Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Widya Suara Sukawati tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan front cone hops berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 4,599 > ttab = 2,201, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 5,515 > ttab = 2,201, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 0,549 ˂ ttab = 2,201. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Sehingga disarankan baik bagi pelatih maupun guru olahraga dapat menerapkan pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop ini kepada cabang olahraga yang membutuhkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Karena pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: front cone hops, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the training front cone hops against explosive power leg muscle, (2) the effect of the training side hop to the explosive power leg muscle, (3) the effect of the training front cone hops and side hop to the explosive power leg muscle. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test post-test design. Subjects in the study were extracurricular boys volleyball in SMP Widya Suara Sukawati 2015 amounting to 24 people. Test data collection using vertical jump test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test at a significance level (α) 0.05. Results of data analysis (1) training front cone hops influence the explosive power leg muscle, with the result thit = 4,599 > ttab = 2,201, (2) the training side hop influence the explosive power leg muscle, with the result thit = 5,515> ttab = 2,201, (3) there was no difference in the effect of the training front cone hops and side hop of the leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 0,549 ˂ ttab = 2,201. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) There is an effect of training front cone hops significant explosive power leg muscle, (2) There is an effect of training side hop significant explosive power leg muscle, (3) There is no difference in the effect of training front cone hops and side hop significant against explosive power leg muscle. So it is recommended both for coaches and sports teachers can apply the training front cone hops and side hop to sports that require explosive power leg muscle. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Indeks Massa Tubuh, kecepatan lari dan kelincahan pada pemain sepakbola Tunas Harapan Tahun 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain sepakbola Tunas Harapan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan data tes dan pengukuran. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan untuk mengetahui Indeks Massa Tubuh, 30 meter sprint test untuk mengukur kecepatan lari menggunakan dan tes illinois agility run untuk mengukur kelincahan. Hasilnya yakni Indeks Massa Tubuh pada pemain Tunas Harapan pemain dalam kategori kurus terdapat 7 orang (35%), pemain dalam kategori normal 13 orang (65%), dan tidak ada (0%) pemain dalam kategori gemuk maupun obesitas. Tingkat kecepatan lari menunjukkan kategori baik sekali terdapat 1 orang (5%), pemain dalam kategori baik 6 orang (30%), pemain dalam kategori cukup 4 orang (20%), pemain dalam kategori sedang 7 orang (35%), pemain dalam kategori kurang 2 orang (10%). Tingkat kelincahan menunjukkan tidak terdapat (0%) pemain pada kategori baik sekali, pemain dalam kategori baik 3 orang (15%), pemain dalam kategori cukup 9 orang (45%), pemain dalam kategori sedang 5 orang (25%), pemain dalam kategori kurang 3 orang (15%). Simpulan tingkat Indeks Massa Tubuh pemain Tunas Harapan dalam kategori ideal, kecepatan lari dalam kategori sedang dan kelincahan dalam kategori sedang. Disarankan kepada pelatih agar mampu menyusun program latihan uintuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan pemain Tunas Harapan agar lebih baik. Bagi pemain hasil ini sebagai acuan untuk tetap menjaga tubuh agar tetap ideal dan meningkatkan kecepatan lari dan kelincahan yang masih sedang.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Indeks massa tubuh, Kecepatan lari, Kelincahan This study aims to determine the level of Body Mass Index, running speed and agility in the Tunas Harapan soccer player 2020. The subjects in this study were 20 Tunas Harapan soccer players. The method used is a survey with test and measurement data. The instruments used were a height and weight measurement test to determine the Body Mass Index, a 30 meter sprint test to measure running speed using an illinois agility run test to measure agility. The result is the Body Mass Index in Tunas Harapan players in the thin category, there are 7 people (35%), players in the normal category are 13 people (65%), and there are no (0%) players in the fat or obese category. The level of running speed shows that there are very good categories of 1 person (5%), players in the good category are 6 people (30%), players in the category are quite 4 people (20%), players in the moderate category are 7 people (35%), players in less category 2 people (10%). The level of agility shows there are no (0%) players in the excellent category, players in the good category 3 people (15%), players in the category are 9 people enough (45%), players in the medium category are 5 people (25%), players in the category less 3 people (15%). Conclusion Level of Body Mass Index Tunas Harapan players in the ideal category, running speed in the medium category and agility in the medium category. It is recommended to coaches to be able to develop training programs to improve the speed and agility of Tunas Harapan players to be better. For players this result is as a reference to keep the body in order to remain ideal and increase running speed and agility that is still moderate.keyword : Keywords: Body mass index, Running speed, Agility

