Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah instrumen penting pemerintah dalam menggerakkan ekonomi pedesaan, namun manfaatnya masih belum sepenuhnya terwujud karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan kapasitas manajerial di antara para pengelolanya. Melalui berbagai tahapan, program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pengelola BUMDes agar lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Tahapan program ini meliputi pra-kegiatan (survei awal, diskusi), kegiatan (sosialisasi, pelatihan), dan evaluasi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari pemerintah desa, perangkat desa, dan mahasiswa. Keberhasilan program ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata kenaikan presentasi hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada pengelola BUMDes dengan peserta sebanyak 10 orang yaitu sebesar 56,48% serta kinerja pengelola BUMDes pasca pelatihan yang lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan program ini dapat membantu BUMDes Simase Pedawang dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat, mendorong kemandirian ekonomi desa, dan mengoptimalkan peran BUMDes dalam menggerakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di pedesaan. Program ini adalah contoh nyata upaya untuk menghadirkan perubahan positif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dan berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on employee performance through Employee Engagement. This research is quantitative research using data collection methods in the form of distributing questionnaires. This research used a sample of 167 respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS V.24. The results of this research show that perceived organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, perceived organizational support has a negative and insignificant effect on employee engagement, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. , employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement is not able to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and employee engagement is not able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work stress, workload and organizational culture on turnover intention through job satisfaction at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk. This research is quantitative research. Data collection comes from the method of distributing research questionnaires. This research used a sample of 135 respondents. The population used in this research were employees of the partnership and raw material purchasing section of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk. The data analysis technique for this research uses AMOS version 24 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that work stress has no effect on job satisfaction, workload has no effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction, work stress has an effect on turnover intention, workload affects turnover intention, organizational culture affects turnover intention, and satisfaction work influences turnover intention. Job stress on turnover intention is greater than the indirect influence, workload on turnover intention is greater than the indirect influence, and organizational culture on turnover intention is greater than the indirect influence. Abstract

Integrated Reporting is a concise communication about the company's strategy, governance, prospects, performance that leads to the external environment in order to create short, medium and long term value. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), Leverage, Board Size, Gender Diversity, and Ownership Structure on Integrated Reporting. The data tested is secondary data. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS 25 application. The population of this study are companies engaged in banking services listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. Purposive sampling method was used to produce a sample of 63 samples. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a positive effect on integrated reporting while profitability (ROA), size of the board of directors, gender diversity and ownership structure have no effect on integrated reporting.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to explore the entrepreneur's understanding of the human capital based on Gusjigang's business on managerial performance in the Creative Industry in Kudus. Research method: The research strategy used is quantitative research methods. The result of the research is that Human Capital based on Gusjigang has an effect on managerial performance in the Creative Industry in Kudus. The implication of the research is that the Gusjigang Culture strengthens the concept of Islamic Human Capital where in business it is always associated with worship, namely by always remembering Allah SWT, through trade and creation based on Islamic ethical principles.
