Abstract

This research aims to produce a video media product for learning the material of sequences and series for class XI students that is valid, practical, and has potential effects. The method used in this research is the research and development method with the ADDIE development procedure, which consists of five stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The instruments used to obtain research data are in the form of expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and test sheets. The results of the assessment from the experts obtained a percentage score of 84.81% so that the learning video was declared "Valid". The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage score of 92.70% with the "Very Practical" category. Student test results after using the learning video obtained a percentage of learning completeness of 81.25% with the criteria "Very High" so that the learning video is declared to have a potential effect and is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of ethical communication values into the Aqidah-Akhlaq curriculum to foster Islamic character development among students at MTs Darul Qur’an, an Islamic boarding school in Medan, Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research explores students’ daily communication behaviors, the pedagogical roles of teachers and guardians, and the strategic incorporation of information literacy. Findings reveal a significant gap between moral instruction and students' interpersonal conduct, often manifested through disrespectful interactions and communication breakdowns. However, when Aqidah-Akhlaq is delivered through dialogical, participatory methods, and supported by role modeling, students exhibit increased ethical awareness and engagement. The study emphasizes that information literacy must be repositioned as a core moral and pedagogical framework rather than a supplementary skill. It concludes with a call for institutional reform and teacher capacity building to embed communication ethics within Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen masjid dalam pengembangan SDM di Masjid Al Iman Desa Hutadangka. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber, metode, dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mendukung pengembangan SDM secara berkelanjutan, Masjid Al Iman perlu mengadakan program pelatihan rutin yang sesuai dengan peran masing-masing, seperti pelatihan bacaan Al-Qur’an dan fiqh ibadah bagi imam, workshop komunikasi dan retorika khutbah bagi khatib, pelatihan metode kreatif dalam mengajar Al-Qur’an bagi guru TPA, serta kegiatan pembinaan kepemimpinan, manajemen organisasi, dan keterampilan sosial bagi remaja masjid. Di samping itu, diperlukan sistem evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur melalui rapat evaluasi bulanan yang menilai program ibadah, pendidikan, dan sosial, ditambah dengan penggunaan kuesioner sederhana atau forum jamaah untuk menampung masukan, serta mekanisme tindak lanjut agar hasil evaluasi benar-benar menghasilkan perbaikan berkesinambungan. Partisipasi jamaah juga perlu terus ditingkatkan dengan membentuk forum musyawarah tiga bulanan guna merancang kegiatan bersama, mendorong keterlibatan mereka sebagai relawan dalam kegiatan sosial seperti bakti sosial, santunan yatim, dan gotong royong, serta melibatkan perempuan dan pemuda dalam kepengurusan agar kepemimpinan lebih inklusif.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of NPL, LDR, BOPO and CAR on Profitability with Intellectual Capital as a Moderating Variable. The population and sample used were 27 Conventional People's Economic Banks in Riau Province. The analytical method used is MRA analysis (Moderate Regression Analysis). The research results show that there is an influence of BOPO on profitability. Meanwhile, NPL, LDR and CAR have no effect on profitability. Meanwhile, Intellectual Capital has not been able to be a moderating factor between NPL, LDR and CAR on profitability, but Intellectual Capital has been able to moderate the influence of BOPO on profitability.

Abstract

The research aimed to develop learning strategies that would meet the needs of nursing students through a multi-strategy approach. This study employed a quantitative method to measure the impact of the multi-strategy approach in learning Arabic at Medan Nursing Poltekkes. An experimental approach was utilized, with pre-test and post-test assessments administered to students using a questionnaire to test alternative hypotheses. Data from experiments and literature were analyzed using statistical tests such as T-Test. This study demonstrated that the multi-strategy approach led to a significant improvement in Arabic language skills among students at Medan Health Poltekkes, with the average skill level increasing to 96.85 from the previous 45.14. All students managed to reach the "complete" skill level, with 100% of the "very high" level. The significance test indicated that the difference between the pre-test and post-test had a very low significance value (0.000), underscoring the positive impact of this multi-strategy approach. The integration of online learning applications and multimedia provides variations in teaching methods and increase learning motivation, while the use of reading material that is relevant to the field of nursing and emphasis on Arabic literacy prepares students for the challenges of communication in the world of multicultural work. By integrating various learning methods such as multimedia, language games, and direct interaction with teaching material, students can develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Direct and dynamic interactions between teachers and students are also the key in deepening understanding and increasing self -confidence in using Arabic.