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot lengan, dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan smash dalam permainan bola voli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dan dilakukan dengan alasan karena sebelumnya belum pernah dikaji mengenai hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang, dan seluruh populasi merupakan sampel penelitian. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpukan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik tes dan pengukuran dengan instrumen berupa tes sit-up, single hand push test, leg dynamometer tes keterampilan smash bola voli. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasional menggunakan uji-r, dengan ketentuan apabila rhitung > rtabel maka dinyatakan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut (1) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan smash dengan hasil r = 0.682 > r tabel = 0.514, (2) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan smash dengan hasil r = 0.751 > r tabel 0.514, (3) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan smash dengan hasil r = 0.824 r > r tabel = 0.514, (4) terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan smash dengan hasil r = 0.868 > r tabel = 0.514. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa antar variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi. Kata Kunci : kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot tungkai, kemampuan smash. Abstact This reserch aims to determine the relationship between abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle strength, and leg muscle strength on the ability to smash in volleyball games. This research is a correlational research and was carried out on the grounds that it had not previously been studied regarding the relationship between these variables. The population in this study amounted to 15 people, and the entire population was the study sample. The techniques used to collect data in this study are test and measurement techniques with instruments in the form of sit-up tests, single hand push tests, leg dynamometer volleyball smash skills tests. Analysis of the data used is the correlational test using the r-test, provided that if r count> r table is stated that the two variables have a relationship. The results of this study are as follows (1) there is a relationship between abdominal muscle strength and smash ability with the results of r = 0.682> r table = 0.514, (2) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and smash ability with results r = 0.751> r table 0.514, (3) there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and smash ability with results r = 0.824 r> r table = 0.514, (4) there is a relationship between abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle strength and leg muscle strength and smash ability and r = 0.868> r table = 0.514. Abstract

AbstrakPukulan forehand sangat dipengaruhi komponen fisik, diantaranya power otot lengan, kekuatan menggenggam dan kekuatan otot lengan. Penelitiansini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan power otot lengan terhadap pukulan forehand dalam permainan tenis lapangan pada atlet Sadar Tenis Club, hubungan kekuatan menggenggam dengan pukulan forehand permainan tenis lapangan pada atlet Sadar Tenis Club, dan hubungan power otot lengan dan kekuatan menggenggam terhadap pukulan forehand dalam permainan tenis lapangan pada atlet Sadar Tenis Club. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 orang atlet Sadar Tenis Club yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah dengan populasi 20 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik dengan analisis kolerasi regresi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan pada variabel power otot lengan (X1) terhadap pukulan forehand (Y) dengan peroleh hasil yaitu 0,741 artinya bahwa hubungan antara power otot lengan dengan pukulan forehand termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil perhitungan pada variabel kekuatan menggenggam (X2) terhadap pukulan forehand (Y) dengan perolehan hasil 0,947 yang artinya bahwa hubungan antara kekuatan menggenggam dengan pukulan forehand termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Hasil perhitungan pada variabel power otot lengan (X1) dan kekuatan menggenggam (X2) terhadap pukulan forehand (Y) dengan perolehan hasil 0,953 artinya bahwa hubungan power otot lengan dan kekuatan menggenggam  dengan pukulan forehand termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot lengan dan kekuatan menggenggam terhadap pukulan forehand pada atlet Sadar Tenis Club.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain bola voli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa junior putri di Akademi Bola Voli Buleleng tahun 2022 sebanyak 15 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain bola voli yang terdiri dari 4 tes meliputi AAHPER face pass wall-volley test, Brumbach forearm pass wall-volley test, AAHPER Serving Accuracy Test, dan Stanley Spike Test. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase pada tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) tingkat keterampilan dasar servis siswa berada pada kategori sedang; 2) tingkat keterampilan dasar passing bawah berada pada kategori sedang; 3) tingkat keterampilan dasar passing atas mendapatkan kategori sedang, serta 4) tingkat keterampilan dasar smash berada di kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain bola voli berada pada kategori “sedang”. Disarankan, pelatih melakukan evaluasi program latihan di Akademi Bola Voli Buleleng khusus untuk atlet putri terkait dengan keterampilan dasar bermain bola voli sehingga tercapai prestasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Badminton is a complex game that uses a racket as a striking tool and a shuttlecock as an object. Badminton has basic techniques that must be taught so that players have good technical quality of the game. This study aims to tempt the feasibility of the learning media for the basic techniques of badminton and determine the feasibility level of the learning media. The data collection method used is by making research instruments to test large groups and small groups. Instruments will be given to students who take part in the feasibility test process for learning media for the basic techniques of badminton. In this study, the average results of field trials as a whole with a percentage of 93%, so it can be concluded that interactive media are the basic techniques of multimedia-based badminton games that are implemented in TP. The badminton training developed is feasible and effective because it shows interest, motivation, and helps the accuracy of the media in the use and presentation of basic badminton techniques in the lecture process so that learning objectives are achieved.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop learning content for the Database course by applying the micro-learning method in the Computer Science Study Program, Faculty of Engineering and Vocational, Undiksha. Micro-Learning is an evolutionary form of online learning and can be considered an innovative approach to 21st-century digital learning. Micro-Learning is a learning method in which learning content is presented in the form of short bite-sized pieces that focus on one learning topic. The development procedure used is the Lee & Owens development model with five stages, namely the analysis stage, the design, the development, the implementation, and the evaluation stage. In this study, only the first three stages were carried out because based on the curriculum, database courses were offered in even semesters. Learning content is developed in video form with a maximum duration of 6 minutes. The resulting learning video product is called a micro-video because of its short duration. The learning material developed is the concept of introduction to databases and database system concepts. There are seven micro-videos that have been successfully developed, of which six micro-videos contain learning material and an intro micro-video which contains an introduction to the course. A micro-video contains a discussion of material for one learning indicator. To determine the level of validity of the micro-video, material tests, and media tests were carried out by experts. From the results of the feasibility test by material experts, it was obtained at 93.33%. While the results of the due diligence by media experts obtained a result of 88%. These results state that micro-video products are in the category of very feasible to use. In the future, it is hoped that more learning content will be developed using the micro-learning method as a new technology in learning.

