Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing serta berapa besarnya pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing usaha kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah t test, F test dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama ada pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, kedua ada pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing, ketiga ada pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan keempat orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing sebesar 6,058 yang ditunjukan dengan hasil persamaan regresi Ŷ = 7,352 + 0,606X1 + 0,381X2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir dalam upaya  meningkatkan ekonomi di Dusun Pangkung Dedari, Desa Melaya, Kecamatan Melaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pertama  desa hanya menjalankan program tanpa adanya arahan dan pendampingan yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat yang mengikuti program dari pemberdayaan ini sehingga pendapatan mereka setelah mengikuti program ini masih sama dengan sebelumnya, kedua kelompok pembudidaya ikan air tawar perlu mendapat pembinaan dari Desa serta Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan agar pembudidaya lebih produktif. Selain menjual secara mentah hasil panen keluar daerah, pembudidaya seharusnya bisa mengolah sendiri agar mendapatkan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi, ketiga pemeliharan ikan kerapu memerlukan perhatian yang cukup besar sehingga perlu direncanakan dengan matang agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Namun kurangnya arahan dan pendampingan, prasarana transportasi serta komunikasi masih kurang mendukung sehingga pemberdayaan ini belum cukup mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keberlanjutan organisasi nirlaba (studi pada organisasi Kakak Asuh Bali).Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian faktorial.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah organisasi nirlaba Kakak Asuh Bali dengan jumlah relawan sebanyak 80 orang relawan.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Data diianalisi dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dengan program SPSS 16.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan organisasi nirlaba (studi pada organisasi Kakak Asuh Bali), yaitu faktor kepemimpinan dengan nilai variance sebesar 30,353%, faktor komunikasi dengan nilai variance sebesar 25,027%, faktor motivasi dengan nilai variance sebesar 22,483%, faktor koordinasi dengan nilai variance sebesar 22,136%. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keberlanjutan organisasi nirlaba (studi pada organisasi Kakak Asuh Bali) adalah faktor kepemimpinan dengan nilai variance sebesar 30,353%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh viral marketing dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di program studi pendidikan ekonomi universitas pendidikan ganesha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram untuk melakukan pembelian yang berjumlah sebanyak 253 orang mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 154 orang responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial viral marketing dengan keputusan pembelian, harga dengan keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan viral marketing dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Mind mapping, or the term Mind Mapping and Problem Based Learning, both researchers apply as a model in the examiner class and the monitoring class in this research learning. This research is aimed at notifying whether or not a significant difference can be found between the two or not in economic lessons that are focused on student learning outcomes. In the class of examiners who use Mind Mapping as a model in learning, the researcher uses X IPS 1 in this research. Meanwhile, in the review class that used Problem Based Learning as a model in learning, researchers used X IPS 3 in this research. Quasi-experimental design, or a method that is designed without randomizing the examiner class and the monitoring class in the research and is only given a post-test after being given treatment, otherwise known as the Non-Equivalent Post-Test Only Control Group Design which the researcher uses as this research method. . All students in class X totaled 90 people, each of whom was divided into 3 classes into the population in this research. Sampling technique , known as Simple random samplingSimple Random Sampling, is also the researcher's choice of in this research, from 3 population classes, the researcher chooses X IPS 1 and class X IPS 3 to be the sample. The post-test was chosen as the data collection method, after the post-test data was obtained then the data would be analyzed using a technique from the t test (partial test) which in English is known as the independent sample t-test. Researchers received the results from the computer statistical program SPSS 24.0 for Windows with the results of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. In order to support this research, the significance value must be <0.005, and that means the result of the Significance value in this research is 0.000 <0.005. The results of these researchers used as evidence of acceptance of the research hypothesis in this research, namely that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in economic subjects using thetype of cooperative learning model and Mind Mapping student learning outcomes in economic subjects usinglearning models Problem Based Learning in class. X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to see the improvement of social skills of 8 B3 grade students of SMPN 4 Singaraja using a problem-based learning model in social studies learning. This research was conducted at SMPN 4 Singaraja, using 36 students as the subject of grade 8B3. The object of this research is the students' social skills. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews, with social skills instruments grid instruments and interview sheets. From the results of data analysis, the application of the Problem Based Learning model in Social Sciences learning can improve the social skills of grade 8 B3 students of SMPN 4 Singaraja. This statement can be proven by the results of the study which showed that the average score of social skills of grade 8 B3 students was 76%. This achievement has increased by 12% with the initial condition of 64%. The average score of students' social skills in class 8B3 was 84%. This achievement has increased by 8% with the initial condition of 76%.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the perceptions of teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara on the elimination of the national exam. The research design used was a descriptive study which describes teachers’ and students’ perception toward the elimination of national examination. This study involved all accounting teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 Negara as a population. Meanwhile, the samples of this study were 10 accounting teachers and 198 accounting students. These samples were determined by using the Solvin formula. In collecting the data, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that teachers’ perception from the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 398 which is included in the agreed category. Further, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 439 which is also included in the agreed category. Moreover, students' perceptions of the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 7,814 which is included in the agreed category. Furthermore, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 8,464 which is included in the agreed category. From the results, it can be concluded that the teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara agree with the elimination of the national examination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. This research used a descriptive type research to analyze consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. The population in this study include all consumers in Mendoyo Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This research used incidental sampling techniques which and obtained samples as many as 330 people. The results of this study were categorized in several dimensions namely dimension of need which obtained a score of 4,144 in the score range of 3,366 - 4,158 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, dimension of expectation obtained a score of 16,603 in the score range of 14,586 - 18,018 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, and dimension of experience obtained a score of 6,625 in the score range of 5,147 - 6,731 thus it is categorized as favorable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the students' self-regulated Learning of class XI IPS on Economics subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, time, behavior, physical environment and social environment. The type of the research was descriptive study with qualitative approach. The populations were all class of XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja with a total of 103 students. Saturated sampling used in this study, this sampling technique uses the entire study population. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation.  The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that the students' self-regulated learning of class XI IPS on Economics Subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, behavior, physical environment were in a good category, while in terms of time dimensions and social environment were in the category of less well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that affect the interest of students of class XII IPS following extracurricular accounting economics. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample used are 144 students of class XII IPS SMAN 1 North Kuta. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using factor analysis techniques. The results showed that the factors that affect students following the extracurricular accounting economics consist of two factors, namely physical internal factors, intelligence, talent, maturity, and motivation, and external factors consisting of attention, family environment, and school environment. The most dominant factor influencing students' interests is motivation.
