Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui prevalensi hipertensi berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh pada dosen umur 40-59 tahun di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha tahun 2011. Jenis penelitiann ini adalah penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif cross sectional yang akan memaparkan tentang angka prevalensi hipertensi berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh pada dosen-dosen Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha yang berumur 40-59 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik random sampling, dengan perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan tabel Krejcie, yang mempunyai kepercayaan 95%. Besar sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 orang. Data diperoleh dengan mengukur tekanan darah dikelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria JNC VII, untuk indeks massa tubuh dikelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria WHO (1998). Perhitungan prevalensi dengan menggunakan rumus point prevalence rate. Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis distribusi masing-masing variabel dilakukan analisis univariat. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara 2 variabel dilakukan analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini, persentase penderita hipertensi dosen umur 40-59 tahun di lingkungan Undiksha adalah 12,4 % (17 orang) dari total sampel 140 orang. Persentase penderita hipertensi yang mengalami obesitas sebanyak 11,76% (2 orang). Persentase penderita hipertensi yang mengalami kegemukan sebanyak 82,53 % (14 orang). Sedangkan Persentase penderita hipertensi yang indek masa tubuhnya normal sebanyak 0,58% (1 orang). Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Umur, Obesitas.

Abstract

Dribbling the ball is one of the basic techniques that football players must master. It is just that not all students can master the basic techniques of dribbling properly due to the lack of training given by the coach. One of the exercises that can improve the ability to dribble is the sprint acceleration exercise and two-leg skipping. This study aims to reveal the effect of sprint acceleration training and two-leg skipping on the ability to dribble the ball. This research belongs to the type of quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental). The population in this study was all high school students. Sampling in the study was conducted using a random sampling technique to obtain the research sample of as many as 30 students who participated in extracurricular football. Data collection in this study was carried out using the test method, with the instrument being the dribbling test. The research analysis showed a significant effect of the two plyometric training between the results of the research sprint acceleration and two-leg skipping training on dribbling a football ball. There was a significant difference between the results of sprint acceleration training and two-leg skipping. It was concluded that the accelerated sprint and two-footed skipping methods could improve the ability to dribble the ball.

Abstract

The development of innovative learning media is one of the solutions for educators in the learning process in higher education in the current era of digital and technological disruption. Interactive learning media are relevant to be applied in hybrid or blended learning methods. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of validating D-MESS content as an interactive learning medium in sports massage courses. The data used in this study are quantitative data obtained from questionnaires filled out by learning experts, media experts, and programming experts. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive, which is oriented towards the Content Validity Index (CVI) approach. The results of the validation test on D-MESS show that, from the educational aspect, a value of 0.89 is obtained, on the aspect of program display, a value of 0.91, and on the aspect of technical quality, a value of 0.83. Referring to these results, the interactive learning media for the sports massage course, which is named D-MESS, has a high level of validation, both from the educational aspect, program appearance, and technical quality. So that the relevance of all components of the three aspects, such as curriculum suitability, content of learning materials, interaction, feedback, coloring, graphics, sound, animation, display between screens, ease of use, and program security, is very good, even though there are minor revisions. Furthermore, with this very high D-MESS validation value, it is suggested for future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop in corner-based gate-in exercise model for woodball. This development research aims to develop in corner-based gate-in exercise model in woodball. The development uses the Luther model which includes six stages, namely: concept stage, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The validation step of the angle-based gate-in exercise model in woodball sports adopts the Dick, Carey, and Carey formative evaluation model which includes four stages: expert or expert evaluation, individual trials, small group trials, and field trials. The trial subjects for the development of the angle-based gate-in exercise model were the experts, athletes at FOK Undiksha Singaraja, and the Singaraja Woodball Association. The field trial phase with pretest and posttest was to determine the effectiveness of the developed model. The t-test is used to determine the effectiveness of the model. The t-test resulted in a comparison of the average pretest and post-test scores. The results of this research, namely first, is development research that aims to develop a corner-based gate-in exercise model in woodball sports using the Luther model covering six stages, namely: concept stage, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and implementation. distribution. The content expert stated that the gate-in training model based on the shooting angle on woodball on the criteria was very good with a percentage gain of 96%. The responses to individual trials, small group trials, and large group trials were very good with percentage gains of 96%, 94.1%, and 93.6%, respectively. This means that the clarity of the material, attractiveness, and ease of use are appropriate for athletes to use.

