Abstract

Dynamics Of Farmer Group in Belanting Village, Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency. Farmer group dynamics cover all activities which include initiative, creative power, and concrete actions taken by administrators and members of farmer groups in implementing agreed group work plan. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of farmer groups in Belanting Village, Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency. Locations were selected by purposive sampling. The number of samples is 100 respondents who taken with a probability sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling with using Slovin's. Data collection is sourced from primary data and secondary data using interviews and documentation. Variables were measured by ordinal scale and interval scale which were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the dynamics of all farmer groups in the village of Belanting is categorized as dynamic with the highest score from the Mele Pacu Farmer Group and a score of The lowest is the Tekad Sejahtera Farmer Group with a total percentage value of 96.30%. This dynamic demonstrated by strong interaction and cooperation to achieve group goals. Group dynamics must be maintained and are expected to increase responsibility administrators and group members.

Abstract

Economic Analysis of Edelweis Park Agrotourism, in Besakih Village, Rendang Distric, Karangasem Regency Edelweis Park Agrotourism with Kasna flowers as a characteristic, was developed for the first time in Karangasem Regency and there has never been a study of the economic value, seen from the visits made by tourists, to estimate how much economic value is given by tourists. Research was conducted with the aim to determine the factors that affect the frequency of tourist visits and the economic value of Edelweis Park Agrotourism. The research location was determined purposively and determination of the sample using the accidental sampling method. Analysis of the factors that affect the frequency of tourist visit using multiple linear regression while the analysis of the economic value of using the cost method of travel that look a gain suplus consumers. The results showed that the factors that affect the frequency of visits to Edelweis Park Agrotourism are end of education and travel costs. The calculation of consumer surplus with the average number of tourist visits from 2018 to 2020, the economic value of Edelweis Park Agrotourism obtained is Rp. 20,034,738,305.00. Based on the results, expected that the manager to add and improvement facilities and able to join with travel agency to provide affordable travel packages for visitors.

Abstract

Strategy to Build Ecotourism Destinations in Subak Sungsang Area of Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency Subak Sungsang is located in Tibubiu village, Kerambitan subdistrict, which has the potential to be developed as an ecotourism destination. The research aims to internal and external factors, also formulate general, alternative, and priority strategies. This research using several analyses, such as IFAS, EFAS, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM analysis. The results showed that strengths and weakness which come from internal factors are ritual activities or religious culture individually continue to run and the absence of managers for tourism in Subak Sungsang. In other hand, the opportunities and threats which come from external factors are concerns from farmers and tourists towards the subak area and the tendency of people who turn to tourism. General strategy is derived from the total IFAS score of 3,00 and the total EFAS score of 2,26 which is located in cell V (hold and maintain). Alternative strategy consists ten alternative strategies. Priority strategies for the development of Subak Sungsang into ecoturism destination are maintaining natural resources, preserving religious rituals and improving the quality of human resources Subak Sungsang. Advice that can be given is implemeting priority strategies. This strategy can be considered to develop Subak Sungsang as ecotourism destination. In the future, deep and further research is expected to examine supporting factors and inhibitory factors.

Abstract

The Motivation of Tourists Visiting to the Malini Agropark Agrotourism as a Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village, South Kuta sub-district Badung district Tourists are very influential in the development of tourism to provide products and services in accordance with the interests and needs of visitors is no exception Malini Agropark. One of the determinants of tourists visit attractions is the motivation.This research about the motivation of tourists who encourage and attract tourists to visit the farm Malini Agropark. The goal is to describe the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of tourists visit Malini Agropark. Respondents of the study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed intrinsic motivation indicators is the need to take a break and relax yourself and need out of a routine. The scores obtained 886, then intrinsic motivation is very high. Indicators most high in extrinsic motivation is enjoying the view in Malini Agropark and take pictures on the spot a good photo. The scores obtained 1177, extrinsic motivation is categorized high. Based on the results of the study need to be an increase in facilities to support the needs, comfort and satisfaction of tourists when you are in Malini Agropark.

