Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh modal terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (2) pengaruh volume usaha terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (3) pengaruh jumlah anggota terhadap sisa hasil usaha, dan (4) pengaruh modal, volume usaha dan jumlah anggota secara simultan terhadap sisa hasil usaha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan koperasi, dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) modal berpengaruh positif terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (2) volume usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (3) jumlah anggota tidak berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha, dan (4) modal, volume usaha dan jumlah anggota secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha.Kata Kunci : modal, volume usaha, jumlah anggota, sisa hasil usaha The purpose of this research to determine (1) the influence of capital on the added value of cooperative, (2) the influence of business volume on the added value of cooperative, (3) the influence of the members on the added value of cooperative, and (4) the influence of capital, business volume and members simultaneously to the added value of cooperative. Data collection in this research using documentation method in the form of annual reports, and analyzed with multiple linear regression method. The results of this research indicate that (1) the capital affecting on the added value of cooperative, (2) the business volume affecting affecting on the added value of cooperative, (3) the members has not affecting on the added value of cooperative, and (4) capital, business volume and the members simultaneously affecting the added value of cooperative.keyword : capital, business volume, members, added value of cooperative

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012, (2) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012 berada pada kategori yang baik, (2) besarnya pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012 adalah 33,5% dan sisanya 66,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Variabel pemanfaatan perpustakaan mempunyai thitung sebesar 9,080 dan ttabel sebesar 1,654 atau thitung > ttabel yang artinya pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. Kata Kunci : pemanfaatan perpustakaan, prestasi belajar This study aims to (1) examine the use of Undiksha’s libraries in supporting student achievement of Economic Education Department in academic year 2010-2012. (2) determine the influence of the use of Undiksha’s libraries in supporting student achievement of Economic Education Department in academic year 2010-2012. This research was quantitative research. The research conducted on students of economics education department in academic year 2010-2012. A questionnaire was used as data collection method. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the use of the Undiksha’s library by students of economic education department in academic year 2010-2012 were in a good category, (2) the influence of the use of Undiksha’s library in supporting student achievement of economic education department in academic year 2010-2012 was 33.5% and the residual 66.5% were affected by other factors that were not examined. Variable use of the library has tcount amounted to 9,080 and has ttable amounted to 1,654 of or tcount > ttable, which means the use of Undiksha’s library was significant influence on student achievement of Economic Education Department in Academic year 2010-2012.keyword : the use of library, achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Tekhnologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada siswa kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, (2) mengetahui respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan-tahapan dalam setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar pada akhir setiap siklus. Data respon siswa dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 65,52%, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas adalah sebesar 93,10%, dan (2) respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,72 dengan kategori positif.Kata Kunci : TIK, Hasil belajar, Respons siswa This study aims to (1) determine the use of interactive learning media based on Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) in improving learning outcomes in the Integrated IPS VIII J grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014, (2) determine students' responses the use of ICT based interactive learning media on subjects in class VIII Integrated IPS J in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles of learning with the stages in each cycle includes planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Student learning outcomes data collected through achievement test at the end of each cycle. Student response data collected through questionnaires/questionnaires. Collected data was then analyzed descriptively. The results showed, (1) the use of ICT based interactive learning media can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the number of students who have completed the first cycle of 65.52%, while in the second cycle the number of students who have completed amounted to 93.10%, and (2) the response of students to the use of ICT based interactive learning media obtained average scores average of 41.72 with the positive category.keyword : ICT, Learning outcomes, Student response

