Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation regarding Vilage Fund Management in Tegalharjo village, How Transparancy, Accountability, and Community Participation Influence on Village Fund Management. The aim is to find out how Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation are regarding the Management of Village Fund in Tegalharjo Village, to find out how the Effects of Tranparency, Accountability, and Community Participation in th Management of Village Fund. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in Tegalharjo Village Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. The variables in this study are Transparancy, Accountability, and Community Participation. The population in this study were all residents of Tegalharjo Village with a total of 4.533 families. The data used primary and secondary data eith data collection techniques using questionnaires. The tests used are valitidy test, rehabilitatio test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testig. Based on the result of research that has been carried out on all data obtained in Tegalharjo Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency, it is concludes that transparency significantly affects the management of village funds, partial accountability significantly affects the management of village funds, partial accountability significantly affects the management of village funds, and community participation significantly affects the management of village fund.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 167. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung Kompensasi serta Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variable intervening. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Profesionalisme pegawai dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Profesionalisme pegawai, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)  dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat terkait perizinan UMK di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Profesionalisme pegawai, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan. Dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsungnya lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsungnya. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan. Dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsungnya lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsungnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Mitra Sehat Situbondo dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan variabel manajemen risiko terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan rumah sakit, dan total sampel sebanyak 160 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis path menggunakan Warp PLS versi 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Ada pengaruh positif variabel manajemen risiko terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel kinerja organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi di RS Mitra Sehat Situbondo. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui kinerja organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel manajemen risiko terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan telah mendukung dan menerima hipotesis penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables, a case study of MTs teachers in NTT. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The study population was all MTs teachers in NTT, totaling 1,324 teachers. The sample used was 133 teachers using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant impact on performance; leadership style has a significant effect on motivation; leadership style has a significant effect on performance; motivation has a significant effect on motivation; Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on performance through motivation; leadership style influences performance through motivation. In conclusion, there is an influence of Islamic work ethic and leadership style on the performance of MTs teachers through motivational variables keyword : Islamic work ethic, leadership style, performance, motivation.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Public trust is important in order to achieve clean government and good governance. These goals are achieved through providing high-quality services that are enjoyed by the public and through innovation that leads to community satisfaction. We will to investigated the service quality and new service innovation affect public trust, with satisfaction as a possible intervention variable. We will to observe the people who work in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi Regency during March-June 2022. This study is a quantitative study focusing on civil registration in Banyuwangi. This study includes 1.351.168 people living in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, and a sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include as many respondents as possible who have used population service innovations. A questionnaire will used to make a primary data, with respondents rating their agreement on a Likert scale. Path analysis is a data analysis technique that can be used to explore relationships between different variables. The results show that service quality make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, service innovation make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, community satisfaction make a positive and significant impact on trust, and repair quality contains a positive and significant impact on trust Significant impact, service innovation incorporates a positive and signnificant impact on trust, service quality features a positive and significant indirect impact on trust through community satisfaction Service innovation includes a positive and significant indirect impact on charitable trust through community satisfaction with service Significant indirect effects.

Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian berjudul “Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Pada UD. Dua Dewi Keripik Nangka Q-Ecco Puger ”adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengusaha, diantaranya adalah, yaitu: (1) Pengusaha dalam menjalankan usahanya belum memahami manajemen keuangan akibatnya setiap pengambilan keputusan hanya berdasarkan asumsi semata-mata bukan pada kondisi sebenarnya keuangan. (2) Terbatasnya pengetahuan mitra tentang pencatatan keuangannya, akibatnya pengrajin tidak dapat mengakses dana tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dari BUMN atau program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Target khusus dalam program Pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengusaha dalam melaksanakan manajemen usaha terpadu (manajemen keuangan, manajemen penjualan, dan laporan keuangan). Sehingga kontinuitas usaha dapat dipertahankan karena puluhan masyarakat didesa ini menggantungkan hidup mereka pada usaha keripik nangka ini. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mitra program pengabdian adalah bidang manajemen keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan yang tahapan: Penguatan bidang manajemen keuangan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mitra usaha dalam pengelolaan keuangan. (b) Pelatihan dan pendampingan laporan keuangan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi sulitnya mitra akses dana bank. (c) Pemantauan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mitra dan binaan mitra memahami manajemen keuangan dan memahami proses akuntansi dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan. Selama proses evaluasi dan pemantaun mitra secara bertahap membenahi laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Auditor switching is a change of KAP or auditor made by the company for a reason or there are certain factors from the company and from the auditor itself. Auditor Switching in Indonesia is one of the regulations required by the Indonesian government as an effort to maintain auditor independence. This study aims to analyse the effect of audit opinion, institutional ownership, management change, and financial distress on auditor switching. The results of this study reveal several important findings. First, Audit Opinion has an insignificant influence on auditor switching this is because in general the sample of banking companies mostly get an unqualified opinion. Second, Institutional Ownership has an insignificant influence on auditor switching because the high proportion of institutional ownership in a banking company does not guarantee auditor switching. Third, Management Change has a significant influence on auditor switching because management wants a KAP that can meet management's needs in managing the company. Finally, Financial Distress has a significant influence on auditor switching because when a company experiences financial distress, the company will make a change of KAP. The potential bankruptcy experienced by the company causes company management to try to prevent bankruptcy which results in liquidation.

Abstract

Analysis of financial ratios and stock prices can be used as an evaluation tool of the condition or existence of financial companies in the past, present and projecting future results, and can analyze 30 companies manufacturing the effect on stock returns. Where the financialstatement analysis can be done using with financial ratios. Ratios are used to assess the financial performance of companies such as liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios, as well as stock prices. This study aims to analyze financial ratios and stock prices on stock returns, the study population was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2017-2020. Samples has taken thirty manufacturing company. This type of research is descriptive statistics for this type of research related to the application of statistical methods for collecting, processing, and presentation of a group, the research data can be grouped in a secondary data. Methods of data collection in this research using observation, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis technique used is variable by testing the hypothesis or research explanation. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of the classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of multiple determination, t test and F test results showed that the debt-to-asset ratio (DAR) significant effect on stock returns. Current Ratio (CR) a significant effect on stock returns. return On Assets (ROE) significantly affects the profitability of the company. Total Assets Turn Over (TAT) has no significant effect on stock returns, and Price to Book Value (PBV) significant effect on stock returns.