Abstract

Verbal communication is a form of communication that uses various spoken and written words that are often used by many individuals. Verbal communication can be defined as the process by which speakers communicate verbally with listeners and influence the behavior of recipients. The purpose of this study is how is the application of Verbal Communication in the process of memorizing Juz Amma at TPA in Tanjungpura District?, and how is the effectiveness of Verbal Communication in the process of memorizing Juz Amma at TPA in Tanjungpura District?. A qualitative study method with a descriptive approach is used to identify and implement these goals. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively which included 3 series of activities together, namely data reduction, and presentation and inference or verification, as well as data validity through source triangulation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prinsip manajemen Islam dalam meningkatkan SDM di Kementerian Agama Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membahas "Apakah Sumber Daya Manusia di Kementerian Agama khususnya Labuhanbatu telah mengaktualisasikan Prinsip Manajemen Islam". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang mengedepankan pada kekuatan narasi atau deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi mengenai keadaan yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi penyajian hasil wawancara, penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya dalam bidang manajemen, Islam, kelembagaan, dan SDM. Dalam hal ini, Sumber daya manusia diperlukan untuk menjadi tonggak awal dalam penggerakan roda perusahaan dan institusi dengan menerapkan prinsip manajemen Islam.

Abstract

Kota Banda Aceh adalah ibu kota provinsi Aceh yang menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi, politik, sosial dan budaya yang mengakibatkan banyaknya aktivitas kegiatan yang dilakukan sedangkan kapasitas dan kinerja jalan yang menampung arus kendaraan semakin terbatas khususnya di Jalan Iskandar Muda, desa Punge Jurong yang memiliki peran penting sebagai akses utama jalan raya yang menyebabkan kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan kapasitas ruas jalan di Jalan Iskandar Muda dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelebaran jalan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas diarea tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023). Untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kecepatan arus bebas, kapasitas dan hambatan samping dilakukan pengambilan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil pengamatan geometrik Jalan Iskandar Muda desa Punge Jurong kecamatan Meuraxa kota Banda Aceh diketahui bertipe jalan empat lajur dua arah dengan lebar penampang melintang jalan adalah 15,00 m. Dengan lebar masing-masing jalur 7,50 m. Untuk ukuran bahu jalan yaitu sebesar 2,50 m. Volume lalu lintas puncak dari tiga hari pengamatan pada ruas jalan Iskandar Muda yaitu pada hari Minggu 12 Mei 2024 sebesar 1174 smp/jam dan hari Sabtu 11 Mei sebesar 1033 smp/jam serta hari Senin 06 Mei 2024 sebesar 1060 smp/jam. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa untuk tingkat pelayanan tertinggi berdasarkan indicator derajat kejenuhan dapat digolongkan pada kelas B dengan derajat kejenuhan untuk jam puncak dari tiga hari pengamatan yaitu DS = 0,37. Pelebaran jalan tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif, yaitu meningkatkan kapasitas ruas jalan yang berarti melancarkan gerakan arus lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of traffic volume on road damage levels and identify the causes of deterioration along the Cor Iri–Lamreung segment in Aceh Besar District. The research also provides relevant information for planning road construction and maintenance, including determining appropriate material types for road structures. A quantitative data analysis approach was employed, using the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (PKJI) 2023 and the Bina Marga method to assess physical road conditions. The results on the Tgk. Nyak Arief road section show that the most dominant type of damage is potholes, accounting for 18.0%, while the total damage percentage (Nr) reached 59.2%. Traffic volume surveys conducted over three days (26–28 May 2025) indicate that the highest Average Daily Traffic occurred on Monday, with an average capacity of 677 pcu/hour. Motorcycle volume remained consistently high, especially in the morning. Based on the priority index, the road section obtained a value of 6, indicating that it should be included in a routine maintenance program. Overall, the combination of PKJI 2023 and Bina Marga methods provides a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between traffic volume and road deterioration. Higher traffic volumes, particularly from heavy vehicles, significantly increase damage levels. Therefore, proper traffic load management and planned maintenance programs are required to maintain road performance. These findings serve as recommendations for authorities to improve attention to construction materials and design quality to ensure road durability amid increasing traffic demand.

Abstract

Based on this background, this study aims to identify and examine effective Arabic language learning strategies for beginners, so that they can serve as a reference for educators, educational institutions, and independent learners in improving the quality of learning. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study aims to describe in depth Arabic language learning strategies that are considered effective for beginners. The main data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with Arabic language teachers, observations of classroom learning activities, and documentation of teaching materials and lesson plans. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation, namely a combination of observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain more valid and comprehensive data. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Arabic language learning for beginners is most effective when starting from the foundation of sound and writing (hijaiyah letters and harakat), then immediately directed to the use of language in real contexts. The combination of the Communicative Approach, thematic vocabulary reinforcement (tamyīz), and istimā‘ (listening) and kalām (speaking) exercises creates a natural learning flow: listen → speak → read/write → use in everyday situations. Visual/audiovisual media, educational games, role-play, creative projects, and technology support (apps, videos, online quizzes) maintain engagement and bridge the gap between the classroom and real life.
