Abstract

Curug Leuwi Hejo is taken from the local Sundanese language which is Curug means waterfall, Leuwi means pond, while Hejo means green. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, literature studies, and netnography. The data analysis technique used is mixed methods including qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research using the t test showed that partially the variables of tangible and empathy have a significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists who visit Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. Meanwhile, the variable reliability, responsiveness, and assurance does not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo, Bogor Regency in the new normal era. Based on the results of the F test showed that simultaneously service quality has a significant and positive effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo Bogor Regency in the new normal era with a coefficient of determination of 51%.

Abstract

This research discus tourists satisfaction hwo using service of Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali. Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali is one of transportation located at Kuta area. This study aims to determine tourist satisfaction knowing what factors are important and need to be maintained to achieve the satisfaction of tourist. The data collection method in this study conducted by observation, interviews, and questioner. Types of data used is the qualitative quantitative data, whereas the data source is primary and secondary data. Technique of determining the sample using the quota sampling. Data analysis techniques using performance-level analysis and interests (Importance-Performance Analysis). From the results of research, it can be concluded that in general, tourists feel dissatisfactory with the performance or quality of services provided by the Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali with an average compliance rate of 72,22 percent of the respondents. The indicators are considered important and should be maintained to to increase satisfaction performance among other Transportation’s condition (2), ready to help with good of quality service and hospitality (5), trust to drivers (10). Based on the results of discussion, recommended to the Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali to maintain and even improve the performance or quality of service to the factor considered important bay tourist, so as to provide optimum satisfaction to the tourist, which in turn can be used as advantages by Shuttle Bus Komotra Bali compete with another transfrtation.

Abstract

Natural disasters affect tourist travel patterns and tourist characteristics in socio-economic aspects as well as aspects of tourist behavior. This study aims to find out and analyze changes in the pattern of travel of tourists visiting Bali after natural disasters. The research was conducted in Bali tourism destinations related to the eruption of Mount Agung natural disasters in 2017. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive and Likert scale techniques by distributing questionnaires to 200 tourists. The results of the study show changes in the pattern of tourist travel with natural disasters where tourists are more selective in choosing tourist attractions in these tourism destinations. Tourists state that they are not affected by natural disasters as long as there is access to the tourism destination, but information plays an important role in providing a factual description of the current conditions of tourism destinations. The motivation of tourists visiting after natural disasters did not show a significant difference.

Abstract

Aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di kawasan pariwisata Ubud saat ini sudah menjadi trend yang seiring semakin berkembangnya industri pariwisata di Ubud. Terdapat dua tempat usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual yang memiliki tingkat kunjungan wisatawan yang meningkat dan sekaligus menjadi pioneer usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual di Ubud, yaitu Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Penulis mencari data mengenai elemen produk dari produk pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Penulis juga mencari data mengenai karakteristik dan motivasi wisatawan, serta menggolongkan tipologi wisatawan yang melakukan aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengumpulan data tersebut adalah bahwa elemen produk pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn dapat dilihat berdasarkan physical plant, service, hospitality, freedom of choice dan involvement. Karakteristik wisatawan yang melakukan aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn didominasi oleh kaum perempuan dengan umur rata-rata 31-40 tahun dan mereka yang datang dengan motivasi yang terdiri atas motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ektrinsik, secara intrinsik motivasi wisatawan adalah combination dan self belive, sedangkan secara ektrinsik adalah reference group/influence dan golongan tipologi wisatawan spiriual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn tergolong tipe Drifter dan Eksplorer. Disarankan untuk tokoh-tokoh pendahulu spiritual Ubud maupun pemilik usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual di Ubud untuk memfasilitasi orang lokal yang mempunyai keahlian di bidang aktivitas spiritual namun terkendala di bidang bahasa inggris, agar diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan maupun les yang nantinya agar guru/instruktur yoga maupun kegiatan spiritual lainnya nantinya di ajarkan langsung oleh masyarakat Ubud.

Abstract

Tenganan village of Karangasem regency is one of the ancient Balinese village. Tenganan village has the potential to be used as a variety of attractions both natural and cultural potential. One is the tourist tracking. Given that there are many potential Tenganan village that can be used as a tracking tour, but have not got a touch of communities and local governments. Lack of promotion and accessibility is one obstacle why several other attractions have not been able to flourish. In this regard, the issues raised are (1) what potential there is in Karangasem regency which is used as a tracking tour? (2) How to plan a tour package tracking can be developed to support the potential in Tenganan village? As for who becomes goals of this research was to determine the potential for tracking in the Tenganan Village, and how to plan a tour package tracking to support the potential of Tenganan village. Data collection in this research was done by observation, interviews, documentation and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source is the primary data and secondary data. Results of the research showed that of the observations conducted of the potential tracking in Tenganan village is still a lot of potential that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in the village of Tenganan just focus on gringsing fabric crafts and architecture of ancient houses, so that promotion to tourists to attractions alternative needs to be improved.

