Abstract

The role of Servicemen is considered very important for the sustainability of PT Trakindo Utama, making us aware that the long-term success and excellence of a company depends on the importance of human resources, because many of the resources a company has can be imitated, except human resources. The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of training and competency on serviceman performance at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. The research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The research was conducted from July to December 2023. This research used data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample studied was 100 Serviceman respondents (Technicians and Senior Technicians) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The research results on the Training variable (X1) have a positive and significant influence on Serviceman Performance (Y) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. The Competency variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on Serviceman Performance (Y) at PT Trakindo Utama Sumbagsel. Companies need to review the training programs that have been created and provided to Servicemen to see whether they are in accordance with the wishes and needs of the Servicemen, because from this research there are Servicemen who are of the opinion that the training they have participated in is not in accordance with the wishes and needs of the Servicemen to improve their abilities to support work performance. Keywords: Training, Competence, Serviceman Performance

Popular sovereignty is one of the characteristics of a democratic country. Indonesia as a democratic country realizes people's sovereignty by holding direct, general, free, secret, honest and fair elections. Thus, it is necessary for Bawaslu to play a role in avoiding potential violations at every stage of the election. However, this is not easy, challenges that arise that can hinder Bawaslu's performance are recruitment and strategic leadership. This research aims to determine the various dynamics of recruitment and strategic leadership in improving Bawaslu's performance. The method used in this research is the library study method by reviewing and/or exploring various journals, books and documents related to research. The research results showed that the dynamics of recruitment and strategic leadership of Bawaslu had an impact on the effectiveness of election monitoring. Recruitment based on relevant skills and qualifications is key. Bawaslu leaders also need to have a clear vision and mission in order to improve their performance. With strong recruitment and leadership, Bawaslu can fulfill its responsibilities in ensuring fair, honest and democratic elections

The evaluation focused on measuring participants’ understanding of digital literacy, blog management, and online content promotion. Results: The results show that participants demonstrated a significant improvement in their understanding of digital literacy concepts and blogging practices. The average correct response rate increased from 30.7%–84.6% in the pre-test to 75%–100% in the post-test. Conclusions: The blogger-based training program successfully enhanced participants’ digital literacy and their ability to promote the tourism potential of Muara Tiga Village through online platforms. Limitations: The program was implemented in a single village with a limited number of participants and assessed only short-term learning outcomes, so the long-term impact of blogger-based promotion on tourism visibility and community economic benefits remains unmeasured. Contributions: This program contributes to strengthening community-based tourism promotion strategies and supports the development of digital-based green tourism villages, particularly in rural areas with limited access to digital promotion too.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking services has transformed the financial industry, particularly in attracting younger consumers who are highly dependent on technology. However, understanding the behavioral factors that influence digital banking adoption remains a critical challenge for financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the determinants of Generation Z’s intention to use digital banking services by applying the Technology Acceptance Model, with a particular focus on the mediating role of attitude. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 100 Generation Z respondents through purposive sampling. The study examines the relationships among perceived usefulness, attitude, and intention to use digital banking. The results indicate that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on both attitude and intention to use, while attitude significantly mediates the relationship between perceived usefulness and usage intention. The findings demonstrate that users’ perceptions of functional benefits, efficiency, and convenience play a crucial role in shaping favorable attitudes and strengthening adoption behavior. This study highlights the importance of integrating technological value and user-centered design in digital banking services. By providing empirical evidence on Generation Z’s technology acceptance behavior, this research contributes to the literature on digital finance and offers practical implications for banks in developing effective digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and long-term adoption.
