Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi internet menghadirkan berbagai perubahan dalam pola perilaku konsumsi masyarakat, khususnya proses transaksi yang sudah banyak dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan dompet digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat perilaku untuk menggunakan dompet digital pada pengguna shopeepay di wilayah eks karesidenan Besuki dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) yang diolah dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Responden penelitian ini perempuan pengguna shopeepay usia 18-35 sebanyak 190 responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat perilaku (behavioral intention) adalah attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control dan promosi cashback yakni masing-masing variabel menunjukkan arah hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan variabel perceived usefulness tidak mampu mempengaruhi behavioral intention. Variabel attitude mempu memediasi hubungan antara perceived usefulness terhadap behavioral intention.

Abstract

Abstrak Universitas Jember Adalah Salah Satu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Yang Terdapat Di Kabupaten Jember. Fkip Memiliki Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik Untuk Menunjang Program Belajar Dan Mengajar Mahasiswa. Kualitas Adalah Hal Yang Penting Untuk Dimiliki Oleh Sebuah Layanan Administrasi Akademik. Kualitas Pelayanan Berhubungan Dengan Produk, Jasa, Manusia, Proses, Dan Lingkungan Dimana Kualitasnya Akan Dinilai Saat Terjadi Proses Pemberian Pelayanan Tersebut. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengukur Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Fkip Universitas Jember Angkatan 2016-2018 Terhadap Kualitas Yang Dimiliki Oleh Pelayanan Administrasi Fkip Universitas Jember. Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis Dalam Penelitian Ini Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (Ikm) Pada Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Fkip Universitas Jember Masih Kurang Baik. Hasil Ini Berdasarkan Pada Skala Perhitungan Persepsi Dan Dari Penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat, Maka Nilai Interval Konversi Ikm Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik Fkip Universitas Jember Terletak Pada Kisaran 76,61-88,30 Yaitu 79,22. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Abstract Jember University Is One Of The State Universities In Jember Regency. Fkip Has Academic Administration Services To Support Student Learning And Teaching Programs. Quality Is An Important Thing For An Academic Administration Service To Have. Service Quality Relates To Products, Services, People, Processes, And The Environment Where The Quality Will Be Assessed During The Service Delivery Process. This Study Aims To Measure The Level Of Satisfaction Of The 2016-2018 Fkip University Of Jember Students With Respect To The Quality Of The Administrative Services Of The Jember University Fkip's Administration. Based On The Results Of The Analysis In This Study, It Can Be Concluded That The Community Satisfaction Index (Ikm) On The Quality Of Administrative Services At The University Of Jember Fkip Is Still Not Good. These Results Are Based On The Perception Calculation Scale And From The Preparation Of The Community Satisfaction Index, The Conversion Interval Value Of The Ikm Academic Administration Services Fkip Jember University Lies In The Range Of 76.61-88.30, Which Is 79.22. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program UPPKA di Dusun Dukuhsia menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif evaluatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni dokumen dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, keabsahan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi konteks dalam UPPKA dokumen tujuan belum tersedia dan sasaran penerima manfaat program sudah sesuai dengan buku panduan dapat dilihat dari mayoritas anggota UPPKA adalah masyarakat pra-sejahtera dan merupakan akseptor KB. Evaluasi input menunjukkan pendanaan yang kurang karena tidak ada Rancangan Anggaran Biaya sehingga dana dari pusat tidak ada, dan kesiapan penyuluh program sudah sesuai dengan syarat pada buku panduan. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan pemberian sosialisasi belum maksimal dilihat dari beberapa anggota yang belum memahami terkait program, keberlangsungan program sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan anggota dilihat dari pemberian pelatihan menjahit, pemberian bantuan mesin jahit hingga pengerjaan barang. Partisipasi masyarakat dan anggota dinilai baik sesuai dengan panduan. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan perkembangan terhadap inovasi produknya dan peningkatan pendapatan dilihat dari sebelum mengikuti program dan sesudah mengikuti program UPPKA Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Pemberdayaan masyarakat, UPPKA Abstract This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the UPPKA program in Dukuhsia using the CIPP evaluation model. This research is a descriptive evaluative research. Data collection methods used are documents and interviews. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation, data validity, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the context evaluation in UPPKA's destination document was not yet available and the target beneficiaries of the program were in accordance with the guidebook. It can be seen from the majority of UPPKA members are underprivileged communities and are family planning acceptors. The input evaluation shows insufficient funding because there is no Budget Draft so that funds from the center are not available, and the readiness of program extension workers is in accordance with the requirements in the guidebook. The evaluation of the process showed that the provision of socialization had not been maximized, seen from some members who did not understand the program, the continuity of the program was in accordance with the needs of members, seen from the provision of sewing training, providing sewing machine assistance to working on goods. Participation of the community and members is considered good according to the guidelines. Product evaluation shows progress towards product innovation and increased income seen from before participating in the program and after participating in the UPPKA program Keywords: Efficient, Working Capital, Cooperative Employees

