Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 orang yaitu siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Data diukur dengan instrumen tes standing broad jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 30,44 (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 36,01 (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 8,50. Pelatihan double leg bound (hasil rata-rata 183,52) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan single leg speed hop (hasil rata-rata 175,68) terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Pelatihan double leg bound lebih baik dibandingkan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Single leg speed hop, Double leg bound dan Power otot. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of single leg speed hop exercise to the muscle leg power, (2) the effect of double leg bound exercise to the muscle leg power, (3) the difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and the double leg bound exercise to the muscle leg power. The subjects of this research were 50 students of football extracurricular SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. The data measured with standing broad jump test. This research was an experimental study, with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the single leg speed hop exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 30,44, (2) the double leg bound exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 36,01, (3) there was difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and double leg bound to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 8,50. The double leg bound exercise (result of mean 183,52) gives a better effect than with single leg speed hop exercise (result of mean 175,68) to the muscle leg power. Based on data analysis concluded that (1) the single leg speed hop exercise affected to the muscle leg power, (2) the double leg bound exercise affected to the muscle leg power, (3) there was difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and double leg bound of muscle leg power. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan kecepatan tendangan depan antara kelompok loncat tali satu kaki dan dua kaki di tempat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini 1), pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500, 2) pelatihan loncat tali dua kaki di tempat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,500, 3) pelatihan loncat tali satu kaki di tempat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada loncat tali dua kaki di tempat terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,500 Kata Kunci : kecepatan, tendangan, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This research have aims to know 1). The effect of skipping rope training one leg in place to speed front kick, 2). The effect of skipping rope training two legs in place to speed front kick, 3). The difference of speed front kick between group of skipping rope use one leg and two legs in the place. The subject of this research are the boy students that get extracurricular pencak silat in SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada 2014 with 24 students.This research use method experiment with program the modified group pre-test post-test designed. The test collection data use test of program speed front kick. The analysis data by anova one lane significance level ɑ = 0,05 with assistance SPSS 16,0. The results of this study are 1). The skipping rope training by one leg in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference 1,500, 2). The skipping rope training by two legs in place affected to speed front kick with mean difference -1,500, 3). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Data hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Uji Least Significant Difference (LSD), dengan hasil (1) pelatihan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 47,47 dan rata-rata post-test 49,93, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 2,47, (2) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 46,93 dan rata-rata post-test 50,60, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 3,67, (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 1,200. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana pengaruh pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : split jump, skipping, daya ledak, otot tungkai. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the split jump training on explosive power leg muscle , (2) the effect of skipping training on leg muscle explosive power , (3) the difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training on explosive power leg muscle . The subjects were male student extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014 , amounting to 30 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test post - test design . Test data collection using vertical jump test . Data analysis using ANOVA test calculations with one lane significance level α = 0.05 SPSS 16.0. Data were tested using the Least Significant Difference test ( LSD ) , with the result (1) training split jump affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 47.47 and a post-test 49.93 , so we get an average gain -score of 2.47 , (2) training skipping effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 46.93 and a post-test 50.60 , so we get the average -rata gain -score of 3.67 , (3) training skipping give better effect than the split jump training to increase the explosive power of the leg muscles with a mean difference of 1,200 . It was concluded that (1) There is an effect of split jump training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (2) There is the effect of skipping training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (3) There is a difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle , where the effect of skipping training is better than the split jump training to increase explosive power leg muscle. keyword : split jump , skipping , explosive power , muscular legs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2014 berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing long jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 6,82 > ttab = 2,042, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,71 > ttab = 2,042, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 35,37 > ttab = 2,042. Pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan single leg speed hop = 202,67 > pelatihan double leg speed hop = 198,78. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik daripada pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Kata Kunci : Power drop, Overhead throw dan Kekuatan otot lengan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan keseluruhan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet pemula (10-12 tahun) putra di perguruan Bakti Negara Kecamatan Tegallalang Gianyar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) metode pelatihan keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 14,10 > ttab = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan bagian berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 7,20 > ttab = 2,048, (3) terdapat perbedaan penguasaan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian, dengan signifikansi hitung adalah 0,000 lebih kecil daripada α (0,000ttabel = 2,048, (2) half training method method influenced to to the skill of bare hand single stance of pencak silat, with its result thitung = 7,20 >ttabel = 2,048, (3) there are differences inskill of single stance between whole and partial training methods, with the results of gaint score thitung=11.086and the significance of the count is 0,000 smaller than α (0.000 half training method=4.77.keyword : training method, the skill stance, bare hands, pencak silat, beginner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan terhadap keterampilan heading, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan dan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data keterampilan heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan adu sundulan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan adu sundulan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 32,00>28,5. Beradasarkam hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang heading antara pelatihan adu sundulan dengan pelatihan sundulan segitiga, dimana pelatihan adu sundulan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan adu sundulan dengan hasil bentuk latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan dan latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. Kata Kunci : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga dan Keterampilan heading. