Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : apakah dengan metode permainan bola gantung dapat  meningkatkan teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VII-A di Mts. Al-Ikhlas Bilungala Kabupaten Bone Bolango? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan passing bawah permainan bola voli melalui media bola gantung pada siswa kelas VII-A di Mts. Al-Ikhlas Bilungala Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh pada penelitian tindakan kelas dengan penerapan media bola gantung terhadap peningkatan passing bawah bola voli pada mata pelajaran penjas yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus, ternyata mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Digambarkan pada tahap observasi awal hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah pada murid kelas VII-A Mts. Al-Ikhlas Bilungala Kabupaten Bone Bolango meningkat dari 52,38 pada kondisi awal menjadi 71,85 pada akhir siklus I kemudian dilanjutkan ke siklus II dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80,93 pada akhir siklus II. Dengan demikian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan penerapan media bola gantung  dalam pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan teknik dasar passing bawah pada permainan bola voli.

Abstract

In an effort to improve running ability, muscle strength endurance is very important. The aim of this research is to explain the relationship between the strength endurance of body movements, especially the leg or leg muscles, and the extent to which the ability to withstand the strength of the leg or leg muscles affects 100 meter running speed. junior high school students in grades VII–3. In this research, the correlation method is used simultaneously with a quantitative approach. To collect data, a Leg Dynamometer and a Stop Watch were used. Data is analyzed using simple methods and multiple correlations, along with the Product Moment formula. The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and running speed for 100 meters, with a correlation value of 0.449. The results show that (1) leg muscle endurance influences 100 m running speed because the calculated value is 2.510 > table is 2.008, and (2) variable X influences variable Y. The determination coefficient of 0.201 from this output shows that the influence of the independent variable ( leg muscle endurance) in the dependent variable (100 m running speed) is 20.1% and the significance value is 0.001<0.005

Abstract

Football is a popular sport that has many benefits, both physically, mentally, and socially. One of the basic skills in football is passing, which plays an important role in teamwork and the quality of the game. However, limited facilities, coaches, and structured training programs often hinder elementary school students in Indonesia from developing this skill. This community service activity aims to improve the passing ability of elementary school students through the "Football Passing Coaching Clinic Model" program implemented at SD Negeri 5 Kota Gorontalo. This program involved 30 students in grades 4 to 6 with an interactive approach, including introduction to theory, demonstration of techniques, individual and group training, and small game simulations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' passing ability. As many as 70% of students managed to improve their passing accuracy in pair training with a distance of 5 meters, 50% of students were able to pass with the inside of the foot at a distance of 10 meters with better consistency, and 80% of students showed better ball control skills during small group training. Mini games held at the end of the session also showed improved teamwork and understanding of game strategy. Evaluation shows that this method is effective in training the basics of soccer while increasing students' motivation and self-confidence. This program is expected to be a model for developing soccer skills at the elementary school level, providing positive impacts on both technical abilities and character building of children. With integration into extracurricular activities, this program has the potential to be applied more widely and sustainably.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PJOK siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone dan SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research) yang menggunakan buku-buku dan literatur-literatur lainnya sebagai objek penelitian yang utama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan, bahwa ada perbandingan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran PJOK siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone dan SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo, dibuktikan dengan thitung 2,136 dan ttabel (df 50;5%) 1,701 dengan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,088. Hasil dari thitung 2,136 ttabel 1,701, dan nilai signifikansi 0,042 0,05, maka hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi “ada perbandingan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran PJOK siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone dan SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo”, diterima. Artinya bahwa ada perbandingan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran PJOK siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone dan SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pengembangan model latihan variasi smash bola voli dimulai dari: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) validasi ahli dan revisi, (3) uji coba produk; uji coba skala kecil/revisi dan uji coba skala besar/revisi, dan (4) produk akhir dan (5) uji efektivitas. Produk buku model latihan variasi smash bola voli yang dikembangkan layak digunakan. Model latihan tersebut terdiri atas 7 model latihan variasi smash bola voli. Penilaian ahli media terhadap produk model latihan variasi smash bola voli persentase sebesar 84,38% masuk dalam kategori sangat baik/sangat layak, penilaian ahli materi sebesar 90,18% masuk dalam kategori sangat baik/ sangat layak. Abstract

Kurangnya penggunaan metode yang tepat dalam pelatihan kemampuan dribble siswa dalam permainan bola basket menyebabkan kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan tekni dribble tersebut. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kemampuan dribble melalui model discovery learning bola basket siswa kelas XI SMK. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni sebanyak 19 Siswa kemudian sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK dengan menerapkan dua siklus yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap pemantauan dan evaluasi, tahap analisis dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan dokumentasi sehingga teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mencarai rata-rata ketuntasan siswa. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan teknik dribble. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dribble siswa dalam permainan bola basket.

