Abstract

Abstract—To improve reliability, the do loop system reconfiguration scheme to Blahkiuh feeders and feeders Panglan, by analyzing the calculation SAIFI and SAIDI, can the economy in terms of pressing / kWh minimize the number of unsold losses. Analysis of calculation results Blahkiuh feeders and feeder reconfiguration Panglan before result Blahkiuh feeder SAIFI 16.534 times/customers/year and the results SAIDI 35.894 hours/customer/year so the numbers of unsold kWh losses from the calculation not save 227,640.841 kWh energy equivalent to Rp 318,718,182.6, while for the results obtained Panglan feeder SAIFI 23.59 times/customer/year, the results of SAIDI 87.39 hours/ customer/year and the calculation results energy not save 238,037.099 kWh equivalent to Rp 364,672,835.7. After reconfiguration can minimize the number of SAIFI / SAIDI and losses, the results obtained Blahkiuh feeder SAIFI 2,089 times/ customers/year and the results SAIDI of 4.27 hours/customer/year, results energy not save 13369.314 kWh equivalent to Rp 20,481,733.86. For Panglan feeder SAIFI results obtained 1,218 times/customers/year and the results SAIDI 1,242 hours/ customer/year, results energy not save 3880.571 kWh equivalent to Rp 5,945,033.22. Intisari— Untuk meningkatkan keandalan maka dilakukan rekonfigurasi sistem loop scheme pada penyulang Blahkiuh dan penyulang Panglan, dengan menganalisa perhitungan SAIFI dan SAIDI, ditinjau dari segi ekonomi mampukah menekan/ memperkecil angka kerugian kWh yang tidak terjual. Hasil Analisa perhitungan penyulang Blahkiuh dan penyulang Panglan sebelum rekonfigurasi diperoleh hasil SAIFI penyulang Blahkiuh 16,534 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan hasil SAIDI 35,894 jam/pelanggan/tahun sehingga angka kerugian kWh tidak terjual dari hasil perhitungan energy not save 227.640,841 kWh setara dengan Rp 318.718.182,6, sedangkan untuk penyulang Panglan diperoleh hasil SAIFI 23,59 kali/pelanggan/tahun, hasil SAIDI 87,39 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan hasil perhitungan energy not save 238.037,099 kWh setara dengan Rp 364.672.835,7. Setelah rekonfigurasi dapat memperkecil angka SAIFI/SAIDI dan kerugian yang dialami, pada penyulang Blahkiuh didapat hasil SAIFI 2,089 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan hasil SAIDI 4,27 jam/pelanggan/tahun, hasil energy not save 13.369,314 kWh setara dengan Rp 20.481.733,86. Untuk penyulang Panglan didapat hasil SAIFI 1,218 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan hasil SAIDI 1,242 jam/pelanggan/tahun, hasil energy not save 3.880,571 kWh setara dengan Rp 5.945.033,22. Abstract

Sympathetic Trip that happened in the electricity distribution system cause the healthy feeder distrupted because feel a disorder in feeder which affected by a disorder.A residual current that flows as a result of disruption of the one phase to ground on the Bunisari feeder as much as 183,9 A will be perceived by the same phase in the Suwung feeder which has a residual current of 196,9 A, that resulting in the accumulation of capacitive current as much as 380,8 A.The efforts obtained to prevent the Sympathetic trip back with ground fault relay setting as Iset = 25,72 A, tms = 0,11 SI with relay working time for 0,27 seconds and for Suwung feeder is obtained Iset = 24,59 A, tms = 0,115 SI with relay working time for 0,286 seconds.

