Abstract

ALDEWIS is a savings and loan unit managed by RT women in Batursari,     Mranggen Demak. Established in 2007, which is currently experiencing a gap between supply and demand for funds due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A strategy is needed to make it exist and be able to serve members in particular and society in general. The objectives of community service are: (1) Providing solutions so that all productive-based loan fund needs of all ALDEWIS members can be well served, (2) Motivating the use of ALDEWIS and Qard Hassn (QH) funds for productive purposes, and (3) Motivating business results with productive motives to increase welfare based on maqosid shari'ah. The method of implementing the service is in the form of service activities based on the delivery of simple materials and training. Submission of material with an interactive, group-based and comprehensive discussion approach. The training is in the form of a simple accounting process practice. The results of community service activities: (1) The supply demand gap for credit funds was slightly helped by the QH credit package, (2) ALDEWIS members were motivated to consume ALDEWIS and QH credit funds for productive purposes after understanding the practical educational elements of QH and financial literacy as well as the accounting process simple, (3) ALDEWIS members are motivated to carry out the vision of QH donors so as to lead to the achievement of increasing the welfare of maqosid sharia.ALDEWIS merupakan unit simpan pinjam yang dikelola oleh Ibu-Ibu RT di Batursari, Mranggen Demak. Berdiri sejak tahun 2007 yang saat ini sedang mengalami gap antara suplly dan demand dana karena pandemi COVID-19. Diperlukan strategi guna membuatnya tetap eksis berdiri dan bisa melayani anggota pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat : (1) Memberikan solusi agar semua kebutuhan dana pinjaman berbasis produktif semua anggota ALDEWIS bisa terlayani dengan baik, (2) Memotivasi pemenafaatan dana ALDEWIS dan Qard Hassn (QH) untuk tujuan produktif, dan (3) Memotivasi hasil usaha motif produktif untuk peningkatkan kesejahteraan berbasis maqosid syari’ah. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa kegiatan pengabdian berbasis penyampaian materi dan   pelatihan sederhana. Penyampaian materi dengan pendekatan Diskusi interaktif, berbasis kelompok dan komprehensif. Pelatihan berupa praktek proses akuntansi sederhana. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat: (1) Gap supply demand dana kredit sedikit terbantu dengan adanaya paket kredit QH, (2) Para anggota ALDEWIS termotivasi untuk mengkonsumsi dana kredit ALDEWIS dan QH untuk tujuan produktip setelah memahami unsur edukatip praktis QH dan financial literacy serta proses akuntansi sederhana, (3) Para anggota ALDEWIS termotivasi untuk menjalankan visi donatur QH sehingga mengarah   tercapainya peningkatan kesejahteraan maqosid syariah.

Abstract

This study investigated the influence of work motivation and knowleldge sharing on employee performance within the healthcare sector, specifically among nursing staff at RSUD dr Gondo Suwarno. The research aimed to explore the direct and indirect effects of these variables, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating factor. Data was collected through a quantitative survey involving 149 nursing staff, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employes to analyze the relationships. The findings revaled that work motivation did directly impact employee performance, and it positively influenced job satisfaction. Conversely, knowledge sharing demonstrated a significant positive relationship with both job satisfaction and employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction emerged as a crucial mediator, amplifying the positive effects of both work motivation and knowledge sharing on employee performance. These reseults underscore the importance of holostic human resource management strategies that prioritize employee satisfaction. Organixation are encouraged to create supportive work environments that foster motivation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and offer opportunities for career development. Future research could delve deeper into the dynamic of these relationships within diverse organizational contexts

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment on Employee peroformance, with Intrinsic Motivation as a mediating factor. This research adopts an Explanatory Research approach. The sample consists of nurses working at Semarang Regency Hospital, selected using Slovin formula. The resutls indicate that Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment do not have an effect on Employee Performance. However, both Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation. Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and serves as a significant mediating variable between Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengelolaan beasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Widya Dharma, termasuk tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya dan solusi yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian digunakan riset kualitatif deskriptif. Riset ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa, staf administrasi, dan dosen pembimbing. Kegiatan observasi partisipatif dilakukan untuk memahami dinamika proses pengelolaan beasiswa. Analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mendukung data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan akses pendidikan bagi mahasiswa. Beberapa kendala muncul dan perlu diatasi. Kendala tersebut meliputi kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai program, proses seleksi yang kurang transparan serta keterlambatan pencairan dana yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran studi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memperoleh temuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa merasa terbantu secara finansial, namun mereka mengeluhkan kurangnya informasi mengenai hak dan kewajiban sebagai penerima beasiswa. Rekomendasi riset ini perlunya perbaikan sistem pengelolaan beasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Widya Dharma, termasuk peningkatan sosialisasi, transparansi dalam proses seleksi, pengelolaan dana beasiswa dimasa depan agar lebih efisien

