Abstract

BKD Denpasar has an employee management information system. The system is useful for managing employees from managing new employees to managing retired employees. The current problem is the system cannot manage staff promotions. The current system is that employees submit promotions by filling in the files manually. The solution proposed in this problem is a promotion information system with existing data and managed using an existing staffing system. The system is designed using a data flow diagram while the database is designed using an entity relationship diagram. Web-based system is built using the PHP programming language. The database is implemented using MySQL. Based on the results of application testing with Black-box testing, all the functionality of the Information system of promotion in the Civil Service Environment Denpasar that has been built can run well. The resulting system can help the performance of administrative officers for promotion. The system built can run well according to user needs.

Abstract

Weather forecast information is very important for tourism in Indonesia, especially Bali as one of the main tourist destinations. That information must be easily accessible by the users, as one of them through a mobile phone. In this research developed an application to showing the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali through mobile devices based on android operating system. The data sourced from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG). Generally, the system is divided into two parts, such as the server and client (user). Admin created in the form of web server by using HTML, PHP and JavaScript that used for the management of weather forecast data and convert data from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG), while on the client side is an application based on adroid to access the weather forecast data. In the design of the application, the planning begins with the analysis of system requirements, the implementation of coding until testing applications. The result of this research is an application of the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali which can be displayed on the mobile devices based on android operating system. Based on the result of the application testing with black box method overall funcional application has been running well.

Abstract

Pendataanpenyakit pada masing-masing instansi kesehatan di Kabupaten Jembrana masih besifat manual sehingga hasil pendataan tidak langsung diterima pihak Dinas Kesehatan. Masyarakat umum yang berada di Kabupaten Jembrana belum bisa memperoleh informasi tentang data penyakit menular yang terdata di Kabupaten Jembrana.Penelitian ini akan merancang Sistem informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan melakukan pendataan penyakit yang terdata di Kabupaten Jembrana. Metode pembangunan sistem menggunakan model waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu Analisa Kebutuhan, Design Sistem, Coding & Testing dan Penerapan Program. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, Javascript dengan dukungan web mapping Google Map API dan Fusion Table Layer.Hasil dari penelitian adalahsebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan pendataan penyakit pada masing-masing Instansi Kesehatan serta informasi pemetaan penyakit menular dengan menampilkan intensitas warna yang berbeda sesuai dengan besarnya penyakit yang terdata. informasi yang diterima juga dalam bentuk report dan grafik jumlah pendataan penyakit secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan Dinas Kesehatan.

Abstract

Sistem indentifikasi dengan menggunakan sistem biometrika geometri tangan telah berkembangdengan pesat. Sistem pengenalan geometri tangan merupakan sistem biometrika dengan mengukurbentuk, ukuran telapak tangan serta lebar dan panjang jari tangan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakangabungan metode chain code dan moment invariant untuk mendapatkan ciri-ciri geometri tangan yangnantinya sangat dibutuhkan untuk proses pencocokan antara citra geometri tangan yang tersimpan padabasis data dengan citra geometri tangan yang diinputkan pada modul identifikasi/verifikasi. Pengujiansistem pengenalan geometri tangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan 70 citra geometri tangan milik 10orang partisipan. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan gabungan kedua metode mampu menghasilkan tingkatkeberhasilan sebesar 94,17% dengan FAR = 0%, FRR = 5,83% dan nilai ambang = 103,819.

Abstract

Participation Credit Unit (PCU) is a system of appreciation to Udayana University's students for their participation in student activities in both academic and non academic fields. It is one of the requirements that must be met by every student in order to be allowed to follow graduation. At the Faculty of Engineering of Udayana University, there are some data of students’ PCU that are not stored well, so the data get lost and make the process of inputting the PCU of students become problematic. In this study, the information system being built will be used to manage the PCU data of Faculty of Engineering students of Udayana University. This information system is built by using an HTML programming language, PHP with MySQL DBMS and by using the Bootstrap Framework. The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test given to (20) users of the system obtained an average value of 80,88 which means that the it has the values of Excellent Adjective Ratings, B Scale Grade and Acceptable Acceptability Ranges.