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) harapan Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap kepuasan kerja di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar, dan (2) kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar dan objek penelitian adalah kepuasan kerja yang diharapan dan yang dirasakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. Responden penelitian sebanyak 158 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai mengharapkan peningkatan kinerja pada setiap variabel kepuasan kerja untuk mencapai kepuasan yang memuaskan. Untuk perasaan pegawai, pegawai masih merasakan kurang puas terhadap variabel-variabel kepuasan kerja hal tersebut terlihat dari 10 variabel kepuasan kerja yaitu kesempatan untuk maju, keamanan kerja, gaji, perusahaan dan manajemen, pengawasan, pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, aspek sosial, komunikasi dan fasilitas delapan variabel dirasakan kurang puas yaitu variabel kesempatan untuk maju, keamanan kerja, gaji, pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, aspek sosial, komunikasi dan fasilitas dan dua variabel sudah dirasakan memuaskan yaitu variabel perusahaan dan manajemen, pengawasan. Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja pegawai. The main corcerns of this study were (1) to know the civil servant’s expactation trough the satisfaction’s work in region secretariat of Gianyar regency, and (2) to know the result of work that was felt by civil servant in region secretariat of gianyar regency. This research was done in office of region secretariat in gianyar regency. And the subjects of thestudy were civil servents in region secretariat in gianyar,and the object of the study was the the satisfaction’s work that was expected and that was felt by civil servents in region secretariat of gianyar regency. The total number of the stduy were 158 people. The data collected by questionnaire and that was analyzed by descriptive analysis study. The result of the study showed that the official goverment hoped that the planning in every variable was increase to got the satisfying. The official goverments felt that the satisfaction in every variable still low, it can be seen on the 10 variables such as:the oportunity to go, the savety of work, salary, the company and the management, supervision, activity, the situation, sosial aspect, communication and the facilities. Those eight variebles was felt still in low satisfaction, and both variables such as the company and the management,and supervision were felt to give good satisfaction. keyword : the civil servant’s satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) prosedur pemberian kredit pada PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan, (2) system pengendalian kredit pada PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. Obyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian – bagian yang terkait dalam pemberian kredit seperti prosedur pemberian kredit dan system pengendalian intern pemberian kredit pada PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. Data yang diperoleh dengan dukumentasi dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) prosedur pemberian kredit yang diterapkan oleh PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan melawati langkah-langkah prosedur pemberian kredit yang terdiri dari : (a) tahap permohonan, (b) tahap pemeriksaan ke lokasi nasabah, (c) tahap analisa, (d) tahap keputusan komite kredit, (e) tahap administrasi, (f) tahap pengikatan Notaris dan Asuransi, (g) tahap pencairan kredit, (h) tahap monitoring, (2) sistem pengendalian intern dalam pemberian kreditnya yaitu struktur organisasi didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip pemisahan tanggung jawab, sistem wewenang dan prosedur pencatatan setelah transaksi pemberian kredit, pihak bank telah menciptakan cara-cara untuk menjamin praktek yang sehat dalam pelaksanaannya dan peningkatan mutu karyawan juga terus dilakukan. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. This study includes a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. The research object in this study is a part - the part relating to the provision of credit such as credit granting procedures and internal control system of credit at PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan. Data obtained by dukumentasi analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Results showed (1) lending procedures adopted by the PT. BPR. Suryajaya Kubutambahan run through the steps lending procedures consisting of: (a) the application stage, (b) phase of the examination to the location of the customer, (c) the analysis phase, (d) the decision stage of the credit committee, (e) the administrative stage, (f ) binding stage Notary and Insurance, (g) the credit tranches, (h) monitoring phase, (2) the system of internal control in the credit granting organization structure based on the principles of separation of responsibilities, authority and procedures of record keeping system after the credit transaction , the banks have devised ways to ensure healthy practices in the implementation and improvement of the quality of employees are also being conducted. keyword : credit, internal control, systems