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis serta menerangkan terkait sejauh mana organizational culture mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interveningnya, Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 10 Semarang, dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penggunaan metode explanatory research. Responden pada studi ini mencakup semua Guru di SMAN 10 Semarang dengan sejumlah 57 orang. Metode sensus ini yang menjadi teknik dalam pengambilan sampel.  Data dikumpulkan melalui sebuah kuesioner serta dianalisis memakai software SPSS versi 26. Temuan dari studi ini memperlihatkan jika budaya organisasi tidak memberikan pengaruhnya secara langsung pada kinerja Guru (signidikansi 0,129) >0,05, tetapi mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kepuasan kerja (signifikansi 0,000). Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja justru berdampak negative namun signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru (signifikansi 0,004 dan nilai t-hitung -2,972). Kepuasan kerja bisa sebagai mediator penuh antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja Guru berdasarkan hasil uji sobel dengan nilai -2,531 dan nilai p dua arah (two-tailed) sebesar 0,0114 (<0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work discipline and workload factors that influence employee performance at the Columbia Asia Special Surgical Hospital, Semarang, through job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique, namely by distributing questionnaires with respondents who have certain criteria, namely employees of the Columbia Asia Semarang Special Surgical Hospital who are still actively working and these employees have worked for at least 2 years at the Columbia Asia Semarang Special Surgical Hospital. 145 respondents. This data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, with the SPSS statistical test tool, this analysis is used to measure the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with intervening variables.The results of this study indicate a significant positive influence between work discipline, workload, employee performance and job satisfaction. This study also proves that the job satisfaction variable plays a role in mediating the relationship between work discipline and workload variables on employee performance variables.

Abstract

Peran E-WOM dan kepercayaan elektronik (e-trust) dalam membentuk loyalitas elektronik (e-loyalty), dengan kepuasan pelanggan elektronik (e-customer satisfaction) bertindak sebagai mediator, dieksplorasi di kalangan pengguna ShopeeFood Generasi Z di Kota Semarang. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 160 pengguna aktif ShopeeFood. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, didukung oleh perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa E-WOM secara signifikan meningkatkan baik kepuasan pelanggan elektronik maupun loyalitas elektronik. Demikian pula, kepercayaan elektronik memiliki dampak yang berarti pada kedua variabel tersebut. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan elektronik ditemukan memiliki efek yang signifikan pada loyalitas elektronik. Penemuan penting adalah bahwa pengaruh E-WOM dan kepercayaan digital terhadap loyalitas digital ditransmisikan secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan digital. Koefisien jalur yang kuat dan nilai R-square yang tinggi mengonfirmasi keandalan model struktural dalam menjelaskan loyalitas konsumen digital.. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkuat model loyalitas pelanggan di era digital, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi digital marketing ShopeeFood agar lebih fokus pada peningkatan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui pengelolaan ulasan online yang efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of professional and communication capabilities on human resource performance. We believe that the research results will be useful in encouraging managers to take steps and strategies to improve employee performance. The research was conducted at the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning with a sample of 110 participants. The method in this research uses statistical methods and data collection methods using primary and secondary data. The reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha and the validity test uses correlation and discriminant. Testing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that: professional capability has a negative relationship with Human Resource Performance, Communication has a positive relationship with Human Resource Performance and Professional Capability has a positive relationship with Human Resource Performance through communication.

Abstract

The fundamental problem in the management of educational institutions in Indonesia lies in the limited access to financing, caused by weak transparency, unequal distribution of funds, and poor accountability, which creates a research gap concerning the effectiveness of transparency in enhancing trust in financial institutions. This study introduces the concept of Fathonah Transparency, a synthesis of sound corporate governance principles with intellectual, spiritual, and Islamic ethical intelligence, which is expected to strengthen the reputation of educational institutions and significantly improve their access to external financing sources. The research involved 350 academic institutions in Central Java selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis employed the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling approach to examine causal relationships among variables, particularly the dimensions of acceptable transparency, relevant content, and accountability. The findings reveal that all three dimensions significantly influence reputation and access to financing, with reputation serving as a strong mediating factor that reinforces the link between transparency and funding opportunities. The discussion emphasises that intelligent, relevant, and accountable transparency grounded in Islamic values not only enhances the social legitimacy of educational institutions but also fosters greater trust among financial providers, thereby contributing theoretically to the development of Islamic value-based governance and offering practical implications for strengthening the financing system in Indonesian education.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kesadaran generasi muda Muslim mengenai kehalalan produk, yang kini meluas dari ranah pangan hingga ke bidang kosmetik, menjadi titik awal penelitian ini. Fokus utama diarahkan pada upaya memahami bagaimana tingkat religiusitas berperan dalam membentuk sikap konsumen, sekaligus menelusuri pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap kecenderungan melakukan pembelian ulang produk kosmetik halal. Riset ini difokuskan pada kalangan mahasiswi Muslim di Kota Semarang, yang dipilih secara purposif karena memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam penggunaan produk dengan sertifikasi halal. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner berskala Likert tertutup, sementara analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) yang memungkinkan pengujian keterkaitan antarvariabel laten secara bersamaan, tanpa keterbatasan asumsi distribusi normal. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan lahir temuan yang tidak hanya memperkaya pemahaman teoritis atas kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dalam konteks konsumen Muslim, tetapi juga menyajikan rekomendasi aplikatif bagi industri kosmetik halal dalam merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis nilai religius konsumen, serta memperkuat loyalitas berkelanjutan di tengah meningkatnya dinamika pasar halal.