Abstract

Ground wire is one of the lighning protection instrument used in medium voltage distribution network with the intention to reduce interference due to lightning strikes. On the feeder Serangan the ground wire put 4 – 5 wicket. To know effective gap of ground wire is put on the feeder Serangan then used effectiveness ground wire parameters and total of disorder by lightning strikes directly or indirectly. From the analysis is obtained the effective gap on scenario 4 by 3 – 4 wicket. Choosing scenario 4 is as effective gap because seen by economic aspect, as longest gap point put of ground wire then the cost needed to use material and the installation of ground wire will be cheaper.  DOI: 10.24843/MITE.1501.05

Abstract

Along with the development of ever-increasing burden on the GI Gianyar then the transformer unit 2 with a capacity of 30 MVA will be uprating with a capacity of 60 MVA transformer. To maintain the continuity and reliability of the flow of electrical power to the consumer , NGR (Neutral Grounding Resistance) and relay SBEF is used as the safety equipment of the short circuit 1 phase to ground was not in to the neutral point of the transformer. Uprating of transformers that have been done changes on 1 phase fault current to ground when using a direct earthing systems with a value to become 1838.21 A. While the value of the short-circuit current 1 phase to ground after pairing NGR 40 Ohm value is fixed at 288.675 A, so that the current setting and time relay SBEF fixed at 90 A and 7.067 seconds. The analysis result from the effect of installation NGR and rele SBEF on the transformer 60 MVA against short circuit 1 phase to ground has the ability good protection for the value of the fault current is able to be reduced from 1838,21 A into 288.675 A after pairing NGR 40 Ohm and time is needed SBEF to handle distractions 7.067 seconds. Intisari- Seiring dengan perkembangan beban yang terus meningkat di GI Gianyar maka transformator unit 2 berkapasitas 30 MVA akan di lakukan uprating (penggantian) dengan transformator berkapasitas 60 MVA. Untuk menjaga kontinyuitas dan keandalan aliran daya listrik sampai ke konsumen (beban), NGR (Neutral Grounding Resistance) dan rele SBEF dipergunakan sebagai peralatan pengaman dari gangguan hubung singkat phasa tanah agar arus gangguan 1 phasa ke tanah tidak sampai mengalir ke titik netral transformator. Dari uprating transformator yang sudah di lakukan terjadi perubahan pada arus gangguan 1 phasa ke tanah jika menggunakan sistem pentanahan langsung (solid grounding) menjadi 1838,21 A. Sedangkan nilai dari arus hubung singkat 1 phasa ke tanah setelah dipasangkan NGR 40 Ohm nilainya tetap sebesar 288,675 A, sehingga setting arus dan waktu rele SBEF tetap sebesar 90 A dan 7,067 detik. Hasil analisis pengaruh pemasangan NGR dan rele SBEF pada transformator 60 MVA terhadap gangguan hubung singkat 1 phasa ke tanah menghasilkan kemampuan proteksi yang lebih baik karena nilai arus gangguan yang mampu di kurangi dari 1838,21 A menjadi 288,675 A setelah dipasangkan NGR 40 Ohm dan waktu yang di butuhkan SBEF untuk menangani gangguan 7,067 detik.

Abstract

Penggunaan peralatan listrik modern, terutama peralatan elektronika modern membangkitkan gelombang atau sinyal distorsi. Sinyal tegangan cacat tersebut langsung masuk ke sistem tenaga listrik Sinyal ini terlebih dahulu diuraikan menggunakan transformasi wavelet. Hasil transformasi berupa pola signal dalam bentuk koefisien ini digunakan dalam proses learning jaringan syaraf tiruan pada proses pembelajaran metoda neural network untuk mendapatkan target output. Hasil dari proses ini digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengidentifikasi gangguan yang masuk ke jaringan.

The use of distance relays in the system SUTT 150 kV network, is expected to help the reliability of the transmission system. Setting the value of the distance relay network systems SUTT 150 kV substation Ship - GI Pemecutan kelod specified by PLN, akandilakukan research to obtain the new distance relay settings. Value setting relays within the network system SUTT 150 kV substation Ship - GI Pemecutan kelod: Zone 1: (R = 0.977, X = 2.684, Z = 2.86), Zone 2: (R = 1.341, X = 3684, Z = 3.92) , zone 3: (R = 2,107, X = 5789, Z = 6.16). Methods used to determine the return value of the distance relay settings for securing network systems SUTT 150 kV substation Ship - GI Pemecutan kelod is a method of Artificial Neural Network. Application of the method backpropagation Artificial Neural Network is used to determine the value of setting relays within the network system SUTT 150 kV substation Ship - GI Pemecutan kelod obtained from the method of Artificial Neural Network is zone 1 (R = 0.9911, X = 2.6886, Z = 2.86), zone 2: (R = 1.3313, X = 3.6798, Z = 3.92), zone 3: (R = 2.1251, X = 2.0995, Z = 6.16). Abstract