Abstract

Policy the implementation of curriculum 2013 that replaced curriculum 2006 is the government effort to improve education in Indonesia. The changed of education policy through the implementation of curriculum 2013 in all level from primary school to secondary school, it’s cause consequences and implication of learning activity  growth widely. The consequences and implication of learning activities based on curriculum 2013 is not only relating equipments and strategies of learning but also the readyness a teacher as a top actor of learning education at school.The changed of education policy through the implementation of curriculum 2013 is demand to re-analysis of basic competence from teacher due to based on curriculum 2013 explain that  it is not by sparated but integrated subject must being now. The purpose of the research is mapping competence in readiness a teacher of learning activity based on curriculum 2013 at yunior high school. The research of methode is survey by descriptive analysis. The result is a half of teacher at Bengkalis subdistricat have different competence, so caused of unoptimalisation in learning process. Giving rekomendation by resetting required for yunior high school teacher which curriculum 2013 rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PIP di MTSN 5 Jember tahun 2021 menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif evaluatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumen dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, keabsahan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi Context sudah sangat sesuai dengan presentase sebesar 100%, hal ini dapat dilihat dari seluruh siswa penerima PIP di MTSN 5 Jember berasal dari keluarga miskin. Evaluasi Input sudah sesuai dengan presentase sebesar 75%, dapat dilihat koordinator PIP sekolah sudah mengikuti sosialisasi dan paham tentang juknis PIP. Namun sekolah tidak menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana khusus untuk pelaksanaan PIP. Evaluasi Process sudah sangat sesuai dengan juknis pelaksanaan dengan presentase sebesar 100%. Evaluasi Product sudah sesuai dengan presentase sebesar 75%, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan angka putus sekolah di MTSN 5 Jember sudah turun, kebutuhan penerima PIP sudah terpenuhi, dan siswa penerima dapat melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang selanjutnya

Abstract

The purpose of this research is describe the application of digital marketing through social media on UD. Vira Jember with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis methods used are domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The results show that UD.Vira applies digital marketing in its marketing through social media platforms Instagram and WhatsApp. UD.Vira uses the "4C concept" consisting of context, communication, collaboration and connection. Based on the 4 concepts applied, communication and connection have not been implemented optimally. For example, UD. Vira has not provided complete information regarding the price of product in every post on social media. As for the connection concept, UD.Vira has less attention to product ratings from consumers. Based on this research, the conclusion that UD. Vira is able to carry out the sales concept but is not maximal to apply the 4 concepts correctly.

Abstract

The Tumpangpitu mine conflict that occurred in Pancer Pesanggaran village in Banyuwangi not only involved communities with mining pros and cons but also involved students in high schools around mining. The horizontal conflict that was manifested by various protests was followed by the children of parents involved in the competition in the Pesanggaran District. So that the conflict does not spread and impact schools, this study aims to analyze the development model of conflict resolution education in high schools in Banyuwangi to minimize conflicts. The research method uses a mixed, quantitative, and qualitative approach—data collection with questionnaires for students and in-depth interviews with high school teachers in Banyuwangi. As a result, students get into conflict because they jump on the bandwagon. The development model of conflict resolution education is more towards integrating conflict resolution education with other subjects. From the discussion through the focus group discussion, the teachers revealed that this integration model is considered the most suitable because, with its issue, the burden on teachers and students is already very high.

Abstract

This article describes the urgency of a disaster education curriculum based on local wisdom as a result of a research study in Banyuwangi and Lumajang Regencies, East Java. These two areas are areas with high disaster risk. Banyuwangi Regency is faced with the risk of a tsunami and Mount Raung eruption, while Lumajang is faced with a flood and Mount Semeru eruption. The research was conducted through surveys, literature studies and qualitative descriptions. Methods of data collection through questionnaires, observation, and literature review. Data analysis uses simple inferential statistics and the Miles Hubberman model. As a result, several high schools in Banyuwangi and Lumajang regencies already have a disaster curriculum. The existing disaster curriculum accommodates local wisdom, as an effort to provide appropriate education to face and manage disasters simultaneously. The developed local wisdom-based curriculum explains the relationship between humans and the natural and cultural environment that surrounds them. The implementation of disaster education is carried out through the integration of disaster education in related subjects and through extracurricular activities. The content of disaster education is a combination of disaster standard materials and local wisdom.

Abstract

Abstrak    : Model Analytical Network Process (ANP) dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata di Jember. Penelitian ini mengkaji kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata di Jember, terutama kebijakan pengembangan agrowisata perkebunan kopi dengan menggunakan Jember Fashion Carnival (JFC) sebagai event marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah soft system methodology dengan menggunakan metode analitis jaringan (Analytical Network Process). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata di Jember masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan konvensional, belum terkoordinasi dengan baik, dan lebih mengandalkan satu even (atraksi) pariwisata, yakni JFC, sebagai lokomotif daya tarik pariwisata Jember. Model pengembangan konvensional ini perlu dirancang kembali untuk memperoleh pariwisata Jember yang berkesinambungan. The purpose of this study is to conduct a review of the policy of tourism development in Jember, especially development policies for coffee plantation agro-tourism by using Jember Fashion Carnival (JFC) as event marketing. The research method used is soft system methodology using Analytical Network Process. The result shows that the tourism development in Jember is done using a conventional approach, lack of coordination, and merely focus on a single event tourism, i.e. the JFC, as locomotive tourism attraction in Jember. Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to understand how sexual violence affects the psychological and social conditions of santri in religious education institutions in Singojuruh sub-district, Banyuwangi Regency. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the experiences, perceptions, and psychosocial impacts of violence on santri in religious education institutions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation with a number of santri, ustadz, psychologists, and the community. Data were analysed thematically to identify main patterns, key findings, and perspectives that emerged from participants' narratives. Research Findings: This study shows that victims experience deep trauma that affects their mental and emotional well-being. The violence also resulted in prolonged fear, shame, and low self-esteem, as well as psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. Sexual violence also has a negative impact on academic achievement and social participation, hindering students' personal and educational development. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research argues for its originality in analysing in depth the specific psychosocial impact of sexual violence on santri, with a focus on religious education institutions, which has not been widely explored in the context of academic literature on sexual trauma and religious education environments in Indonesia.
