Abstract

This study performed on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This study destination to determine how the variables influence and leadership training simultaneously and partially on the performance of nurses on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. As for the population in the study was the nurses who work on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which amounts to 69 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses namely Quantitative Analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.0. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test or F test showed that the training and leadership have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. The results of the partial test or T test showed that the training variables partially significant effect on the performance of nurses. And leadership variables partially significant effect on performance. Of the independent variable is known that training has a dominant influence on the performance.Keywords: performance, training and leadership

Abstract

The research was conducted on a PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru in order to determine what variables influence of enviromental variables and co-workers working simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction service PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru.As for the population in this study is part of a service employee PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru which amounted to 55 people and populations sampled in this study by using the method of census of all employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00 From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the work environment and co-workers simultaneously significant effect on employee satisfaction service PT.Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru. Partial Test Results (t test) indicate that the work enviroment variable positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction service, and coworkers variable partial positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in service. Recommendations that can authors ask is that companies should pay attention to the working environment and a good co-worker relationship to improve employee job satisfaction in the future.Keywords:Work enviromental, Coworkers, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the performance of MCC employees at PT. Wilmar Vegetable Dumai with the aim to analyze the effect of variable motivation and leadership , employee performance against MCC at PT . Wilmar Bio- Dumai. Sampling was conducted using a census or a sample of 114 people saturated in use as a sample of respondents , the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative methods , data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial ( multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0 ). From the results of simultaneous testing ( Test F ) , shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee performance variables mcc . Partial regression test (t test ) showed that motivation variables significantly influence employee performance mcc at PT . Wilmar Bio- Dumai . The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable was 96.4 % , this means that the variable motivation , and leadership , together affect employee performance variable with the percentage of 94.6 % mcc . While 3.6 % , influenced by other factors not participate in this study . Thus , it can be concluded that the motivation and leadership variables simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees mcc at PT . Wilmar Bio- Dumai . In addition , also the motivation variable is a variable that has more influence on employee performance when compared with variable leadership .Keywords : Motivation , Leadership and employee performance mcc