Abstract

Background: Low achievement and poor learning skills among current students. Research Objectives: This research analysed the project-based blended learning model on cognitive learning achievement and sports massage skills. Methods: This research is a quasi-experiment. The population was 9 classes (180 students) in the Department of Physical Education. There were 4 classes (80 students) of the samples in this study. A random sampling technique was utilised in this study. A post-test-only control group design was used. Learning achievement was measured by multiple-choice tests, and the skills were measured by a massage skills test. The data were analysed using MANCOVA with SPSS at a 5% significance level. Finding/Results: The research finding showed that (1) there was a difference in massage learning achievement and massage skills between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted by interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction with a significance number of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, (2) there was a difference in massage learning achievement between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted by interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction, with a value of F = 8.400 and (3) there was a difference in massage skills between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted with interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction, with a value of F = 13.817. Conclusion: It can be summarised that the project-based blended learning model could improve learning achievement and massage skills. The level of digital literacy has not been considered in this research; it is recommended that future research pay attention to this variable.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 mwmberikan dampak buruk terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas olahraga di Kompleks Fasilitas Olahraga Bhuana Patra Singaraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini menggunakan semua masyarakat kota Singaraja yang Melakukan Aktivitas Olahraga di Kompleks Fasilitas Olahraga Bhuana Patra Singaraja. Karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui pasti, penentuan besar sampel menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael pada tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga diperoleh 350 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan skala penilaian inrterval dari jawaban angket responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor motivasi masyarakat melakukan aktivitas olahraga di Kompleks Fasilitas Olahraga Bhuana Patra Singaraja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 98 orang (28,00%), berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 235 orang (67,14%), berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 17 orang (4,86%), dan tidak ada masyarakat yang memiliki skor motivasi rendah dan sangat rendah (0,00%). Adapun skor rata-rata motivasi masyarakat melakukan aktivitas olahraga di Kompleks Fasilitas Olahraga Bhuana Patra Singaraja sebesar 38,40 berada pada rentang kategori 33 ≤ M < 39, sehingga skor rata-rata motivasi masyarakat melakukan aktivitas olahraga di Kompleks Fasilitas Olahraga Bhuana Patra Singaraja memiliki kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Prestasi olahraga saat ini telah menjadi sorotan sebagai bagian dari pembentukan image nasional maupun daerah. Prestasi olahraga daerah dapat terwujud dimulai dari model pembinaan yang disusun sedemikian rupa dan ini melibatkan pemerintah daerah terkait (KONI daerah) bersama dengan para atlet yang diperlengkapi menuju kompetisi. Program pembinaan tim putri rugby Bali menuju PON 2021 sudah cukup baik ditinjau menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Hal ini dilihat dari product berupa prestasi yang dihasilkan yaitu peringkat ketiga (medali perunggu) pada Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) XX Papua tahun 2021. Bali sebagai salah satu daerah yang mengirimkan timnya sejak rugby pertama kali dipertandingkan pada PON 2016 (tahap eksibisi) telah menujukkan keseriusannya dalam cabang olahraga rugby. Prestasi ini diraih di tengah realita bahwa pada PON 2016 Bali tidak memiliki pengalaman prestasi ditambah dengan berbagai kendala yang ada seperti pandemi yang mempengaruhi persiapan secara signifikan, serta adanya temuan bahwa rata-rata status gizi atlet tim rugby putri Bali dalam persiapan menuju Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) 2021 termasuk kategori obesitas I. Hasil observasi penelitian juga menemukan adanya hal khusus yang butuh perhatian lebih dan berkelanjutan yakni kualitas sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang monoton berpengaruh terhadap motivasi sisw dalam belajar PJOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan olahraga tradisional megoak- goakan terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas tinggi IV, V dan VI. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas tinggi IV , V, dan VI dengan jumlah 72 orang. Sampul dalam penelitian ini kelas V dan VI, yang setiap kelasnya di ambil 20 orang, totalnya 2 kelas 40 orang. Tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan tes TKJI untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani, dan angket kuisioner untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh latihan megoak-goakan terhadap kebugaran jasmani dengan hasil 0,017, dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil 0,000. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan megoak-goakan terhadap kebugaran jasamani dan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas tinggi IV, V, dan VI. Disarankan pada guru olahraga agar menggunakan pelatihan tradisional megoak-goakan sebagai referensi untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Background Problems: The recovery process plays an important role in maintaining athletic performance and preventing fatigue among players. Research Objectives: This systematic review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current research on athlete fatigue recovery, including the various methods used to enhance recovery, the limitations of existing studies, and potential areas for future research. Methods: This study was reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). We designed the study using the PICOS strategy. We sourced the literature from established research sources in the Scopus databases. The final data used for this study consisted of 24 articles. Findings and Results: The main findings confirmed that aquatic therapies, such as hot-and-cold-water immersion (HWI) and cold-water immersion (CWI), along with a number of other alternative methods, provide a strong foundation for improving athletes' recovery and performance. In addition, various novel therapies such as curcumin supplements, electrostimulation, and high-intensity interval training (HIT) also offer great potential for accelerating athletes’ recovery. Conclusion: The findings from this study highlight various recovery methods that can help reduce athletes’ fatigue after competition or training. This study also noted limitations and provided suggestions for future research, guiding researchers to further understand and improve athlete recovery holistically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “ The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes standing broad jump untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji anava satu jalur pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 13.80, pelatihan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 26.30, dan pelatihan lompat katak mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 12.50. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dan pelatihan lompat katak lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan quick leap, pelatihan lompat katak, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study is aimed at determining the effect of quick leap and leap frog in improving men’s leg muscle explosive power of the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. This experiment study used “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. The samples of the study were the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan in the academic year 2012/2013. The instrument was test of standing broad jump to measure the leg muscle explosive power. The data was analyzed by one way ANAVA α = 0.05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that in the variable of leg muscle explosive the significant value = 0.00 α = 0.05, the hypothesis of there is different between quick leap and frog leap in improving leg muscle explosive is accepted. (1) Based on the LSD test, quick leap and frog leap affect the leg muscle explosive with mean different 13.80. (2) Frog leap training improves the leg muscle explosive, mean difference 26.30. (3) Frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive, mean difference 12.50. Based on data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that (1) quick leap training and frog leap affect leg muscle explosive; (2) there is different between quick leap training and frog leap in the improvement of leg muscle explosive; (3) frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive.keyword : quick leap training, frog leap training, leg muscle exlposive.