Abstract

Kabupaten Tabanan memiliki potensi daerah di bidang pertanian, pariwisata dan perkebunan yang tersebar di wilayahnya, namun tidak semua orang mampu memperoleh informasi tentang potensi-potensi tersebut. Maka dari itu dibuatlah suatu aplikasi sistem informasi geografis yang membantu untuk mengolah dan menampilkan informasi potensi daerah Kabupaten Tabanan. Sistem informasi geografis ini dibangun berbasis web dengan menggunakan Ruby on Rails sebagai framework bahasa pemrogamannya dan memanfaatkan fitur dari Google Maps API Drawing on Maps, yaitu overlay polyline untuk menggambar jalan pada peta serta marker untuk menentukan titik-titik potensi pada peta terutama pada Kabupaten Tabanan. Aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan detail informasi polyline jalan pada peta dan menampilkan detail informasi potensi yang ada di sepanjang jalan di wilayah Kabupaten Tabanan, maka dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu membantu user mendapatkan detail informasi jalan dan memilih objek-objek potensi yang tersebar sepanjang ruas jalan di Kabupaten Tabanan untuk dilihat detail informasinya.

Abstract

Tari Bali merupakan salah satu warisan budaya nusantara yang sangat terkenal hinggake dunia internasional. Tari Bali memiliki ragam gerak yang kompleks dan terikat dengangamelan yang mengiringinya. Untuk mempelajari Tari Bali,dibutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit.Tidak semua orang memiliki waktu untuk pergi secara khusus ke sanggar tari untukmempelajari Tari Bali, sehingga dibutuhkan alternatif lain untuk mempelajarinya. Smartphonedan tablet berplatform Android adalah gadget yang penggunanya sangat tinggi di Indonesia.Gadget dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pemberi informasi, sekaligus memberi pelajarandasar tentang Tari Bali. Aplikasi dibuat dengan main software Unity, dan dengan metode MotionCapture. Output aplikasi adalah penjelasan singkat, video, serta simulasi gerakan dasar dangerakan keseluruhan Tari Pendet dan Tari Baris.

Abstract

Natural science (IPA) is a subject that is intended to allow students to have an organized concept of the natural surroundings. Learn science as a way of helping students to understand more deeply the natural surroundings. One material science lessons given in fourth grade elementary school to discuss the grouping animals based on the type of food. On the subject matter students are expected to be able to tell the difference between herbivores, carnivores and omnivores. Currently the teachers at the school only uses conventional teaching methods with the book medium for conveying the material. Media books or conventional learning media can not provide a real visualization of the shape of animals. Animal grouping based learning problems in elementary school, learning media applications based animal recognition virtual reality created to help elementary school students in recognizing the object animal. Application development starts from the concept stage, design, collection of materials, assembly, testing, until the distribution phase. This application is built using the programming language C #, google cardboard SDK, software blender and unity. The result obtained is an application that can be used as a learning medium introduction of animals. In the introduction of animal learning media applications users can run, can see the types of herbivores, carnivores and omnivores are already equipped with information, sound and animation. Based on the test results with the Black-Box, functional applications have been able to run well and based ontest the System Usability Scale result average value of 20 respondents was 80.25 with Scale Grade B.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi memudahkan terjadi pertukaran data sehingga data yang tersimpan pada sistem operasional menjadi besar dan mengakibatkan menurunnya kinerja server. Data warehouse merupakan solusi dari masalah dalam menampung semua data summary dari sistem informasi operasional. Data warehouse sangat didukung oleh aplikasi dalam proses extract, transform, dan load data yang sering disingkat menjadi ETL. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini diteliti mengenai perancangan aplikasi ETL berbasis web yang dapat mencatat log mulai dari proses extract, transform, sampai pada proses load sehingga dapat mempermudah operator untuk mengetahui data yang gagal diproses. DBMS yang digunakan antara lain MySQL, SQLServer dan ORACLE.

Abstract

Tarung Derajat is a martial art that has existed for a long time in Indonesia. Someone who wants to be an Tarung Derajat athlete must participate in the athlete selection. So far there is no system that facilitates the selection of Tarung Derajat athletes so that the selection process is more time-consuming, prone to error and nepotism. To prevent this, in this study built a decision support system using PROMETHEE method to assist the Tarung Derajat athletes selection process. This decision support system is built with web-based programming using PHP programming language and MySQL database. With success rate up to 90,66% in usability test, can be concluded that Decision Support System of Tarung Derajat Athletes Selection can support the athletes selection process.
