Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has changed human life. One of the impacted sectors is education. Ministry of Education urges students to implement distance learning. No exception with early childhood education or Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Although distance learning has been widely implemented, PAUD sector has the lowest online learning implementation in Indonesia with 13.2% of total 98.4% of PAUD students implementing distance learning, whereas early age is considered capable of gaining an understanding of digital technology and equipment. One possible step in conducting digital learning in PAUD is through a digital educational game, because game is an important element in PAUD. In this study, a digital educational game was developed for TK-A level students using Scratch 3 with multimedia development life cycle method. After development, the game goes through two stages of testing. Alpha testing in the form of black box testing, and beta testing in the form of usability testing with 94,39% result, confidence testing with 97,8% result, and summative evaluation with 90% result on TK-A students, as well as interviews with PAUD teachers. The test results indicate that the game has been successfully developed and is feasible to be played by TK-A students.

Abstract

The presence of haze in an image is one of the challenges in computer vision tasks, such as remote sensing, object monitoring, and traffic monitoring applications. The hazy image is considered to contain noise and it can interfere with the image analysis process. Thus, image dehazing becomes a necessity as part of image enhancement. Dark channel prior (DCP) is one of the images dehazing methods that works based on a physical degradation model and utilizes low-intensity values from outdoor image characteristics. The DCP method generally consists of some steps, which are finding the dark channel and gradient image, estimating the sky region, atmospherical light, and transmission map, and reconstructing the dehazed image. This study introduces image dehazing by utilizing the Gaussian filter combined with the DCP method to increase the sharpness and accentuate the details of hazy images. Experimental results show that the proposed method could produce dehazed images with a visual quality is 18.94 dB on average or an increase of 11.91% compared to the original hazy image with a similarity index is 66.71% on average or an increase of 8.10%. Therefore, it is expected that this study can contribute to the image dehazing method enrichment based on DCP.

Abstract

Usability adalah seberapa mudah atau ukuran pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem. Pada saat ini Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah (Dinas ARPUS) belum ada sistem pencarian lokasi buku (SILOKU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor ketergunaan suatu tampilan SILOKU pada Dinas ARPUS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi tampilan SILOKU yang sudah diuji ketergunaannya. Pada penelitian ini digunakan lima aspek yaitu aspek effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, ease of use, dan ease of learning. Pengumpulan data untuk aspek effectiveness dan efficiency dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi. Sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk aspek satisfaction, ease of use, dan ease of learning dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner yang dilakukan oleh responden. Uji ketergunaan dilakukan pada pengguna super_admin, petugas, dan pengunjung perpustakaan. Super_admin dan petugas yang dimaksud adalah petugas yang berada di Dinas ARPUS. Kasus uji coba dibuat berdasarkan Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA) SILOKU. Pada hasil perhitungan didapatkan nilai evaluasi yang menunjukan adanya masalah yaitu tampilan SILOKU tidak menarik. Akan tetapi hasil uji coba tampilan SILOKU dari pengguna super_admin, petugas, dan pengunjung tidak mengalami kesulitan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka didapatkan rekomendasi dari hasil uji ketergunaan untuk aspek effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, ease of use, dan ease of learning adalah warna pada tampilan SILOKU yang tidak menarik sebaiknya diperbaiki. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kenyamanan responden dalam menggunakan tampilan SILOKU