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and leadership on discipline employees working in Bureau of the General Administration of Riau Province. Population in this study were all employees of the Bureau of the General Administration of Riau province which numbered 60 people, the method of sampling is using saturation sampling methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression were processed with SPSS version 18.0. From the regression testing showed that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and leadership do effect to discipline employees working in the Bureau of the General Administration of Riau Province. The contribution of the influence of the independent variables (Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Leadership) on the dependent variable (Work Discipline) amounted to 81.3%. From the research, the author propose agencies should have a deeper socialization on the vision, mission, values, and regulations that apply to the company so that employees are able to understand their duties and responsibilities so that the implementation can be run properly in accordance with the direction and objectives of the agency. With this socialization is expected to lead to a commitment within selalalu employees so that employees want to work with really - really and hard work in achieving agency objectives.Keyword : Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Leadership And Discipline Employees.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the influence of organizational commitment through employees satisfaction at Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 107 employees of the Bank. Analysis method used is descriptive analysis method by testing variables, doubled regression and path analysis. From the results of the testing conducted, it is seen the influence of the variable of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. There is positive influence of the variable of organizational commitment toward employees’ performance. For indirect influence, the influence of organizational commitment on employees’ performance through job satisfaction is smaller than direct influence. Hypothesis states that "The better the organizational commitment, the better employees’ job satisfaction of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru", "The better the job satisfaction, the better the performance of employees of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru" and last hypothesis "The better the organizational commitment, the better performance through employees’ satisfaction of Artha Graha International Bank Tbk Pekanbaru" can be accepted because indirect influence of organizational commitment to performance through satisfaction is bigger than the direct influence of organizational commitment to employees’ performance.Keyword : Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Performance of employees in an organization has a very wide scope. Therefore, it is the leaders of the organization must be able to study and also analyze the factors that can affect the performance of employees in an organization. Man in life are often confronted with each other in a container either formal or informal. One of the processes that will always happen in any organization is communication process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of working on employee performance factory parts simultaneously and partially on the PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Bengkalis. In carrying out this study, the authors requires data and inforrnasi complete and accurate. Adapaun data types and sources of data in this study is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the employees who are employees of the factory at. Adei Plantation & Industries, amounting to 126 people. Sampling is done by using Slovin. While making respondents conducted by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of: Interview / interview and a list of questions / Questionnaire. While the analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis, the coefficient derterminasi, F test and t test. Results of research conducted to know the results of monitoring, giving feedback on the improvement and perfection in execution, no longer able to trigger a change in performance. The level of supervision of employees is considered good. The level of employee discipline is good enough to affect performance. Production worker performance is good enough because the employees are not able to achieve the production targets set by the company. Although it has been carried out supervision and discipline of employees has been implemented, but the performance of employees who have not sepsifik changes to better.Keywords: Surveillance, Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru located on the street Sisingamaraja No. 65 Pekanbaru Riau in order to determine and analyze the influence of human relations and reward partially on the performance of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. To know and analyze the influence of human relations and simultaneously reward the performance of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. The study population was 43 employees of PT. Nugraha lane Ekakurir Pekanbaru. Research variables used are human relations and reward as the independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study indicate that human relations and reward partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. The dominant variable affecting the performance is a factor of human relations. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows independent variables studied are human relations and reward variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance. Recommendations to the authors propose is expected to PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru to be able to further enhance the variable human relations as establish effective communication, shared interests with the employees, a positive view of employees, establish a harmonious relationship with employees and provide tolerance among its members, because human relations greatly affect the performance by gaining average responses agreed.Keywords: Human Relations, Reward and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of the company through employee job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru, and to determine the effect of work environment on performance in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru. The sampling method using a sample using random sampling techniques, namely the sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities to the members of the population to be able to become members of the sample. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula in Riduwan Slovin (2005:65). From the calculations, the number of samples as many as 52 employees at PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru. Data collection methods used observations are researchers involved with the everyday person being observed or used as a source of research data, the questionnaire was carried out data collection techniques of data by compiling a list of questions and then pass it to the respondents in the study, and this documentation techniques used to obtain data from the company, especially knowing the state of the company. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the use of data each variable, testing the quality of data, and path analysis.The results showed that the relationship between work environment on performance through employee job satisfaction in PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru is very strong at (r = 0.083). The coefficient of determination or R-square is a figure of -, 007. For multiple linear regression should use the adjusted R square Adjusted R square or written, as adjusted by the number of independent variables were used, whereby if the independent variable 1 (one) then use the R-square and if it exceeds 1 (one) using the adjusted R square . Adjusted R square is equal to - .034 this means that 64.4% of the variation in the dependent variable of performance and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank Artha Graha Tbk Pekanbaru which can be explained by the independent variables work environment while the rest is explained by other variables.Keywords: Work Environment, Performance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Description, Leadership, and Employee Development Effectiveness Against PT Bias Nusatama Warehouse Minas.There are three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 73 people. Research using  test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by givingquestionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0.The leadership and management of PT Bias Nusatama Minas in order to increase the variable Warehouse Job Description, Leadership, Development and Analysis office is by employees before being placed in that position and put the employee in accordance science and experience, by placing a Project Managerwho has a high intelligence in the lead of the employees, and enhance the development of variables, namely by providing moral support of the working environment to the employees.Keywords: Job Description, Leadership, Development, and Work Effectiveness

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall branch of Soekarno-Hatta in the Soekarno-Hatta Arengka road No.13, Pekanbaru. Objective to analyze the influence of intinsik motivation, development and compensation on performance marketing employees at PT Agung Automall Branch Soekarno Hatta simultaneous and partial. And to know the variables that influence the most powerful employee on performance marketing PT Agung Automall Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru Branch of variable intrinsic motivation, development and compensation. To achieve that goal done research using a sample of the population and 52 people. Method of data collection is the questionnaire. The Data were processed using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis of data and with the help of computer software, SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis note that the variables intrinsic motivation, development and compensation effect significantly to performance marketing. The variable that has the most powerful influence on performance is variable development. As the author can submit recommendations to further enhance the more intrinsic motivation, compensation and employee development marketing. Because in these variables greatly influence the performance of marketing employees in the exercise of activities in companies. To further improve the employee's performance marketing again to maximum, the company should pay more attention to intrinsic motivation and compensation of employees by way of creating a conducive working environment as well as increased incentives.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Development, Compensation and Employee Performance