Abstract

The Effectiveness Of Instagram As a Communication Media for Kumulilir Agrotourism Marketing in Sebatu Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. Marketing communication is an effort to make all marketing and promotional activities of the company to create an image or image that is one and consistent for consumers, so that consumers can get to know products/services, become interested and make purchases. The results of the study show several things. First, the characteristics who accessing the Instagram account @kumulilir are mostly women with an age range of 17-26 years with a Diploma/Bachelor level of education. Second, Instagram @kumulilir as a visual marketing communication medium is in the Attractive category. Third, analysis of Instagram @kumulilir as a marketing communication showed effective results through the measurement of the AIDA concept. This shows that the use of Instagram as a marketing communication medium is effective in introducing a business, providing explanations and being able to influence and attract consumers to visit through the content uploaded on the Agrowisata Kumulilir Instagram account. Kumulilir Agrotourism is suggested to be more intense in uploading content that contains information related to activities and matters related to Kumulilir Agrotourism so as to create tourist interest to visit.

Abstract

The Correlation between Farmer’s Knowledge and Attitudes towards Their Behavior in the Use of Personal Protective Equipment (Case study in Ayunan Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency) The study employs an analytical survey by employing cross sectional approach in order to investigate and to describe the correlation between farmer’s knowledge and attitudes towards their behavior in the use of spray pesticide personal protective equipment in Ayunan Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency by the year of 2020. There are 334 farmers who become members of Subak in Ayunan Village, used as population of the study. The number of research samples is 35 farmers. The data is analyzed by using chi square test. The study employs a simple random sampling with a questionnaire as the instrument. According to the results of the Product Moment Correlation test, the significance value of the pearson correlation of respondents' knowledge is 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a correlation between farmer’s knowledge and behavior in the use of PPE. In the attitude variable, the significance value of the pearson correlation is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between attitudes and behavior of farmers in the use of PPE.

Abstract

Acceptance of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) at KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari in Maintaining Household Food Security in Rendang Village Rendang District, Karangasem Regency. This study aims to create an acceptance model of the P2L Program in maintaining the resilience of community households, and knowing the characteristics of respondents. The research location is in KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari, Rendang Village, Rendang District, Karangasem. Respondents were determined by census as many as 40 people who were members of KWT Jaya Kerti Lestari. Data collection with structured and in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively descriptive and SEM analysis methods. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents include, the average age of 55.09 years, the average education of 6.05 years equivalent to graduating from elementary school, the average household of 3 people, the average ownership of yard land covering an area of 4.80 acres, predominantly having the main job of farmers and their side as traders. The results also showed that the level of knowledge of KWT members towards the P2L program was high (score 72.27%), the attitude of KWT members towards the P2L program was classified as agreeable (score 77.63%), and the level of application of KWT members to the P2L program was high (score 77.58%). P2L program acceptance is high with a score of 76.95%. The acceptance of the P2L program is seen from the welfare indicators of KWT members which are classified as high (score 79%), acceptance of innovation (score 67%) in the Medium category and Cooperation of group members in carrying out P2L program activities is high with a score of 82.20%. Furthermore, to see the acceptance of P2L programs in maintaining household food security, it will be analyzed with SEM-PLS. Through the results of the analysis, the acceptance model of the P2L Program is largely determined by the implementation of the P2L program which is influenced by cooperation with a t-stat value of 3.104 (above 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002.

Abstract

Subak sadap tiris merupakan subak yang sumber air irigasinya tidak langsung dari bendungan melainkan dari curah hujan dan subak hulu, sehingga ketersediaan air irigasi berfluktuasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat resiko dan persepsi petani terhadap penyebab resiko produksi padi di subak sadap tiris yaitu Subak Temaga di Daerah Irigasi Kedewatan Bali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 30 petani yang dipilih secara acak dan FGD pada periode Juni hingga Agustus 2018. Risiko produksi dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil yang diharapkan tidak tercapai dan menyebabkan kerugian. Risiko produksi diukur berdasarkan koefisien variasi dan persepsi petani terhadap penyebab risiko dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risiko produksi beras relatif rendah yaitu 16%. Persepsi petani terhadap penyebab resiko produksi padi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi petani untuk memitigasi risiko produksi padi antara lain dengan meningkatkan kualitas saluran irigasi, mencegah serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait.