Abstract

The era of educational transformation in the 21st century is a stream of change where teachers and students simultaneously hold an important role in the learning process. In this matter, it is necessary to apply innovation and technology integration to realize an effective learning process. This study aims to build a dynamic intellectual learning system based on microlearning (DIL-MicLearn system) which is accessed via the web. This research uses a theoretical-descriptive-development method that uses theoretical studies, software development proses, and expert evaluation. The research phase used is the first two stages of the Plomp design research model, namely the Prelimentary Research stage, and the Development or Prototyping phase. The DIL-MicLearn system is a personalized learning system that allows students to achieve learning mastery in each learning unit according to their cognitive abilities and learning speed, can access learning content according to learning styles, and can reduce students' cognitive load in the learning process. The DIL-MicLearn system is implemented in a online learning environment, considering the characteristics of this system. The advantages and disadvantages of this system are described in detail. The validity level of the DIL-MicLearn system reaches 99.57% and this system is valid for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The learning process demands high-quality human resources that evolve with the times. Technological development is essential for the learning process in the form of media. Interactive multimedia is a tool equipped with controls that can be operated by users as desired. This Interactive Media can facilitate learning, making it a stimulus to improve learning outcomes and self-regulated learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using interactive multimedia in teaching basic badminton techniques to improve cognitive learning outcomes and self-regulated learning among Physical Education students at FOK Undiksha. This research uses an experimental design with The Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample was selected using simple random sampling through a lottery method. The instruments for measuring learning outcomes involved a test of basic badminton skills and a questionnaire for assessing self-regulated learning. Data analysis for hypothesis testing required precondition tests, namely normality and homogeneity/F-tests. After conducting these precondition tests, hypothesis testing was carried out using a difference test. The results showed that the use of interactive media had a high impact on cognitive learning outcomes and self-regulated learning in basic badminton techniques. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of basic badminton techniques and self-regulated learning between Physical Education students at FOK Undiksha who were taught using interactive multimedia and those who were taught using conventional methods.

Abstract

The growing number of tourists with special interests, namely sport tourism, especially trekking activities combined with cultural attractions/local wisdom encourages efforts to improve the quality of tour guides. Pokdarwis Alam Puncak Landep was formed to sell service businesses in the field of guidance that do not have the knowledge and understanding of: (1) potential cultural attractions that can be combined with trekking activities, (2) guiding procedures based on the local wisdom, (3) English language skills. To that end, trekking guiding training has been conducted based on the tri hita karana philosophy. The purpose of this training is to improve guiding skills based on the tri hita karana philosophy. The method used is discussion and practice. The results of the training show that there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of combining cultural attractions with trekking activities and practicing guiding procedures combined with using English. Thus, pokdarwis can improve their guiding ability through training based on the tri hita karana philosophy.