Abstract

The decline in physical activity among adolescents has become an increasingly concerning issue, largely due to technological advancements and sedentary lifestyles. This community service program was implemented in Hutuo Village, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, with the aim of enhancing physical activity and fitness among adolescents through volleyball training. The program involved 30 adolescents aged 13–17 years and was conducted over a two-week period with training sessions held twice a week. The implementation methods included delivering fundamental volleyball concepts, hands-on practice sessions, and evaluations using pre-tests and post-tests. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in the participants' physical activity levels, with average scores increasing from 58.3 in the pre-test to 74.6 in the post-test. Additionally, there was a noticeable rise in participants’ enthusiasm and motivation to engage in physical activity independently. This program is expected to positively contribute to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among adolescents in the area.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide floor gymnastics education to improve students' movement skills at SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman. Floor gymnastics is important in physical education learning because it trains strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility of the body. Based on initial observations, the majority of students experienced difficulties in performing basic movements due to a lack of technical understanding and limited practice. This activity was carried out with a participatory educational approach through four stages: program socialization, delivery of theoretical material, demonstration of basic techniques (forward rolls, backward rolls, candle poses, and simple handstands), and evaluation through direct observation and feedback. The results of the activity showed significant improvements, where 85% of students were able to perform forward rolls and candle poses correctly, an increase from the previous 40%. Students also showed enthusiasm and active participation during the training. Physical Education teachers are committed to continuing floor gymnastics practices as part of continuous learning at the school.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian RD (Research Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Model ADDIE adalah pemilihan model pengembangan yang baik menjadi salah satu factor penentu untuk menghasilkan model yang dapat diaplikasikan dengan mudah, baik dan bermanfaat bagi pengguna. Model ADDIE terdiri dari lima tahapan pengembangan, yaitu (1) Analisis (Analyze), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Develop), (4) Implementasi (Implement), dan (5) Evaluasi (Evaluate). Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  dan  pembahasan, maka  dapat  di simpulkan bahwa melalui Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Asumsi dikatakan valid melihat pada nilai pearson correlation (nilai r hitung) dan dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel. Jika r hitung rtabel maka item pertanyaan pada kuisioner valid dan Jika r hitung rtabel maka item pertanyaan pada kuisioner tidak valid. Didapatkan nilai r tabel dengan sampel 10 orang siswa adalah 0.632 dengan taraf signifikan 5% sehingga dikatakan bahwa rhitungrtabel sehingga kuisioner uji validasi ahli dikatakan valid. Asumsi uji reliabilitas adalah nilai Cronbach alpha harus 0.6. Didapatkan nilai Cronbach Alpha adalah 0.939 yang berarti 0.06 sehingga kuisioner uji validasi ahli dikatakan reliabel. Kata Kunci: Permainan Bola voli, Teknik Dasar Passing Atas  ABSTRACT This research uses an RD (Research Development) approach with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model is the selection of a good development model, which is one of the determining factors in producing a model that can be applied easily, well, and useful for users. The ADDIE model consists of five development stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development,(4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. Based on the research and discussion results, the assumptions are valid based on the pearson correlation value (r count value) and compared with the r table   value. If r count r table, then the question item in the questionnaire is valid; if r count r table, then the question item in the questionnaire is invalid The r table value obtained with a sampleof 10 students is 0,632 with a significance level of 5%, so the calculated r count r table. Therefore, the expert validation test questionnaire is valid. The reliability test assumes that the Cronbach alpha value must obtain 0.939, which means 0.06, so the expert validation test questionnaire is realiable. Keywords: volleyball Game,Basic Overhead Passing technigue

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of badminton referee training conducted during the Provincial Gorontalo National Championship (KEJURNAS). The training aims to improve the competence and professionalism of local referees in leading matches, as well as to provide a positive contribution from lecturers to the development of regional sports. The training activities were carried out for two days at Hotel Rachmat, followed by an experience of refereeing matches at the TRISAKA Badminton Hall for four days until the final. This article examines the contributions of this training to the quality of refereeing and its impact on badminton in Gorontalo Province.