Short circuit causing over current problem and can might causing interference of the equipment performance such as distribution transformers also causing widespread disruption occurred. In resolving such interference is required as protection system on the distribution system. Seeing all above is needed coordination between the supporting component of the protection system which is consisted of Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR). The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) South Bali Area Network, INDONESIA on recloser in the feeder line of Penebel. OCR setting between the Relay feeder of Penebel, Recloser Celagi, Recloser Bakisan, and Recloser Benana still less selective, with time value coordination between average security was still less than 0,2 second. Then OCR setting and GFR relay feeder of Penebel, Recloser Celagi, Recloser Bakisan, and Recloser Benana was recommended for re-setting in order to minimize disruption and electric power distribution system to be reliable.

Abstract

As a power plant industry, PLTU Jeranjang OMU (Operation and Maintenance Unit) owned oneof 6.3 kV nominal voltage induction motor that has critical characteristic that drives the waterpump into the boiler room which always has to operate. This motor has been equipped withtemperature sensor in real time that can monitor the temperature of bearing motor. However,manual control is still applied in vibration monitoring. It is done by taking the vibration data oncea week, and there is no deviation data found in real time. The result of this study shows that theprototype of IoT-based vibration monitoring data logger that is designed using the blynkapplication obtained the average of sensor deviation of 2%. Alarm notification of each sensorsdeliver "warning" if the vibration value indicates ? 4,5-70 mm/s and alarm notification delivers"emergency" if the vibration value indicates ? 7,1 mm/s in concordance with the ISO 10816-3vibration standard. Although, the performance of sensor data storage has successfully storingthe data with 8 GB microSD card, then will be fully charged in 4629 days or 154 months and 3days.

Abstract

Today, excessive use of electrical energy will certainly cause energy wastage, given the energy crisis that has hit all countries, the government must have made efforts to save energy use. In 2019, the energy consumption of the Badung Regency DPRD Building was 41.8 kWh/m2 month, when compared to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 on an Air-conditioned Building, which was 14 kWh/m2 month, the DPRD Building was included in the wasteful category. Based on these problems, efforts are needed to evaluate the use of electrical energy in the DPRD Building by means of energy conservation. The purpose of the study was to identify the potential for saving electrical energy that can be applied to the Badung Regency DPRD Building. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach where the results of calculations and measurements are then described and compared with Indonesian national standards on energy conservation. The results of the research show that the potential for saving electrical energy can be done by replacing the standard Split AC into a low watt AC where the electrical energy savings are obtained by 11.62% or a budget savings of Rp. 21,068,468.-

Abstract

The existence of public street lighting (APJ) as a means of supporting the road is very necessary to provide comfort, security, and safety for road users. Public street lighting that is not in accordance with the 2008 Indonesian National Standard (SNI) can cause road problems. SNI 2008 requires primary arterial roads to have an average illumination of 11-20 lux. The problem of lack of illumination occurs on the By Pass Munggu Tanah Lot road from the Seseh Beach traffic light intersection to the Singing beach road intersection, which has a length of 1.47 Km with a total of 21 street lighting points that produce an average illumination of 4,58 lux. The problem of harmonics in the electric power system is increasingly complex with the increasing use of non-linear equipment (eg LED lamps), where this equipment produces harmonics in voltage and current waves. In this study, harmonic calculations will be carried out on LED lamps and mercury lamps. The method used in the preparation of this research is a method of comparing the characteristics of mercury lamps and LED lamps, which is to compare from a technical and economic point of view. After that, match the provisions and conformity which in this case refers to SNI 2008.