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Desk Layanan (SIDELA) adalah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan pengaduan dan pengajuan mengenai layanan TI yang terdapat pada Diskominfo. Pengelolaan SIDELA masih mengalami permasalahan seperti pelaksanaan audit belum dilaksanakan, sehingga belum bisa melihat capaian dari SIDELA. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kapabilitas sistem tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Terdapat lima tahap dalam penelitian ini yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap ruang lingkup, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap anlisis, dan tahap penyimpulan hasil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara ,wawancara, dan kuesioner.  Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan, dipilih 6 domain yaitu DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, dan DSS06. nilai target level kapabilitas yang diharapkan pada seluruh domain yaitu mencapai Level 4 (Predictable Process). Domain DSS01 memiliki gap sebanyak 4 level, DSS02 memiliki gap sebanyak 1 level, DSS03 memiliki gap sebanyak 1 level, DSS04 memiliki gap sebanyak 1 level, DSS05 memiliki gap sebanyak 4 level, dan DSS06 memiliki gap sebanyak 0 level. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini  dalam menggunakan kerangka kerja BSC sudah memenuhi target yang diharapkan, Namun secara COBIT 2019 masih kurang, dikarenakan masih terdapat nilai kesenjangan berdasarkan level kapabilitas. Pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan metode pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas yang lain.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa penelitian terdahulu, proses pembobotan kriteria belum menjadi perhatian penting karena masih didasarkan pada hasil wawancara secara subjektif dan belum dihitung secara matematis. Pembobotan kriteria dalam sistem pendukung keputusan kelompok merupakan salah satu proses awal yang dilakukan sebelum mengambil sebuah keputusan, proses ini penting dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa bobot kriteria yang digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian ini, proses pembobotan kriteria dihitung secara matematis dengan best worst method. Untuk dapat membangun sistem pendukung keputusan kelompok yang bisa membantu Dinas Sosial dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan, metode best worst method digabungkan dengan metode MOORA dan copeland score. Best worst method dipilih karena hasil pembobotan yang diperoleh lebih konsisten serta mudah dalam membandingkan kriteria. Metode MOORA memiliki perhitungan matematis lebih simpel dan hasil yang stabil. Dan metode copeland score memiliki keunggulan efektif sebagai alat dalam sistem voting. Penggabungan metode yang dilakukan, lalu diujikan pada studi kasus penentuan calon penerima bantuan. Untuk menentukan penerima bantuan, ada tiga pengambil keputusan yaitu sektor kesehatan, sektor pendidikan dan sektor sosial yang dilibatkan dalam menentukan peringkat akhir dari masing-masing calon penerima bantuan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif 2 memiliki skor tertinggi dibandingkan alternatif lainnya dengan nilai akhir 4. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan konsep sistem pendukung keputusan dengan penggabungan metode yang diusulkan solid, dengan persentase perubahan rendah yaitu 23,52%. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bagi Dinas Sosial, sebab ketepatan pilihan penerima bantuan sosial memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap pencapaian tujuan perlindungan sosial. AbstractIn several previous studies, the process of weighting criteria has not become an important concern because it is still based on subjective interview results and hasn’t been calculated mathematically. One of the initial procedures in a GDSS before reaching a choice is the weighing of the criteria, this process is crucial to ensure that the weighting of the criteria utilized is appropriate for the demands. The weighting of the criteria in this study is computed quantitatively using the best worst method. Best worst method, MOORA, and copeland score are combined in order to create a GDSS that will help the Office of Social Affairs identify probable beneficiaries. Best worst method was chosen because the weighting results obtained are more consistent and easier to compare criteria. MOORA method has simpler mathematical calculations and stable results. And copeland score method has an effective advantage as a tool in the voting system. The combined methods were then evaluated in a case study involving the identification of aid recipients. The health sector, the education sector, and the social sector are the three decision-makers who establish the ultimate ranking of each potential beneficiary in order to determine recipients. The calculation results show that alternative 2 has the highest score compared to the other alternatives with a final score of 4. The sensitivity analysis shows that the concept of a GDSS by combining the proposed methods is solid, with a low percentage change of 23.52%. The precision of the selection of social assistance beneficiaries has a direct impact on the achievement of social protection goals, so the results of calculations using this method can be used as a reference in the Social Service's decision-making process.

