Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepuasan kerjadalam memediasi pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Angkasa Pura Hotel In-Flight Catering Tuban. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 89 orang karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur path, uji sobel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwap erceived organizational support bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Upaya meningkatkan rasa komitmen organisasional karyawan, organisasi hendaknya mampu memberikan dukungan kepada karyawannya karena semakin tinggi dukungan yang diberikan kepada karyawan maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Kata kunci: perceived organizational support, komitmenorganisasional,kepuasankerja.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and also to understand the role of job satisfaction as mediators on the effects above. Organizational justice created in terms of importance to foster job satisfaction and organizational commitment that will have implications for the optimal paramedic services. The respondents of this study is the paramedics at Level II Udayana Hospital. The total of the respondents is 95 paramedics. The sampling method is proportionate stratified random sampling technique through Slovin formula. The analysis technique used in proving the hypothesis is path analysis and the Sobel test. The results obtained in this study 1) ??distributive justice, procedural, and interactional positive and significant effect on job satisfaction paramedics, 2) distributive justice, procedural, interactional, and job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment paramedics, 3) job satisfaction significantly mediate the relationship of distributive justice, procedural, and interactional organizational commitment. This study has several limitations that include: 1) the study only see that organizational commitment will be created through a factor of organizational justice and job satisfaction, but did not rule out the emergence of other factors beyond the study, 2) the study focused on the hospital industry means necessary special consideration if this research will be applied in other industries, such as manufacturing and tourism. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Province of Bali. Samples taken as many as 63 respondents. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 item statement. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis showed that perceived organizational support positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support positive and significant effect tehadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and this study also proved that the perceived organizational support affect the organizational citizenship behavior is mediated by job satisfaction in the Department of Industry and Trade of the Province of Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and job insecurity intention to quit the employees of PT Bali Chippendale Furniture. The population in this study were employees of PT Bali Chippendale Furniture totaling 116 people. The samples in this study conducted with proportionate rondom sampling approach because the sample frame is already known such as number of employees, while the sampling method used in this study refers to the approach Slovin. Based on these criteria the number of employees who qualify as a sample of 54 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study is the distributive justice negative effect on quit intention, procedural fairness negative effect on quit intention, interactional fairness negative effect on quit intention and job insecurity positive effect on quit intention.

Abstract

Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel is engaged in the business of tourism hospitality accommodation. This study aims to determine the effect of performance, seniority, and loyalty on job promotion at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, the number of samples used is 70 people. These results indicate that performance has significant influence on the job promotion, seniority has significant influence on the job promotion, loyalty has significant influence on job promotion. Variable performance, seniority, and loyalty effect simultaneously significant effect on job promotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of authentic leadership on OCB mediated by trust in leaders at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. This research was conducted at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran, the number of samples used was 65 employees using nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that authentic leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. Authentic leadership has a significant positive effect on trust in leaders of Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. Trust in leaders have a significant positive effect on OCB at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. Trust in leaders partially mediate the influence of authentic leadership on OCB at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. The implication of this research is that with the existence of trust in leaders, authentic leadership can have an effect on OCB. Therefore, with better authentic leadership, trust in leaders will increase and will also increase employee OCB.

Abstract

Perilaku karyawan yang melebihi peran yang diwajibkan dikategorikan dalam perilaku organizational citizenship behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi trust in leadership pada karyawan The Lodek Villas Seminyak dengan menggunakan metode sensus (total sampling) dalam menentukan sampel sebanyak 65 responden, melalui teknik analisis jalur (Path analisis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan The Lodek Villa. Servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust in leadership yang diterapkan pimpinan The Lodek Villa. Trust in leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan The Lodek Villa. Trust in leadership mampu memediasi hubungan positif servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan The Lodek Villa. Pimpinan perusahaan disarankan mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama dalam mengambil keputusan sehingga karyawan merasa dihargai. Sebagai seorang pemimpin harus menjaga kebersamaan dengan mengajak karyawan berdiskusi untuk memberikan masukan dan saran yang berguna untuk kepentingan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job stress in mediating the effect of work-life balance and competence on the performance of Dispersip Gianyar employees. The research location is in Dispersip of Gianyar Regency with 59 employees, but the sample used is only 54 people due to incomplete answers. Data was collected using a survey approach, and the instrument of this research was a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-based SEM, namely Smart Pls 3. The result of this research shows that work-life balance and competence had a positive and significant effect on performance but had a negative and significant effect on job stress, while job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Job stress partially mediates the relationship between work-life balance and competence on performance. The implications of this research theoretically support the findings of previous studies as well as studies related to attribution theory. The practical implication for the Dispersip of Gianyar Regency is to be able to maintain performance by supporting work-life balance, providing training to increase competence, and trying to reduce work pressure on employees. For further researchers, they can conduct research by considering demographics as a variable that affects performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitudes on the effect of entrepreneurship education and family support on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, batch 2018. The number of samples used in this study was 240 respondents using proportionate random sampling. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Family support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Family support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude is able to significantly mediate the effect of family support on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of work stress in mediating the effect of work on the work of nurses at Wangaya Hospital during the Covid-19 period. The research location is Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar City. The sample obtained is 138 people who are determined by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a survey approach and approach. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-based SEM, namely Smart Pls. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on work morale, workload had a significant positive effect on work stress and stress had a significant negative effect on work morale. Another finding is that work stress is not a mediator of the relationship between workload and the morale of nurses at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. Practically, the findings of this study can be used by hospital managers to maintain the work of nurses through the provision of work morale in accordance with abilities and regulations. In addition, hospital managers should avoid making policies that can create work stress by testing new rules.