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh lokasi secara parsial, 2) pengaruh harga secara parsial, 3) Pengaruh simultan lokasi dan harga terhadap keputusan berbelanja pada Mini Market Sastra Mas Tabanan. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mini Market Sastra Mas, sedangkan Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh lokasi dan harga terhadap Keputusan Berbelanja di Mini Market Sastra Mas Tabanan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan uji statistik yaitu uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for windows 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja di mini market sastra mas tabanan sebesar 66,8%. Variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja sebesar 59,1%. Pengaruh lokasi dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja di mini market sastra mas tabanan sebesar 76,8%Kata Kunci : Harga, Lokasi, Keputusan Berbelanja This study aimed to find (1) the effect of partial location, (2) the effect of partial price, (3) Effect of simultaneous location and price to the decision to shop at the Mini Market Literature Mas Tabanan. subjects in this study consumer shop at the Mini Market Literatur Mas Tabanan, objects in the study effect of location and price to the decision to shop at the Mini Market Literature Mas. Collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis technicques quantitative analysisi, using analysis classical assumption test, and the test statistic is the t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis and of multiple determination coefficient analysis using SPSS for windows 16.0. The results showed that in partial positive and significant impact location on the decision to shop at the Mini Market Literature Tabanan Mas for 66,8, Partially affect the price of 59,1% of the shopping decision. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh langsung kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Penelitian dan Observasi Laut (BPOL) Desa Perancak Kabupaten Jembrana, (2) pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Penelitian dan Observasi Laut (BPOL) Desa Perancak Kabupaten Jembrana melalui motivasi kerja, (3) pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Penelitian dan Observasi Laut (BPOL) Desa Perancak Kabupaten Jembrana, (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Penelitian dan Observasi Laut (BPOL) Desa Perancak Kabupaten Jembrana melalui kemampuan kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif kausal yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai BPOL. Besarnya pengaruh langsung kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 14,9% dan berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebesar 14%. Total pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 28,9%, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai BPOL. Besarnya pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 27,3% dan berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui kemampuan kerja sebesar 14%. Total pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 41,3%. The Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation, data analysis techniques used are quantitative causal analysis by using path analysis . The findings of this research are the work ability directly effect on the employee performance BPOL. The amount of direct effect of the work ability on the performance employees is 14.9% and an indirect effect through the work motivation is 14%. The total effect of work ability on the employee performance is 28.9%, the work motivation directly effect on the employee performance BPOL. The amount of direct effect of the work motivation on the employee performance is 27.3% and an indirect effect through the work ability is 14%. The total effect of work motivation on the employee performance is 41.3%.keyword : ability, motivation, performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan biaya standar pada UD Wikrama Nutrisindo Desa Padang Sambian Kaja, Denpasar Barat dan biaya standar sebagai alat pengendalian biaya produksi pada UD Wikrama Nutrisindo Desa Padang Sambian Kaja, Denpasar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis varians. Hasil analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian terhadap biaya produksi kurang baik. Pengendalian biaya produksi tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis varians harga bahan baku yang tidak menguntungkan sebesar Rp 8.776.000,00 dan varians kuantitas bahan baku sebesar Rp. 7.930.000,00 yang tidak menguntungkan. Hasil analisis varians tenaga kerja langsung baik tarif maupun efisiensi upah langsung dengan total varians sebesar Rp 0 serta untuk analisis overhead pabrik berupa varians menurut jam kerja sebesar Rp 99.200,00 yang bersifat menguntungkan dan varians menurut tarif sebesar Rp 0. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan terhadap varians yang bersifat tidak menguntungkan dan perusahaan harus lebih cermat dengan memperhatikan faktor dari dalam perusahaan maupun dari luar.Kata Kunci : biaya standar, pengendalian dan biaya produksi This study aims to determine the standard cost calculations at UD Wikrama Nutrisindo Padang Sambian Kaja village, West Denpasar and cost standards as a means of controlling the cost of production at UD Wikrama Nutrisindo Padang Sambian Kaja village, Denpasar. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis with analysis of variance. Results of analysis of variance showed that the control over production costs are less good. Controlling the cost of production can be seen from the results of the analysis of the raw materials price variance unfavorable variance of Rp 8,776,000.00 and quantity of raw materials amounting to Rp 7,930,000.00. Results of analysis of variance direct labor rate and efficiency wages either directly with a total difference of Rp. 0 as well as for the analysis of factory overhead variances according to hours of work in the form of Rp 99200.00 that are favorable and the difference in the rate of Rp 0. Based on these results the company needs to make improvements to the variance that is not profitable and the company should be more carefully by taking into account of the company and from outside.keyword : standard costs, management and cost of production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) cara memisah biaya semi variabel ke dalam biaya tetap dan biaya variabel pada UD. Bali Alam Desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, (2) perhitungan variable costing pada UD. Bali Alam Desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, (3) perhitungan break even point pada UD. Bali Alam desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, dan (4) variable costing dalam menentukan break even point. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah UD. Bali Alam, dan objek penelitian ini adalah biaya semi variabel, variable costing, dan break even point. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan pemisahaan biaya semi variabel dengan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil. Perhitungan harga pokok produk pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode variable costing, jumlah biaya produk pada bulan Juli 2013 sebesar Rp 851.098.720,00, bulan Agustus sebesar Rp 1.001.114.416,00, bulan September sebesar Rp 969.441.168,00, bulan Oktober sebesar Rp 1.001.051.632,00, bulan Nopember sebesar Rp 932.983.616,00. dan bulan Desember sebesar Rp 588.983.616,00. Break even point periode Juli sampai Desember 2013 sebesar 4.181 unit. Besar harga pokok produk dengan metode variable costing selama periode Juli sampai Desember 2013 adalah Rp 5.344.673.168 menentukan break even point sebanyak 4.181 unit.Kata Kunci : Variable Costing, Break Even Point, dan Biaya Semi Variabel. This research was aimed at investigating (1) the separation of semi variable cost into fix cost and variable cost in UD. Bali Alam Desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, (2) the calculation of variable costing in UD. Bali Alam Desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, (3) the calculation of break even point in UD. Bali Alam Desa Padang Sambian Kelod, Denpasar Barat, and (4) the variable costing in determining break even point. This research was descriptive research, in which this research employed quantitative approach. The subject of the research was UD. Bali Alam, and the object of this research was semi variable cost, variable costing, and break even point. The data in this research was gathered through documentation method. The result of this research showed that the separation of semi variable cost through the use of least squares method. The calculation of cost of product in the company through the use of variable costing shows that the amount of product cost on July, 2013 was Rp 851.098.720,00, on August was Rp 1.001.114.416,00, on September was Rp 969.441.168,00, on October was Rp 1.001.051.632,00, on November was Rp 932.983.616,00, and on December was Rp 588.983.616,00. The break even point on the period of July to December, 2013 was 4.181 units. Large cost of the product with variable costing method over the period July to December 2013 was Rp 5.344.673.168 determine the break even point as much as 4,181 units.keyword : Variable Costing, Break Even Point, Semi Variable Cost

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kompetensi sosial Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2013, (2) Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2013, (3) Pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, sedangkan obyek penelitiannya adalah kompetensi dan kinerja pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi sosial Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng cukup tinggi dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari skor rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 161,86 yang berada dalam rentang skor 158 – 206, (2) Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng berada dalam kategori rendah dengan skor rata-rata 127,13 yang berada pada rentang 109 – 157, (3) Kompetensi sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,596 dan signifikan sebesar 0,002. Secara keseluruhan besar pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng adalah sebesar 24,7% dan sisanya sebesar 75,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: kompetensi sosial, kinerja Abstract The aim of this study is to know (1) the social competence Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng 2013, (2) job performance Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng 2013, (3) the influence of social competence towards Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. The subject of this study is Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng, meanwhile the object of this study is competence and job performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. The data were collected through interview method, questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that, (1) social competence of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is sufficient high and it also need to be increased. It can be seen from the mean of the highest score is 161.86 in range 158-206, (2) the job performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is the lowest category in which the mean is 127.13 with range 109-157, (3) social competence of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng contribute positive and significance influences towards job performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. It is showed from the result of correlation is 0.596 and significance score is 0.002 (0.2%). Overall, the effect of social competence towards performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is 24.7% and the rest is 75.3% and it was influenced by other variables which was not examined in this study. keyword : Keywords: Social competence, job performance