Abstract

The number of passenger complaints against facilities that have not been adequately then the CSO role is absolutely essential. This research aims to increase the tourist company shall use the services of our Customer Service Officer at Airport international lawyers I Gusti Ngurah Rai of Bali. The respondents in this research totalled 190 respondents, the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the data in this study were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis that help by statistikal program SPSS version 17.0 for windows. The results of this study are: 1) the level of satisfaction of tourists against the Customer Service Officer in general are at the level satisfied. 2) there are varying degrees of suitability that affect the satisfaction of tourists from each variable that is Tangible variables with percentage of 96.10%, Reliability of 97.23%, amounting to 95.90% Responsiveness, Assurance of 96.63% and Empathy of 95.93%. 3) Indicator appearance and tidiness CSO is an indicator that needs to be maintained because of its implementation were in accordance with interest. 4) Indicator responsiveness of CSO in troubleshooting is an indicator of excessive in its execution.

Abstract

Differences between expectation and perception of visitor about service quality of a travel agency were the background of this research which is entitled “Visitor’s Perception And Expectation of Service Quality At Marina Srikandi Tour And Travel In Padang Bai. Through this research, a thought to maintain professionalism of travel agency with qualified standards, understand different visitor expectations was a major thing that want to be achieved. Background of problem in this research was divided into two problems, such as (1) what are visitor expectation and perception about service quality at Marina Srikandi Tour and travel? (2) How is the visitor’s satisfaction about service quality which is given by Marina Srikandi Tour and travel? Based on the background of problems above, there were two aims of study in this research, they are: (1) to know visitor expectation and perception about service quality at Marina Srikandi Tour and travel, and (2) to know visitor’s satisfaction about service quality which is given by Marina Srikandi Tour and travel.

Abstract

Surabaya City currently lacks of potential natural tourism, Surabaya needs new alternative tourism to increase tourists to visit Surabaya by making museum tours become a tourist attraction. One of the factors that influencing tourists to visit are the promotion factor and service quality. This research was conducted to find out the influence of promotion and service quality towards interest to visit to museum Surabaya. The promotion aims to provide & attract tourists to visit. The quality of service is needed so that tourists feel comfortable to visit the museum and desire to revisit museum. The accidental sampling technique used by distributing questionnaires to 100 local tourists who visiting the museum . Multiple linear regression was used to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using SPSS version 24.0. The results of this research showed that the promotion variable (X1) does not partially had a positive and significant effect on tourit interest (Y) with t-count 1,629 < t-table 1,984. Service quality variable (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect with t-count 6,907 > t-table 1,984.Promotion variable (X1),and service quality variable (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect with F-count 35,561 > F-table 3.939. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test, obtained the regression equation is Y = 13,849 + 0,200 X1 + 0,366 X2 + e with the correlation coefficient of 0.650 and the determination coefficient of 0.411 (41,1%).

Abstract

There are many photo posts or videos uploaded by tourists at Padang-Padang beach and make it an interesting phenomenon because travelers have shared their tourism experience to social media. The research aims to find out the motivation of tourists to share that travel experience. Respondents in this study amounted to 190 respondents, sample selection using the Purposive sampling method, data in the research was analyzed using factor analysis assisted by the SPSS statistical version 17.0 for Windows. The results of this study are: 1) the motivation of tourists to share travel experiences through Instagram social media at Padang-Padang beach in general is at good level. 2) based on the analysis of factors obtained the results that there are five motivational factors that motivate tourists to share travel experience through Instagram social media at Padang-Padang beach with the loading value factor of 32,154%. The results of this study can be suggested to the organizer to provide local tour guide who can inform more about Padang-Padang beach to tourists.

Abstract

Labuan Bajo is one of the 10 priority destinations, which the Govermment is currenty focusing on in developing both its attraction and facilities that support the sustainability of the tourism activities. To support this goverment policy, Labuan Bajo regional tourism actors must understand the needs of tourists and develop and maintain existing touris attractions, so that they can attract torists to visit. The purposes of this research are to anlyses the push and pull factors that motivate the tourist traveled to Labuan Bajo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires via google form to tourist who have visited Labuan Bajo. The data was used the likert scale model questionnaire which was calibated using the coefficient 0,5. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative using factor analysis and processed by the application SPSS 23.0 for windows. The data collection technique are interviews, observation, literature and questionnaires. The results showed were four factors that push tourists to visit Labuan Bajo, namely Escape, novelty, prestige, and looking for luxurious and exclusive places and seven factors that pull tourists to visit Labuan Bajo, namely hunting, culture and history, budget, facilities, ease to travel. , affordable food and beverage prices as well as cleanliness and safety of facilities. The dominant factor that push tourists to visit Labuan Bajo is the escape factor with an eigenvalue 2,029 with a diversity of indicators of 16,912%, while the dominant factor that pull tourists to visit Labuan Bajo is hunting with an eigenvalue of 2,554 and a diversity of indicators of 13,441%.
