Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia or PMI) has established a special unit to meet blood donation needs, known as the Blood Donor Unit or UDD. The UDD of PMI in Semarang City has a Mobile Unit program involving blood donation activities that are carried out upon request from groups or institutions seeking collaboration with the UDD of PMI in Semarang City. Currently, to find information about the locations of blood donation activities organized by PMI in Semarang, donors can check through social media. However, the disseminated information only includes addresses, and donors do not know which location is closest to them. Moreover, groups or institutions that have not established collaboration with PMI, when requesting blood donation activities, must come to PMI in Semarang City. To address this issue, the Geographic Mapping Application for the Blood Donor Mobile Unit is deemed necessary as a navigation information tool for blood donation locations around the city of Semarang. Developed using the prototype system development method and built using LeafletJS, a JavaScript library useful for constructing interactive web-based maps with the Location Based Service (LBS) method, this system functions to manage mobile unit activities and find the nearest mobile unit location for potential blood donors. The system achieves a test result satisfaction rate of 92% for users. It is expected that this system can be accessed by the entire community and be accepted by the UDD of PMI in Semarang City as a navigation tool for potential blood donors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Guru Fiqh di MTs Al-Hamidiyah Desa Tangkas Martapura Barat telah menerapkan strategi Reading Aloud, siswa diberikan materi yang terdapat dalam buku dan siswa diminta untuk membacanya dengan suara yang keras sehingga dalam pembelajaran siswa sangat antusias ingin membaca. Masalah yang diteliti dirumuskan, bagaimana Implementasi Strategi Reading Aloud Dalam Pembelajaran Fiqh Di MTs Al - Hamidiyah Desa Tangkas Martapura Barat, dengan rumusuan masalah sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana Implementasi strategi reading aloud dalam pembelajaran fiqh di MTs Al-Hamidiyah Desa Tangkas Martapura Barat? 2) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat di dalam Implementasi strategi reading aloud dalam pembelajaran fiqh di MTs Al-Hamidiyah Desa Tangkas Martapura Barat? Penelitian langsung kelapangan dengan observasi ke tempat penelitian meliat keadaan serta tempat penelitian yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang ingin peneliti teliti, kemudian melalui wawancara langsung peneliti juga mendapatkan data yang di minta mengenai permasalahan yang ingin peneliti teliti. Hasil Penelitian Implementasi strategi reading aloud dalam pembelajaran fiqh di MTs Al-Hamidiyah Desa Tangkas Martapura Barat, yaitu: dapat diketahui bahwa strategi Reading Aloud efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, melatih pengucapan, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran Fiqh. Pada tahap perencanaan, guru terlebih dahulu menyusun RPP, memilih materi yang relevan, serta mempersiapkan bahan ajar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru membagi teks untuk dibaca secara nyaring oleh siswa, disertai diskusi dan tanya jawab. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa. Faktor pendukung meliputi pendidikan, pengalaman, dan kompetensi guru, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup variasi pemahaman siswa dan banyaknya materi yang harus diajarkan. Kesimpulannya, strategi Reading Aloud berdampak positif dalam pembelajaran Fiqh, namun memerlukan penyesuaian berdasarkan kondisi siswa dan materi ajar. Abstract

Introduction: Fatigue is a protective mechanism that the body activates to prevent further damage, and recovery can occur after adequate rest. Occupational fatigue is often characterised by decreased energy in performing daily tasks or activities, which can lead to increased errors and, in more serious cases, accidents. The effects of fatigue can reduce work capacity and endurance, as seen in the sensation of tiredness, slowed reactions, difficulty in decision-making, and decreased motivation. When fatigue levels are high, this can hinder worker productivity. This study aims to determine the picture of physical fatigue in brick makers in Pangkah village. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design to provide an overview of the physical job fatigue experienced by brick-making workers in Pangkah village. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique, the number of samples is 59 people who are brick making workers in Pangkah village. Physical work fatigue in brick-making workers is measured using the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire. Results: Based on the research that has been done, the results of measurements using the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire show that workers experience work fatigue in the low category, namely 64.4%, moderate fatigue as much as 33.9%, and high fatigue of 1.7%. Conclusion: All brick makers in Pangkah village experience work fatigue caused by several factors, both internal and external, which interfere with their work activities.

Abstract

The motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students in science, especially on the topic of energy, are still low, necessitating interactive and contextual learning media. This study aims to develop interactive learning videos based on the Quantum Teaching model and examine their effectiveness in improving students’ motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects were 29 students of class VA at UPTD SDN 2 Karangkendal. The learning video was developed using Canva for visual design and Capcut for audio-visual editing. Expert validation results indicated that the media is feasible for use and categorized as highly feasible. Classroom implementation showed increased student motivation, active participation during learning, and improved understanding of energy concepts. The average student score increased from 68.2 in the pretest to 86.7 in the posttest. In conclusion, interactive learning videos based on the Quantum Teaching model are effective in enhancing motivation and science learning outcomes for fifth-grade elementary students.   Keywords: Interactive Learning Video, Quantum Teaching, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes, IPA   Abstrak Motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V sekolah dasar masih rendah, terutama pada materi energi, sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis model Quantum Teaching dan mengetahui efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 29 siswa kelas VA UPTD SDN 2 Karangkendal. Video pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan Canva untuk desain visual dan Capcut untuk pengeditan audio-visual. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan media layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat layak. Implementasi media di kelas menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, keterlibatan aktif selama pembelajaran, serta pemahaman konsep energi yang lebih baik. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 68,2 pada pretest menjadi 86,7 pada posttest. Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Desa Ketosari memiliki potensi UMKM yang cukup besar, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran digital, khususnya pembuatan konten promosi yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM Desa Ketosari melalui pelatihan pengeditan video promosi menggunakan aplikasi CapCut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, praktik langsung pengeditan video, serta pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi CapCut sebagai media promosi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM memperoleh pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam membuat video promosi yang kreatif dan komunikatif, sehingga mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pemasaran produk melalui media sosial. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta mendorong kemandirian pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Digital transformation has accelerated since the COVID-19 pandemic, which imposed social restrictions and ecouraged a shift from traditional shopping patterns to online shopping. The increasing number of e-commerce users includes Generation Z, who represent the dominant consumer segment. Among various e-commerce platforms, Shopee has become the most frequently accessed application in indonesia. this study aims to examine and analyze the influence of celebrity endorser and brand awareness on purchase decisions on the Shopee application among Generation Z. although Shopee implements various marketing strategies to encourage purchase decisions, this study is limited to two variables, namely celebrity endorser and brand awareness. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Generation Z respondents (17-28 years), domiciled in Jabodetabek, who had made purchases on the Shopee application and had been exposed to advertisements or promotions involving celebrity endorser. The data analysis methods employed included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumtion testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that celebrity endorser has a positive but insinificant effect, while brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This community service program focused on developing community micro-enterprises through the launch of cracker products and assistance in the halal certification process. Implementation methods included initial observation, outreach, production assistance, packaging, marketing, and education on the importance of halal certification for business owners. The results showed that the cracker product launch increased the selling value and competitiveness of local products, while the halal certification assistance increased business owners' understanding of halal product standards and opened up broader marketing opportunities. This program had a positive impact on improving product quality and increasing awareness among UMKM  of the importance of legality and consumer trust. Therefore, this community service program is expected to encourage the sustainability of local cracker businesses and improve the welfare of the local community.
