas magnetik pada frekuensi rendah dengan bergantung frekuensi mengindikasikan sumber mineral magnetik yang dominan berasal proses pedogenik yaitu pelapukan batuan gunung api.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan kajian pengembangan material karbon dari arang hasil pirolisis tempurung kelapa. Penelitian bertujuan mempelajari penggunaan polivinil alkohol (PVA) sebagai stimulan dalam pengembangan arang terhadap sifat-sifat fisikokimia material karbon. Kalsinasi, pencampuran, dan sintering temperatur tinggi dilakukan pada proses penerapan teknologi karbon. Metode analisis X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) untuk pengujian struktur kristal, topografi permukaan berupa struktur mikro dan analisis unsur material karbon. Karakteristik produk material karbon menunjukkan perubahan karakter di mana terjadi perubahan sifat fisikokimia dari arang amorf menjadi karbon dengan struktur semi-kristalin.Kata kunci: Arang, Tempurung Kelapa, Pirolisis, Karbon

Abstract

Keberadaan Sungai Tallo sangat penting bagi industri dan masyarakat yang berada di daerah aliran sungai. Namun, aktivitas sosial-ekonomi tidak dibarengi dengan pengelolaan sampah yang bertanggung jawab. Dengan demikian, secara umum sungai tercemar oleh polutan seperti logam berat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan monitoring sebagai langkah pengendalian kualitas Sungai Tallo untuk menghindari kondisi yang semakin buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang hubungan antara parameter magnetik dan kandungan logam berat pada sedimen Sungai Tallo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode magnetik lingkungan menggunakan parameter suseptibilitas magnetik. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) untuk mengetahui konsentrasi unsur logam berat. Hasil menunjukkan Suseptibilitas magnetic sedimen Sungai Tallo berkisar 47,7 sampai 968,7 × 10-8 m3/kg. Suseptibilitas magnetik berhasil mengidentifikasi kelimpahan logam berat pada Sungai Tallo. Fe memiliki konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Cr, Mn, dan Zn. Korelasi antara unsur logam berat Fe, Mn, dan Zn dengan suseptibilitas magnetik diperoleh korelasi positif kuat dimana unsur logam berat berkontribusi terhadap suseptibilitas magnetik. Studi ini mendukung parameter magnetic seperti suseptibilitas magnetik dapat berpotensial digunakan sebagai indikator polusi logam berat pada Sungai Tallo.Kata kunci: Logam berat; magnetik lingkungan; suseptibilitas magnetikMagnetic Susceptibility and Heavy Metal Concentration of Tallo River Sediments in MakassarABSTRACTThe existence of the Tallo River is very important for industry and people living in the watershed. However, socio-economic activities are not accompanied by responsible waste management. Thus, rivers are generally polluted by pollutants such as heavy metals. Therefore, monitoring is necessary as a measure to control the quality of the Tallo River to avoid worsening conditions. The purpose of this study was to improve understanding of the relationship between magnetic parameters and heavy metal content in Tallo River sediments. The method used was the environmental magnetic method using magnetic susceptibility parameters. Furthermore, X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) was tested to determine the concentration of heavy metal elements. The results showed that the magnetic susceptibility of the Tallo River sediments ranged from 47.7 to 968.7 × 10-8 m3/kg. Magnetic susceptibility identified the abundance of heavy metals in the Tallo River. Fe has a higher concentration than Cr, Mn, and Zn. The correlation between heavy metal elements Fe, Mn, and Zn with magnetic susceptibility showed a strong positive correlation where heavy metal elements contribute to magnetic susceptibility. This study supports magnetic parameters such as magnetic susceptibility that can potentially be used as an indicator of heavy metal pollution in the Tallo River.Keywords: Environmental magnetic; heavy metal; magnetic susceptibility
