Abstract

This study aims to build a sales force system that can automate the marketing process in a company. Automation is necessary because manual calculations impact, in general on the company's sales performance, and in particular on sales performance. The solution offered on this issue is the development of a web-based sales force management application using PHP and HTML programming languages. While the Android-based applications built using Java and XML programming language. As a case study of workflow of sales force automation implementation, this study uses PT. Satryakarya Adiyudha which is a paint supplier and still working manually. The results obtained, an Android application to assist sales in conducting transactions, attendance, manage customer data, and calculate bonuses. While web applications are used by operators and managers in managing employee data, managing goods data, viewing sales visits, and confirming orders and printing order invoices. Based on Black-box testing, the result is functional applications can run well, whereas the Testing result using System Usability Scale (SUS) is 77.25 with Grade Scale C and Acceptability Ranges Acceptable.

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an is a necessity for a Muslim, because the Qur'an acts as a guideand way of life. One thing that is learned in the Qur'an is how to pronounce Hijaiyah letters orMakharijul letters. In learning Makharijul Letters it takes an ustaz or accompanying teacher whois limited by distance and time. To overcome the limitations of distance and time, a learningapplication model is needed that can be accessed without the limitations of distance and thetime. This is studied aim to develop the Hijaiyah letter recognition model using the MelFrequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) and Convulational Neural Network (CNN) methods.Based validation results, the model built using the MFCC and CNN methods can identify theletters read with an accuracy of 49.1%. Then based of the test result with Confusion Matrix, thismodel have a precision value of 50%, recall is 53%, and F-Measure is 0.514.

Abstract

Selama ini, Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Udayana telah memanfaatkan tiga media sebagai pertukaraninformasi, yaitu: halaman website, papan pengumuman, dan TV Jurusan. Namun, penyebaran informasi kemahasiswa terkadang datang dari mulut ke mulut sehingga informasi yang disampaikan menjadi kurang berkualitas.Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi layanan informasi kampus berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan fitur SMSdan aplikasi Android. Informasi yang diterima akan saling terintegrasi dan ditampilkan pada TV jurusan. Hasil akhirdari penelitian membuktikan bahwa web service JSON merupakan solusi dalam pengintegrasian informasi.Perangkat mobile yang dilengkapi dengan notifikasi membuat informasi tersebut dapat dikirim dan diterima kapanpun dan di mana pun. Informasi yang diterima juga lebih berkualitas apabila dilihat dari sisi ketersediaan,keakuratan sumber, dan ketepatan waktu.

Abstract

Many documents were distributed on the Internet every day. Not all of the text in a document is important information. To seek information from documents that are widely used methods Information Retreival (IR). Research in the field of Information Retreival (IR) has been made since the 1950s. Document retrieval system is a system that can search for documents by keyword, but the retrieval of the document will encounter problems if they have to seek specific information from the document a polynomial with the number of constituent documents of text that amount is not small. Automatic Text Summarization combines two methods of graph method and the method of ant colony optimization and use features four sentences. Four features the phrase used, namely: the similarity between sentences, sentences that resembles the title of the document TF-ISF and TF-IDF. Tests performed include: testing the summary results of the system with the summary results of the manual to get the 76.3%, the test results summary system with the summary results Autosummary tools in Microsoft Word to get the 68.15% and the test results summary system with the summary results of the expert that high school teacher, getting the 78.43 %. Results compression rate to get the system summary 78.2%.

Abstract

Net Act Planner digunakan dalam perencanaan pembangunan BTS, namun kurang efisien jika dijadikansebagai media pembelajaran karena berlisensi/berbayar. Penelitian ini membahas implementasi library Google MapsAPI sebagai aplikasi pemetaan perencanaan coverage area BTS dan implementasinya sebagai media pembelajaran.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan hasil perhitungan aplikasi sama dengan hasil perhitungan manual, namun berbeda0,05% dari data hasil perencanaan Net Act Planner v6.00 karena perbedaan parameter yang digunakan aplikasidalam perhitungan. Sedangkan hasil perbandingan dengan data hasil drive test diperoleh 89,55% titik berada didalam hasil perencanaan dan 10,45% berada di luar perencanaan yang berarti hasil perencanaan aplikasi masih dapatditerima untuk direalisasikan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan aplikasi yang menyediakan fitur untuk memodifikasiformula perhitungan dan 4 modul sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali adalah perusahaan berkembang yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyedia layanan internet, dimana peranan sumber daya manusia atau tenaga kerja yang baik dan berkualitas sangat mempengaruhi masa depan perusahaan. Pada PT. Solusi Lintas Data Cabang Bali, proses seleksi calon tenaga kerja masih menerapkan metode konvensional dan tidak dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan proses seleksi penerimaan tenaga kerja membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat banyaknya jumlah pelamar. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun berbasis web dan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari proses sistem menggunakan metode SAW adalah perangkingan dari pelamar dengan rangking tertinggi sampai dengan rangking terendah. Hasil perangkingan ini, menjadi rekomendasi untuk pihak perusahaan dalam penentuan calon tenaga kerja yang akan diterima.