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game through heading skill, (2) the effect of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill, (3) The difference in the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill. The research subjects were participants of soccer extracurricular in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya year 2014, amounting to 40 people. The data of heading skill are measured by heading test. This study used an experimental method with the design of modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data analysis used statistical calculation of t-test at the significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis shows that, (1) ‘adu sundulan’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count = 11.04> t table = 2.042, (2) ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count= 6.88> t table = 2.042, (3) ‘adu sundulan’ training game gives a better effect than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game towards heading skill, from the result has shown above the average is 32.00> 28.5. based on the results of data analysis showed, (1) there are effects of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (2) there are effects of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (3) there are differences on heading skill improvement between ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game, whereas ‘adu sundulan’ training game has better impact on the improvement of heading skill rather than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the improvement of heading skill. Thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the heading skill improvement of soccer extracurricular participant in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. keyword : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga and heading skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral cone hops dan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet karate kumite Klub Tri Yudha Sakti di Kecamatan Sukasada, tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing broad jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t (t-test) signifikansi α = 0,05 program SPSS. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan lateral cone hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference -3,385, (2) pelatihan hurdle hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385, dan (3) pelatihan hurdle hops memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Lateral cone hops, hurdle hops, power otot tungkai, karate This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the lateral cone hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes, (2) the effect of hurdle hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes and (3) the difference between training lateral cone hops and hops hurdle against leg muscle power karate athletes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data ketepatan menembak di ukur dengan tes menembak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test). Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 2,64>ttabel = 2,048 (2) pelatihan tendangan menekan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 3,12> ttabel = 2.048 (3) pelatihan tendangan menekan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,73>15,07. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan, dimana pelatihan tendangan menekan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan Tahun 2014. This research aimed at finding out (1) the effect of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) the difference effect of between the one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. The subjects of this research were 30 students of football extracurricular participants SMPN 3 Dawan. Shooting accuracy data measured by a shoot ball test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data was analyzed by using statistical calculation t-test (t-test). The results of data analysis showed that (1) one touch shot training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 2.64> t table = 2.048 (2) kick pressing training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 3.12> table = 2,048 (3) kick pressing training gave better effect than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, seen with an average yield of 17.73> 15.07. Based on the results of data analysis showed that (1) there was the influence of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) there was the influence of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) there was difference effect between one touch shot and kick pressing, kick pressing training was better than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy. Concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan tahun 2015 sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes passing controll sepakbola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh adalah (1) metode pelatihan massed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,06 > ttabel = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 4,60 > ttabel = 2,048, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 0,923 < ttabel = 2,048. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (2) terdapat pengaruh metode pelatihan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antar metode pelatihan massed practice dengan distributed practice terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing controll pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 1 Sawan. Kata Kunci : Metode pelatihan massed practice, distributed practice, passing controll sepakbola. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed practice training methods to increase controll passing skills of football, (2) the effect of distributed practice training methods to increase controll passing skills of football, and (3) the effect of differences in training methods massed practice and distributed practice to increase controll passing skills of football. Subjects were boys football extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 1 Sawan 2015 as many as 30 people. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Data obtained from the tests passing controll football. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. Results of the analysis of the data obtained are (1) a method of training massed practice affect the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.06> t table = 2.048, (2) training method distributed practice effect on the increase in controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 4.60> t table = 2.048, (3) there is no significant difference in the effect of training methods massed practice with distributed practice to increase controll passing skills of football, with the result t = 0.923