Abstract

Purpose: To evaluate the governance of the LaporGub Central Java service portal information system using the COBIT 2019 framework to obtain a comprehensive overview of the implemented capability levels. Methods: This study employs a qualitative method using the COBIT 2019 framework to assess capability levels, which is further combined with CMMI to provide improvement recommendations. The method produces valid and accurate results as respondents are selected using the RACI model, and the assessment is conducted at the subdomain level. Consequently, each domain yields valid outcomes, enabling precise and well-targeted recommendations. Results: This study successfully determined the level of LaporGub service capability using COBIT 2019 and showed that most domains have achieved, and in some cases even exceeded, the set targets. However, several areas still require improvement, especially in services security and business process control, as well as problem management. These findings indicate that the Central Java Provincial Communication and Information Office has a strong foundation in operational management and service sustainability. With proper improvements in IT governance, LaporGub is expected to serve as a model for adaptive and accountable digital public services that can be replicated in other regions across Indonesia. Novelty: This study introduces innovation by integrating COBIT 2019 with CMMI, an uncommon combination in capability level assessments within government institutions. Innovative techniques such as text development, respondent questionnaires based on the RACI model, and interviews are used to avoid redundancy in the research findings. By utilizing questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews, this approach enhances the validity of the study results.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to determine the factors that encourage users to upgrade service packages, provide actual recommendations for application developers to improve service quality, and provide insights for the development of similar applications in the future. Future Link is an application that offers efficient online fingerprint analysis with the support of artificial intelligence (AI). Despite these advantages, user acceptance and satisfaction remain challenges that hinder service package upgrades. Methods: This study combines the TAM and EUCS models to identify the variables that influence users' intentions to upgrade their service packages in a fingerprint analysis application. TAM includes key constructs such as perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, while EUCS encompasses dimensions like content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use, which collectively represent users’ satisfaction with the quality of information provided by the application. Additionally, two external variables curiosity and buying intention were added. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected from 151 respondents who are active users of the application. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through Smart-PLS 3.29. The analysis process included instrument development based on validated indicators, testing for construct reliability and validity, followed by evaluation of the structural model to assess the significance and explanatory power of the hypothesized relationships among variables. Result: The findings show that eight out of nine hypotheses were accepted. Significant variables influencing attitude toward use include curiosity, content, format, accuracy, perceived usefulness, and ease of use. User attitude significantly influences satisfaction, which in turn impacts service package upgrade intentions. Novelty: The combination of two theoretical models the TAM and EUCS model is used to analyze user behavior in the context of service package upgrades in fingerprint analysis applications. While previous studies have applied TAM and EUCS separately to evaluate general technology adoption or information satisfaction, this study integrates both models to provide a more comprehensive framework that considers both perceptual and experiential factors influencing user decisions. Furthermore, this study introduces two additional variables curiosity and purchase intention to reflect emerging user motivations in the use of digital services. The results are expected to support the development and improvement of applications in the future.

Abstract

An Information Systems Audit using the COBIT 2019 framework identifies 40 governance and management objectives that must be analyzed, to find gaps in the relative importance of information systems governance based on the COBIT 2019 principles. The large scope of the audit scope, can result in a less focused audit process , protracted, as well as audit financing that is not effective and efficient. Therefore, a method is needed in a quantitative approach to determine the priority scale in each process in order to produce an effective and efficient audit. In determining the priority scale in this study, it is done by analyzing the time, number of personnel and costs needed to complete the audit work. Analysis of audit time requirements is carried out by estimating the number of effective working hours (6.5 hours/day) and the number of days needed to evaluate processes, organizational structure and matters related to the organization's business process flow; analysis of personnel needs is carried out by adjusting the level of complexity of audit problems with the competence of the auditor; while the cost analysis is done by estimating the cost standard with the number of days needed. From the results of this analysis, the time required to complete the audit at PT. XYZ, namely for 10 working days, with the need for auditor personnel as many as 10 people, and the cost of personnel needs of IDR111.500.000,00.

Abstract

M-health plays a crucial role in providing medical services through features like online doctor appointments. While it offers convenience, there are challenges in its adoption among the elderly. The success of M-health depends on user acceptance and continued use. Therefore, an evaluation of information technology focused on the elderly in Indonesia is necessary. Technology accepted by users is not necessarily successful, and vice versa. This study aims to identify factors influencing the acceptance and success of M-health applications among the elderly. It combines the UTAUT and Delone & McLean models to investigate acceptance and success factors. The variables used are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and continuance intention. The PLS-SEM method is used to process respondent data. Analysis result shows that 61.6% of elderly users' satisfaction with M-health is influenced by information quality, service quality, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. Meanwhile, 59.4% of the continuance intention is influenced by user satisfaction. This indicates that the application is well received and successful because it provides a satisfying experience. This study confirms that the combination of the UTAUT and Delone & McLean models is adequate.

Abstract

Education for early childhood, especially for PAUD TK-B in the age range of 4-6 years, is crucial in providing and shaping the foundation of children's knowledge. An engaging teaching method will enhance children's interest in learning, thus the need for digital learning media as an alternative. One step in implementing digital learning is through Educational Games. This research is conducted by developing the PAUD TK-B Nurussunnah Educational Game using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The game's validation includes usability aspects such as effectiveness, satisfaction levels, and adaptation to the TK-B curriculum. After development, the educational game undergoes alpha and beta testing using the black box method. Beta testing involves evaluating usability for the efficiency and satisfaction of TK-B students, with an effectiveness rate of 98.94%  and satisfaction rate of 88.57%. The interview results with expert teachers indicate that the educational game aligns with the curriculum at the educational unit level for PAUD. Thus, based on the research findings, the PAUD TK-B Educational Game application can be considered an alternative learning media for TK-B students.