Abstract

Abstract— English Private lessons institutes are now widely facilitates a person to develop English skills in speaking and writing. Currently the service users private lessons English book private lessons manually, that is by coming directly to the place as well as through the telephone service, but with the operator even then still have difficulties in user validation that requires a long time. To facilitate the user in terms of the reservation, then the system will be built based on web and Android. Development of private lessons reservation application built with PHP and Java programming language using CodeIgniter framework on the web side , while on the Android using Eclipse tools , and MySQL as database storage media . Applications reservation private lessons has several functions to make a reservation time and tutor can be done by the student of Easyspeak and on the side of the tutor application can provide information about the student will be taught , as well as on the side of the operator to provide ease in setting booking private lessons because it computerized not manually as before. Abstract

Billboards are a great form of outdoor advertising. Billboards containing text or images ofinformation promoting a product are usually taken by the advertising agency. Advertisingcompanies promote curated billboards using individual websites, requiring clients to switchbetween sites to get billboards that meet the criteria. The purpose of marketplace creation is toavoid customers having to switch sites for billboards that meet the criteria. The marketplace isbuilt using Laravel 7 framework with additional features of a business intelligence system tohelp customers get billboards based on their criteria. The decision support system uses aweighted accumulation method that uses multiplication to relate the scoring criteria, where thescore of each criterion will be increased by the weight of the related criteria. The use of adecision support system with a weighted product approach as a support function on a marketsite is the use of a decision support system as a recommendation for the application market.The result of this research is that a web-based marketplace with a decision support system hasbeen successfully built using the Laravel 7 framework and MySQL DBMS. Based on the blackbox tests performed on the app, it performs according to its function and based on theoreticalcomparison testing related to the use of the weight product method, the results of therecommendations on the billboard application are in accordance with manual calculations.

Abstract

The development of barbershop makes business competition becomes increasingly tight. Currently, information and communication technology is very important in the field of barbershop marketing. But this technology only shows details of the existence of barbershop. In addition, the catalog of hairstyles that are provided only in the form of 2-dimensional images. Therefore, more advanced technology is needed to promote the model of hairstyle available in barbershop. One of the technology applied in smartphone applications is Augmented Reality on the Android operating system. In this research will be developed an Augmented Reality based promotion media to promote hair model model with 3 dimensional object visualization using marker based tracking method. Development of this application starts from the stage of concept creation, application design, 3-dimensional object creation, application assembly, application testing, until the application distribution stage. This application was created using C # programming language, Vuforia Qualcomm, virtual and Unity Autodeks Maya software. The application that has been produced is tested by 2 methods that is by black-box testing and by usability scale system test, on the test of black -box AugmentedReality application of functional barbershop that exist in the application has been successfully executed according to their respective function. Based on survey results on Usabilty ScaleSystem(SUS) test on Augmented Reality Barbershop application, 20 respondents gave average score of 73.35 with Grade Scale C.

Abstract

Indonesia is predominantly Muslim country. However, around 54% of Muslims cannot read the Qur'an. Many teenagers and adults argue that this is due to lack of time, shame to learn, not having a teacher and so on. Based on these problems, many methods are formulated to help the community in learning. The Tsaqifa method is one method that is claimed to make people able to read the Qur'an in just 7.5 hours. However, along with technological advances, this method began to be considered conventional. Therefore, there needs to be a new alternative so that learning methods can keep up with technological advances. Utilization of instant messaging can be used as an alternatives to implement existing learning methods especially Tsaqifa method that is expected can help communities learn independently, quickly, easily and interactively. In this study, the application of the Tsaqifa method was carried out by developing an application of chatbot in learning the Al-Qur'an reading media that utilizes the LINE Messaging API. Applications that have been built are tested with 2 methods that is Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). In testing using Blackbox Testing, the overall functionality of the application has been declared successfully run and based on the results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, obtained an average score of 73.3 out of 20 respondents which means the application can be accepted by the public (acceptable).
